Burnout Nation

Recommended Posts

The rise and fall of Peter “LipstickStanford

Peter was always found as a very welcoming and friendly person, but out of nowhere his husband just vanished and put him into a state of sadness, and couldn’t get himself to go to work. Peter always looked to Burnout Nation as his family but was utterly heartbroken when he ever tried to talk to anyone he would just relive his old memories. He often tried to live it off but was found sometimes revisiting spots he and Tristian went to.

Peter resigned from LSPD on Sunday, Aug 29 he went on to find himself driving and traveling but always fell back to Burnout as his family. After two months of finding himself he figured it was time to reinstate into LSPD and finally come back from his two-month hiatus, everyone welcomed him back with open arms.

Hazel popped to the office to get herself ready for the Chambers of Commerce meeting that was taking place shortly, a few of her employees were already getting set up at city hall and she'd been talking to Don over the radio and he picked her up from Weazel and they both made their way over.

Soon the room filled up and the meeting commenced, lots of information and opinions shared, even some from Don himself. Hazel tried to raise her hand on a few occasions but kept getting overlooked so gave up eventually.

Everything went on a little longer than expected and the group had wanted to hold a snowball fight at the lot. Tables and barriers had been set up so after everything came to an end Hazel and Asbo popped to Weazel to clock off and meet Don at the Lot.

A few friends joined them and they ended the day chucking snowballs and enjoying the festive feeling in the air!

𝕃𝕚𝕒𝕞’𝕤 𝕀𝕟𝕥𝕣𝕠𝕕𝕦𝕔𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟 𝕥𝕠 𝕥𝕙𝕖 𝕟𝕒𝕥𝕚𝕠𝕟

Liam had moved to the city and began meeting a lot of lifelong friends, but it wasn't until he had joined Bayview Auto Centre that he had found those he couldn't imagine living in the city without. While spending time there and becoming close to Alex, Asbo, Don, Gary, Hanzo and the rest of the group, he had come to the realization that he had a special place in his heart for the friend group. After working at Bayview for months and working his way up to be part of the management team, he had really come to love those who treated him as one of their own, especially Hanzo Devil. Hanzo became Liam’s best friend in the city, he was there for anything Liam needed and slowly became like a brother to him. Unfortunately, a disagreement led to Liam being removed from his position and losing everyone he felt closest too and this was a real turning point for him, for the first time ever in the city he felt alone. He felt like he wasn't a part of anything, and that scared him. Liam confided in his boo Hanzo who showed him that this was not the case and that there was a group who he was sure would welcome him with open arms and treat them just as they treated their longest serving members. When Don had heard that Liam was thinking of joining burnout, he had no reservations. He opened his arms like a loving father to a son.  This was the beginning of his new journey, and he owed it all to his brother, Hanzo.

599938434_HanzoandLiam(2).jpg.4b0059cdbde402dacd098432e98aed01.jpg

All Liam could think of was something don had said when he thought about the group. Don had told him when he was joining that Burnout wasn’t just a group of friends connected by the love of cars, it was a family. These words resonated with Liam and have stuck with him to this day.  At the beginning, Liam always felt these words were sticking with him for the wrong reason. Would he be welcome in the family? Would they accept him into their tight-knit group? All he knew for sure was that he loved cars and was looking forward to meeting the rest of the nation and showing off his pride and joy, which was gifted to him by none other than Hanzo Devil.

Liam had already known most of the members from different times in his life. Alex, Asbo, Don, Gary, Hanzo, James, Peter and Sanjay he had met during his time as a mechanic whereas he met Hazel and Bruce during his time as an advertiser. He had always been friendly with everyone, but had never really thought of them as much more than friends.

Oh, how wrong he would turn out to be!

CjgeltjY8DXt7jTTUXxgSgMwEwGAQrKkmw0-e5CmSo_olEALQBdT20mDcmAhDNA3pE1mbhhAFTjAZUQFPHtPtIreHR3DYK2CmA052SadWhwPd2IMezPnTwQjhddsatN3Bq06G9QZ

After joining burnout and attending a few of their events, Liam had realized that this was the most welcoming and kind group of people he had ever met. There was no question on his stance in Burnout after his first-time meeting everyone and how they all accepted him without question. Burnout truly is not just a group. Burnout is the best family anyone in the city of Los Santos could wish to be a part of, and Liam will always be thankful to the members of Burnout, Especially Hanzo, who have made him feel like part of their family and hopes to one day be able to make the new burners feel the same way he had.

Brandon was working at Bayview for few hours, after the busy shift at the ledge, Brandon went off duty in order to head the city to relax a bit.

He took out his phone and went through the messages, Brandon saw that Don has texted him saying "We're gonna be watching Home Alone in the lot theatre".

Brandon was so excited about it since he wanted some relaxing moment after the busy shift. Brandon quickly rushed to his Novak, he drove all the way from Paleto to the Burnout Lot's theatre which is located in the city, Brandon drove his Novak safely and he was able to make it out before the time, and Brandon waited at the lot till the boys arrived.

After few minutes, Don, Asbo, Alex, Gary and Liam showed up for the movie, we all went to the theatre, sat on the comfy couches, the theatre was amazing which provides best screen and best surrounding sounds, so everyone was ready for the movie and started watching Home Alone

After wintertime passed, Asbo approached Don with the idea of hosting a pop culture car meet. The idea of the meet was to show off cars that were made famous through TV shows and Movies. Don and Asbo spoke more about it, and as the time got closer, Asbo decided to hold off on the themed meet, and just run a standard one. Don and Asbo got together on Wednesday, created an ad, and began to run it advertising the car meet.

The day of the meet came quickly, and all of the Burnouts that were free made their way to The Lot to prepare for the meet. As Don rolled into The Lot, he saw many cars parked already. As the ads ran, more and more people filled up The Lot.

After hanging out for an hour or so, people began to slowly filter out of the lot. During the meet, the Burnouts socialized with the Diablos MC, and with Ava & Johnnie of LSMC. Once Ava left, the Burnouts had the idea to do a short cruise and headed to Burnout 24/7 which is the recently acquired business purchased by Gary Taylor and Alex Sorvanis (Don was a 1% owner as well!). As they arrived, they chatted to each other and even spoke to a couple of members of the LSPD who were concerned about the large number of people meeting outside of the store. After some time, conversations started to die down, so Asbo did some trivia with the Burnouts.

It was a normal day like any other for Hanzo. He was chilling with Brandon at bayview clocked in together when Sanjay called him asking what he was upto and if he was down for a little photoshoot of their cars at the same spot they did a year ago "the Obsovertory".

RwJYIBh.jpg

After a while at the obsovertory hanging out with his brothers Mr cheezeit AKA Don Mozzarella informed the Burnout crew through the freq that theres a dog fight display going on over the pier. And Suggested that anyone whos free for a cruise that we go to the famouse burnout pond after meeting at the LOT and watch them pilots do their thing. Once the Crew met at the lot Don began to lead the cruise over to the pond where they sat around a nice firepit and enjoyed the Dogfight display done by the Los Santos Air Force.

EmHJYhu.jpg

uTFP24I.png

After a while the crew drove into the BurnOut 24/7 shop and hanged around the spot for a bit till Sanjay and Mollys arrival. While the crew was chilling Hanzo got a call from his boi Giovanni Rossa saying that he is in town. Excited from the call Hanzo told Gio about the cruise and told him to meet the Crew at the shop ASAP. Once Sanjay, Molly and Gio met with the rest of the crew Hazel had one thing to take care of before they leave for the cruise, that was to give out Sanjays new Cruiser badge.

Once the deed was done Hanzo started his bike up and began to lead the cruise towards Weazel. Once the crew landed on weazel lot Don told Hanzo to lead the cruise to a new spot. Right out the bat Hanzo knew where he wanna go as he has always wanted to go on cruise to that part of town ''Palamino Free Way". Hanzo began to lead the way from weazel towards the palamino fuel station where the crew parked beside the station and was chilling for a bit with some music on.

There at the spot where Jaime joined the crew at the station. While everybody was vibing, there was a police chase going on through the gas station and the lot decided to move on to a new location.

ON TO THE NEXT LOCATION

Hanzo lead the crew towards the palamino beach side where the N.O.O.S.E HQ was. Down the road they went in and to the rocky beach. Where Hazel found a Great spot for a proper Yoga lesson ontop of a rock by the beach.

tQG5wiB.jpg

Since Hanzo was leading the cruise he took the front and began to lead the yoga session that he learned from Asbo back in LSC days. As the sun was setting down the crew relaxed and went off with the yoga session.

As the session was ending in a good note, Don decided to show his Parkour skills and aimed towards a rock instead of the water and broke his right ankle. Then and there the crew decided to end the cruise and take Don to an hospital immediately.

When Asbjorn was a fresh-faced and had just stepped off the bus to the great city of Los Santos, he knew he needed a vehicle, and he knew it needed to be a hot hatchback, he didn’t know which one yet, but it was something he never forgot.

Getting gifted a Zombie Bobber by a kind soul, Asbjorn had set his sights on a vehicle that was just being imported by all the major dealerships, the Maxwell Asbo.

uYutdyBuIZ_K89sFHr9HM-6PmjF-rjp3t9JjNeRAs7l-izzcJ4IOEb97XnNDaeRs8mDXcgPYrjfQmCeFpE-OgjZh5VwOiMlhPOOSAXGYZGG3gPk9teJa4gtnXW1lhEIGqopXZBEG

Asbjorn spent hours upon hours fishing in various locations around the state, some he got robbed at, some he made friends at, once he had sold enough he headed straight to Auto Services to purchase his hot hatch, brand new, fresh off the truck he rolls it out and takes a good look at it, and he starts to add improvements. A double exhaust system, race transmission, and even a cheeky turbo to fit. He grabbed a pair of bitching rims and slapped it on his little ricer car.

QF1gagGzHCvt-wz4nhJXSGHBAYBsfBno30YmSU68wkBD04cvmhdgPUYFlWx_HrtRQamYZ9gjr6flsZsHerHE59B2QXulxyotrUXk5F0Cq5_9AQe5P-Kt2Wh9rmrxwZMExJkvUwds

Soon the Maxwell Asbo became synonymous with Asbjorn, and now Asbjorn was dubbed ‘’Asbo’’ By Maccy Kentworth, his closest friend.
When the idea of Burnout Nation started to form, they needed a mascot car, something to base their idea on, and they all chose
Asbo’s Asbo.

While Asbo doesn’t drive his Asbo that often, it’s still a vehicle close to his heart, and when he needs a #sadboycruise, he slaps on some tunes on his gladen sound system and cruises around.

Family Dinner Night

The call

It was the 13th of February and it had started off the same as any other day. The group were chilling around the city doing their own thing until Don called over the radio to see who was around. He got a response from Liam, Hanzo, James, Asbjorn, Karla and Bruce.

 image.png.6728c5daf469bba27e937e869df47b1c.png

"Okay because it's almost valentine’s day and most of us are single I'm paying for a family dinner at Pearls. Get dressed in your best suit and let's go!"

Everyone was excited to hear this as family time is always a blast. Asbjorn brought his date from the blind dating contest while Hanzo brought a new potential burner to meet the family and have an introduction over dinner. Everyone met up outside a clothing store and went on a shopping spree as there was a very strict formal theme. Once clothed the group made their way to the pier and parked their cars in the secure lot before getting a ride to the restaurant.

Dinner

Once at the restaurant the group was seated in the conference room and had requested their usual server, Harley, come take their orders. Harley came to the table and was instantly asked to read the wine list and suggest a perfect paring for the drinks as had become tradition every time the group dined at Pearls. Once the drink orders were taken the group was left to their own merits while waiting for the order. Liam and the others thought this was a great time to get to know Ms. Aurora James, Asbo's date for the evening. Ms. James talked to the group about her business endeavours and how she had left the life of law behind her. At this point the drinks order had come and the attention turned to the glass of milk Don had ordered. Don questioned the origins of the milk and was shocked to find it was regular cow’s milk. This moved the conversation in the direction of possible new business ventures giving peoples strange desires. Ms. James told the group she had feet pics she could sell but they were not her own but those of their wonderful server Harley!

 image.png.cec42d70606058f52e45b6add40c7e21.png

The group then ordered dinner and finished the night off without many other antics until the desert came. Donald ordered some mac n cheese and requested Harley to share the dish with him. Harley agreed without hesitation and sat with Don to eat his desert. Once all of the deserts were finished Harley thanked the group for dining at Pearls and the gang thanked her for having them and told her to give the chefs their compliments.  That wrapped up the family dinner and the nation then made their way to the store to end off the night.

Expanding the family

At the store Emily, Ed, Peter and Scott joined in to vibe. It was at this point that Asbjorn disappeared for a moment and got a very important item from his car.

He pulled out a brand-new blazer pin and offered it to Vaynes Valenzuela who was Hanzos guest for the dinner. Vaynes accepted it looking delighted to meet the group. At this point another friend of the group called Gareth Longford pulled up to the store. Although not a member of burnout he was treated like family since Gary, one of the longest serving members of burnout had disappeared. It was at this point Don decided Gareth should officially be invited to a part of the family and offered him a burner pin. A speechless Gareth accepted the pin and like that two new brothers were a part of the nation.

Sanjay flew into Los Santos with some cash for food and water and that was it. For most people, their first goal is to find themselves a nice home - but not Sanjay. He didn’t care where he was sleeping, as long as he had the keys to a sports car. Growing up, he had always had his eyes on Benefactor. They manufactured some of the fastest and most beautiful cars in the world.

Shortly after settling into the city, his first friends gifted him his first Benefactor, the Panto. While it wasn’t the Schlagen GT he dreamed of, it was a start.

1225934207_GrandTheftAutoVScreenshot2021_05.15-02_07_39_66.thumb.png.add22af0dc4433b4c74d2d478df830da.png

Sanjay’s first move to make money was working on a farm from sunrise to sunset. While he was raking with the tractor, his brothers Hanzo and Brandon would sometimes drive by in their Schlagens. This only made Sanjay work harder and in just a couple of short days, he bought and drove a Benefactor Schafter V12 right off the Paleto car lot.

In order to achieve his goal of a Schlagen GT, Sanjay had to make more money than he did at the farm. Hanzo approached him and suggested he join him across the street at Bayview Auto Center. He immediately applied and was hired, where he stood at the mechanics’ barrier with many of his future Burnout family.

2108462826_GrandTheftAutoVScreenshot2021_10.28-01_41_03_01.thumb.png.de978c17e3550c55e9f6cc478cc8a678.png

After many long hours of fixing oil leaks, repairing camshafts, and many other sweat-breaking tasks, Sanjay was ready. Luckily his good friend Kace was ready to sell his Schlagen, so as soon as payday rolled by, they made the exchange of cash and keys. Now in his dream car, Sanjay drove straight to Bayview to give the car the paint job he had been dreaming of since he was a kid. The design of the vehicle made Sanjay drool, and he knew he would forever love this car.

A year later, Sanjay still owns the Benefactor Schlagen GT, and still brings it out from time to time. While the car no longer rocks a teal paint job, it is still a vehicle Sanjay keeps close to his heart. Whenever he wants to reminisce about his start in this city, a drive in the Schlagen is always a key away.

It was the 27th of Feb and , as usual was a normal day for Hanzo as he was just cruising around LS when he received a text from Sanjay. “Hello Friends! If you're free in an hour, 10pm. Sanjay is running a fun cruise! Bring your favorite Off-road or Rally car to Raven Refresh Gas station on Palomino Freeway. Please forward to other burnout members, as I dont have all contacts!”
Right after the text he hopped onto the Burnout freq and did a check on who's around for the cruise and only Bruce replied.

With the hopes of rallying up more Burnout members for the offroad session Hanzo and Bruce cruised to Weazel where they met Sanjay and Molly in their Outlaw. Right after their arrival James Allen hoped onto the freq and asked what the boys were up to, and right after James was informed of Sanjay’s plans he arrived at Weazel on a BMX and explained that he has no offroad/Rally vehicle and Hanzo jumped right into giving keys to his Michelli GT.

As Asbo was busy with DJ'ing at an event, he informed the gang to meet him at Raven Refresh Gas station on Palamino. Sanjay lead the cruise to Raven Refresh with Hanzo, Bruce and James hoping to meet Asbo at the spot. While they were parked up in the Gas Stations lot a Dune truck drove in honking its loud horn surprising everyone in the lot. It was Asbo. Everyone shocked with the trucks massive size they rallied around it.

XYA1XRh.jpg

Sanjay informed the gang that he has invited in Blair and Paulo to the cruise and after their arrival they would start cruising to the first spot in Sanjay’s mind for the pre-planned offroad/rally session. Once Blair and Paulo arrived in their vehicle, once again Sanjay lead the gang to the first location of the cruise.

2dHOxZK.png

Once the boys arrived at the location Sanjay let the gang know to just rip it around the place and start having fun, Asbo in the truck with the lead foot floored it and everyone followed his lead.

After a few crashes and flips around the lap specially after Hanzo losing his brakes and skidding off the track, everyone agreed on getting quick repairs from Bayview. Once they arrived at Bayview and finished up with the repairs, Before the second cruise began Asbo called out Sanjay and Molly to the side of bayview parking lot and told everyone else to gather around them. As Asbo got out of his car with a smile he presented two new pins towards Sanjay as he was promoted into the clubs only Front Runner after their boy Gary Taylor left and new Blazer pin to Molly. Right after that moment Sanjay once again lead the gang to his second and final place in mind. The wind farms in between palomino high way.

After a few laps around the windfarms and a Car on fire, Asbo suggested everybody to meet at the Burnout Shop down on ocean Fwy to chill for a few.

As the night was perfectly young,  Asbo, Sanjay and Hanzo started doing a karaoke session by themselves right in front of the shop. After their Grammy performance and a few sandwiches they called it a night. This would be Hanzo’s last proper cruise for a long time and a perfect one to remember. ❤️

Hanzo was a big fan of the 70's comedy movie series Herbie, and was more than excited for the BF Weevil’s arrival into the city when the dealerships decided on importing it to the city on 7th of July. After its release he was gifted a Weevil by Liam and was helped by Sue Hall in the making of the car.

XANtC9P.png

Liam decided to surprise Hanzo with the newly bought and modified Weevil inside LSC and Hanzos excitement was over the roof when he was handed its keys by Liam and Sue. Soon he'd find out  that Liam was planning on gifting the Weevil to Hanzo as soon as it came to the towns dealership.

BF Weevill is a 2 door compact with more than enough space inside and it is powered by a single-cam, Flat-4 engine with fully-Durable timing belt and pulleys, coupled to a 5-speed gearbox in a rear-engine, rear-wheel-drive layout. It shares the same engine sound as the Issi Classic and Brioso 300, though with a slightly lower pitch. Even though its a simple car and it will forever stay in Hanzo's Garage and in a special place.

Hanzo rarely takes out the Herbie for special events but it still holds a special place in his heart to this day. ❤️

After the conclusion of the most recent SWAT Academy, Don and Gareth thought up a plan to bring the SWAT team closer together in a night of fun and games. They decided to use the Cigar Lounge in the back of The Lot Nightclub to host the get-together.

uSJjg8h.jpg

With lots of laughs and lots of smoke in the air, the team found themselves getting to know each other better as 80's Rock played in the background.

mEHcYMS.jpg

After they had smoked and drank themselves to the point of near death, the team moved into the bar to play darts at the suggestion of Don. Playing darts just for fun seemed a tad lack luster to them so of course they incorporated some bets into the mix.

  • Babatunda vs. Longford with the loser having to shave their beard off down to a baby face. | Longford won.
  • Don vs. Alex with the loser having to drive the cruiser when ever they are patrolling together for a week. | Don won.
  • Breacher vs. Sanchez with the loser having to dress and perform duties like a Cadet for a week. | Breacher won.

4akuOFT.jpg

JssmEhk.jpg

While the night was still young, a few stragglers found themselves showing up and joining in on the fun. Commissioner Langley arrived and brought his lively attitude, inviting SD into the mix.

When the rounds of darts had been played, everyone was ready to see Babatunda have his beard shaved. Longford ended up doing it himself but decided to leave him with a goatee like a Spanish pirate.

Collie showed up for some reason, idk why tbh

The Burnouts got together for a cruise and decided to spice it up a bit. A few weeks ago on another cruise, Asbo had the idea to create the ‘dice cruise’ - where each member would roll their dice and drive the car that’s parking spot in the garage app correlated to the number they rolled.

Don began to text all of the members that they would be doing a dice cruise and they would be meeting at the Lot. Once most of the members were together, they all rolled their dice and decided what cars they’d drive. After that everyone headed to parking or their house to get their cars, then to Weazel News since Hazel was doing payments for the week. In short, they were going to shout for her until she was able to come out!

9nL3ZgV.png

Don and Alex had gone to Paleto to get Don’s car, and when they came back to the city everyone was waiting at Weazel to get going. Coincidently enough, everyone was hungry, so the first stop was Burgershot. The Burnouts got there and parked up, then entered the fast food place to get some burgers. Don bought it all and had help from Jamie on ordering.

They stood around for a bit and socialized and thought about where they wanted to eat. After getting their food, they decided to head to The Pond and ate their food (and took some pictures while they were there!).

Once they finished their food, Asbo expressed excitement about his diner opening on Friday, The Dane Diner. As Don finished his food he said to everyone “Let’s go check out his diner!”. The burnouts promptly got into their vehicles and cruised up north to the diner. Once they arrived, Asbo showed everyone around, and the Burnouts just decided to do what they do best, and hangout at the joint and listen to music for a bit. After hanging out and socializing, talking about opening the diner, everyone decided it was time to head out for a bit. “It may have been a short one, but it was a nice one” said Don.

The idea of a Pop Culture Car Meet has been brewing in Asbo’s head for a while, afterall a lot of people modify their car to look like their favorite cars from anime, movies or series.

The most popular one is ofcourse The Fast and the Furious series, which has inspired countless people to mod their Elegys, ZR350s and Jester Classics! Asbo contacted a good friend of his and local legend, James Eriksen to inquire about sponsoring a Elegy Retro Custom, he of course wanted to help out Burnout, so he handed of keys to a brand new imported Annis Elegy Retro Custom, Don and Asbo modified it to look like Paul Walker’s Skyline from 2 Fast 2 Furious.

A  summer breeze hit Asbo’s cheek once he stepped out of his house, he looked up in the skies to see a sunset, he smiled to himself and hopped on his BMX, trailing towards city parking where he had his favorite street car parked, The Sultan Classic, he parked BMX and switched out for his Sultan, he turned on the ignition and felt a rush once he heard the flat-four, twin turbo engine hiss! He adjusted the mirrors and drove off towards Vinewood, he parked and hopped out to take a quick snap of his ride.

He hopped in again and began to drive towards Sandy, where he noticed the gas indicator popped, it was reaching zero, he sighs and pulls over into the nearest gas station.

He hops out and prays to the various oil barons that there’s enough gas in this beat up station to make it to another gas station, he tilts his head and looks at the abandoned, run down building in the middle of Sandy, the decades of neglect has taken its toll on the old station.

There wasn’t anything impressive in the pile of junk cars, he went to leave the scrapyard but suddenly, something caught his attention at the corner of his eye, he gasp and mutters, ‘’holy shit, isn’t that a-’’

Burnout and LSMC have always talked about working together for things, whether it be hosting an event, or just something as simple as bringing people to a club night to help make the venue alive. After many months of “yeah, we’ll set something up for sure”, Don approached Ava and Johnnie during a burnout event and said “I’m fuckin tired of me procrastinating this, let’s get this going and get some serious planning started.”. The LSMC buds were excited to finally get something going, as Burnout and LSMC had a tough upcoming as friends due to some past events, so it was key to Don, who had not been involved in the past issues to get something going with the two clubs to make something awesome.

Burnout ended up running a club night, and afterward Ava, Johnnie, Don, Matthew, and a couple of others spoke briefly about running an event. A quick idea of a motorcycle race popped into Don’s head, as it made sense for the car club that has run legal races before, and a motorcycle club would combine those two into one event. After the idea was brought up and everyone showed their interest in it, they decided to hold a small meeting with both of the clubs to plan deeper.

As the day came closer to the meeting, Don got a couple of Burnouts together and headed to The Lot, which is where they were later met by LSMC. They spoke more and decided to head to Heavyflow, a subsidiary of Assured Services, which Burnout Nation has worked with many times. After heading there and speaking with Marco Davis (the owner and proprietor of Heavyflow), Burnout and LSMC took some Reevers that he borrowed the clubs to the drift arena to test out. They messed around and raced them around the track down there, and decided that they would want to use Reevers for the race. After being at the drift arena, they headed to the Observatory and ran the ‘small’ track, when they decided that was the location they wanted to use for the race. After sorting out the location, they headed back to Heavyflow to return the bikes. They spoke to Marco about buying one from the dealership for a lower price, and since he is a giving being, he decided to agree to those terms, as long as Heavyflow was marked as a sponsor. After securing the bike, the two clubs headed on their separate ways waiting for the day of the event to come. Don emailed PD and asked if they could get approval for the event to run, and after a day wait it was accepted. Don emailed everyone that played a part in the setup and let them know it was time to race.

As the day came, Don got a few people from Burnout around and met with LSMC at their southern HQ. After talking for a bit with them, they headed to Observatory, which is where they met Bruce, Liam, Asbo, and Durry. They sat at observatory waiting for the LSPD to show up, but instead LSSD showed up and assisted as PD was unable to assist at the time due to numbers being low.

Once everything was setup, people slowly began to arrive at the observatory. Don and Liam sat at the signup tent and began to take names of people who wanted to race, and marked them down.

After collecting roughly 45 names, they started calling names up for the races. A couple races ran, the crowd started to slim down a bit as the semifinals were beginning. During a couple of the races some people were hitting a couple of the turns too hard and injured themselves. Luckily MD and SD were there to assist.

(Jimmy Solicetto assisting one of the racers that got injured on a turn.)

Once the semi finals ended, a small situation happened where Darius Bivins took an officer at gunpoint and attempted to hold him up for some reason, but he was quickly taken down by the other members of SD that were there.

After dealing with that, the races continued and eventually the finals began. The final four racers were Cheng Izumi, Chris Morgan, Donnie Drakk, and Lucas Laney. Once Matthew counted them down and sent them off, all of the tensions got raised at the line as spectators were excited to see who won. When the final lap came, Cheng Izumi came out on top and passed the finish line first, being crowned the winner and receiving the prize, a maxed Reever!

After taking a picture with the winner and his group, everyone that participated cleared out, and Burnout and LSMC took a moment to congratulate each other on the success of the event, and took one last photo before splitting their separate ways.

A few days had gone by, and Asbo just couldn’t let the image of the banged up, rusty vehicle sitting in the scrapyard, it’s almost like it called to him whenever he tried to think about something else, he had to talk to someone about it, and who else than his best friend, and Chairman of Burnout Nation, Don Mozzarella? After explaining what he had seen, Don wanted to go take a look at the vehicle, Don was shocked to see such a legendary vehicle, rusting away in the sandy environment, and that’s when they heard a bang, and a ‘’elló, esse?’’
_B0OmNQolxJnXvxEYFP0QrX68LTXEjvo0v-TzMSXv2QY78boexv6T8tKbGhU0NBHrJpZwbCUxfRvKaA-hKTTJAjZzz5DTeo47TGiDTkTPLs2YSKK18hR4yqYDD27YauAnBBLMM6CrQj9yqFwEw
A sweaty, greasy mechanic with a heavy spanish accent approached Don and Asbo in the scrapyard back lot, noticing they were looking at the white vehicle, ‘’It’s a classic esé, but nobody of us has time or money to restore it puta, it’s just too much!’’ Asbo reached into his back pocket, taking out a stack of money he made from DJing at the legendary
PINK SANDWICH, he held it over to the mechanic. ‘’I take it, no questions asked.’’ w2X_MmBu0kINxVdTmEN3THylzQHXBhvsXEYTew10LB6MNNqPRg2nL5x-NFxlD9DQ_W5vz5Ox7O53F_gFAPA4ozQjNagqIR-qmrxDwR2ksmLtcKlegYYGybeidpfAvpw-ZTXLgbHnV_ZzDUwg2A
The mechanic didn’t hesitate to take the money in exchange for the car, which was basically just a chassis and four wheels.

Now came the question, how to get the car to a safe spot?

He thought of a few names, but none of them seemed to be right for the project, that’s when he reached out to a friend of Burnout and himself, Conrad McMount of LSC.

Asbo told him about the project, and Conrad was more than down to help him, they met up at LSC and were bound for Sandy for Operation Rescue JDM

Conrad had brought out the new Mule Flatbeds LSC had installed, which made the operation more official and flashy,

Once they arrived, Conrad backed up to the vehicle and attached the car to the flatbed, before hitching it up

With the vehicle secured, they headed towards Los Santos once more, with no idea where to place his newly purchased junk pile, He decided it would be best to just park it behind his house until he could figure out what to do with it next.

Don has a deep enjoyment for his cars. To him, it doesn’t matter if the car is an $800,000 performance model sports car, or if it is a daily driver, where the owner would have no worries about putting 150,000 miles on it.

Hlc1qSwIeg8f02tJgk-GVRcm2lfz5xjYmkvO9uQ4nalZFnK9OL6ztBg7gaGHIC8JWmXM6OMh5KVXcOZaqcSnfeLYQLSwkpEgDvLNIp3k6IMmOObU8vG_v8FeW583wed0GFv7D6wrdFVdDAJwmw

Although Don owns a handful of high-performance sports cars, there is one car that is different in his collection. His 190z.

E204bf4AtJcn00OKOTfxYLN0Mai_fBkhH22InwcQZi3g495xcAN3O76vq74n29qIj_fyYgETGt0b_om68utZEECJv7aoRTfPMWRTP8lmz973__wqpLIL9rERxddQ-PTfFBHZWSvoA-bE6lWYWg

In the fall of 2020, Don had the itch to try something new. He was getting bored of his car collection, as he found himself choosing essentially the same thing whilst deciding what to drive. “Will I drive the Schlagen GT or the Elegy Retro?” his issue wasn’t figuring out what to drive, but his issue was that he didn’t have as much variety in his collection as he thought. That’s when one night he was laying in bed watching car videos when he saw a built and tuned-up 190z. As soon as he saw that car he knew that it was the car, the car to spice up his collection. He found a foreign dealership with low import rates and ordered the car, and after waiting about 2 months for it to be delivered, a local dealership had emailed him to give him confirmation that it arrived and was at the dealership for him to collect.

AG02Tgp2qVrEcpa0S30q8EFHFE-_l1ECr6-QG6_VGCo3bpkhAN3pwPI3staIlT7v0U86eauMp7TbPFix7u0S4cZQkFTYE5rO9p_UYUdKYkgxfhgbFxzBhaiJWDz5uwrWxfbzsYL0cr28H5PFqQ

Once he got a ride to collect it, he brought it to his parking garage to immediately bench it from the road, as the weather was starting to become unfit for it to be driven in. During the winter he ordered and installed the custom parts himself, including custom wood paneling and dials, and custom engine bay fittings.

After finishing the build, Don couldn’t have been more proud. What started as an idea, turned into something that he would consider to be one of his favorite projects he’s done. Don normally won't drive it around as a daily car, but he brings it to any car show that he can to show off his work.

Asbjorn now had a beat up, old Jester Classic rusting up in his backyard, and he didn’t know who to go to to source original parts, but he quickly figured out who might have an idea, maybe the owner of Mirror Park Tuning could help him.

After a brief talk, Elias gave a name and a number for Asbjorn to contact, a japanese number and a name, ‘’Oshiro’’ Asbjorn shrugs, and shoots his shot and texts the number.

He waited a few minutes, until he heard a pling in his pocket.

Asbjorn panicked and grabbed his Shinobi, and made his way down to the docks. He drove around a few times, until he found a grounded container and a man standing in front of it beckoning him over.

He opens it up and nods, seeing a few crates, he goes in and looks over. An original flat six engine, a six speed transmission, paint, new bumpers, a spoiler and wheels.

He nods. ‘’I’ll have to get someone to help me, thank you.’’ Chuck leaves, and a day goes by before Asbjorn asks Don to help him, using his Caracara and his own Kamacho.

Asbjorn borrows a forklift from one of the sleezy workers, and begins to load up his Kamacho and Don’s Caracara with the crates.

After they were done, they moved to Mirror Park to drop off the parts, now they needed to get the vehicle to Mirror Park Tuning, luckily a helpful mechanic answered the call and helped move the vehicle

Using the engine hoist in the shop, he cracks open the crate to find the beautiful engine, hooking it up and guides it down with the lift, lowering it into the engine bay where it’s fitted.

Now came the real job, he straps on a mechanic outfit and begins to install the transmission, two new bumpers, spoiler, skirt and a brand new hood.

He straps on a mask and grabs a spray gun, and begins to coat it in the gunmetal silver, he waits for it to dry, and then drives it out.

Asbjorn’s brainchild of a le man style rally race on the F1 Zancudo track, he wanted to re-do it, but instead of just inviting people to race cars Burnout picked, he decided to open up the track for the public, to race their cars as they saw fit, not only would this be a little less painful, it would be downright easy to let the public know to come race whatever they wanted to.

However, some preparations were required! The SAAA was well on their way to shut down Fort Zancudo for anyone but the military personnel, Asbjorn made sure to ask Lewis for clearance to open up the track on the 12th, which he agreed with as he said it sounded like a good idea! Next came the Los Santos Police Department and the Sheriffs Department, Asbjorn reached out to Elena Blake, who forwarded the email to the media department, and even gave permission for the media department to bring cruisers down to race in the event, which was a huge success, Peter Johnston who is a beloved member of Burnout and the Media Department decided to show up and race, against the Sheriff's Media team, lead by Paulo Witherfork.

Asbjorn also reached out to DOC, who didn’t need to use the track either! An email was also sent out to Conrad from Los Santos Customs, and Tyrone Cox from Bayview, who both replied they’d be more than happy to lend hands and vehicles to the event.

To Asbo’s surprise, Conrad had forwarded the email to DCC, who contacted him and said they’d happily offer 50 % off to anyone going to the race, and also partake in the race themselves, which was a absolute delight to hear.

Asbjorn also reached out to Marco Davis from Heavyflow to hear if he could borrow a few Lé Mans vehicles to let rip on the track, which were approved by him!

But no-one from Burnout could expect what Track Day would bring.

As the day and time arrived, the Burnouts began to meet up around the city in small groups and headed to Zancudo to watch the construction company put up the track. They were expecting to run the event during the day but unfortunately the timing led to the event running at night. Thankfully, the construction crew had prepared for this, and put up some track lights in the start/pit area so everyone could see. Heavyflow delivered a couple of exotic track cars, and Bayview brought in an F1 car.

After Bayview and LSC got setup, people began to roll into the track. Shortly after people met and got situated with how the races would go, people began to line up and start running races.

After a few races, LSMC did a small initiation for one of their new members during a pause in the race, and all of the attendees watched it. Once a few more races happened, day time began to come and the larger crowd began to disperse and go back to their jobs and houses to unwind after a long night of races.

Once the racers finally left, a couple of the Burnouts ran a couple laps on their own before the construction crew arrived to tear down the track.

Burnout Nation has always been about cars. Most of its members are ex-mechanics, one of their members even being the Owner of LSC. The one thing Burnout was missing, was a garage to call their own.

Asbo approached Don, asking if they should purchase a garage. Don was initially skeptical, but after time and thought he decided that it may be a good move for Burnout, as they did not have a space to work on their vehicles themselves. Don and Asbo looked around multiple garages, and couldn’t find one that wasn’t owned, as there was an organization with a “monopoly” on most of the garages as they started off as a group that worked on cars. Naturally, they will own a good amount of the garage space in the inner city of Los Santos.

Don and Asbo searched and searched, and eventually lost hope of finding a non-occupied garage in the city, and they stopped searching.

Don was assisting Asbo with a part shipment he received for his Jester Classic rebuild, and Don found a garage down at the docks that was clearly uninhabited. Don showed Asbo and he got pretty excited, as the garage had a good amount of space in it so when it came time to work on a car, there was no worry about not having enough room.

Don called Tyrone Cox down to check out the property, and Tyrone told Don to make a property request. Don created the request, and after a short week’s wait, Don got a reply that it was accepted, all he had to do was give the go-ahead. Don met with Tyrone and Asbo at city hall and discussed the garage deal. Don went and wrote a check for the lease, and they all headed to the garage and Don was given the documents and keys by Tyrone.

He gave Asbo a key, and Don and Asbo shortly left to prepare for a large event that is planned for Burnout’s 2 year anniversary.

Another year has gone by! Burnout is celebrating our 2 year anniversary, and we thought we’d do something special for one of our posts.

We’ve met a lot of people and done a lot of events and collabs, so we reached out to some of our closest friends to voice their feelings and opinions on Burnout!

Brody King: I miss the days of us playing hide and seek in Mirror Park. Maybe we can do this again sometime!?

Paulo Witherfork: Since December 2020, Burnout Nation has maintained a strong lasting Relationship with Assured Services. Over the last two years, both organizations have continuously provided support to one another and been witness to each other's growth and prosperity! Since the foundation of Assured, Burnout Nation has contributed $375,000 towards community events, attended over 15 gatherings and collaborated on 3 joint events. These statistics help to quantify continued devotion between our two like-minded factions. It goes without saying that Burnout Nation has been one of our longest confidants and a crucial friend to our faction over the last two years! We hope to maintain our robust amity for many more years to come.

Lola DeValera: I’ve watched this faction evolve into what it has become and its members never fail to provide to the community from the very beginning. It is clear that they’ve worked hard and the group that makes up this faction is simply some of the loveliest people on the server to be around. Thank you, Burnout, for two years of your dedication!

James Eriksen: Been fun watching the club grow into what it's become today! I, James Eriksen, hope we can continue our great relationship into the future! Much love from James kiss kiss

James Famingo - even tho asbo is a genuine pain in the ass, it’s been nice seeing him have something to hold on to and build. I’ve seen burnout come a long way since it’s inception and I’m sure it will go to even greater lengths in the future.

Larry Wrzosek: Burnout has done so much for the car community. From the events, the articles, and the car meets. They have paved a path for many people to drive & express themselves on their journey. Aside from all of the car stuff. Burnout has always been open armed to anyone. Personally, I have made a lot of friends through Burnout. So early on into my friendship with the club they were so willing to collaborate with my restaurant at one of their drag events.

Eoghan Macc:  I once watched the people of burnout nation fish for an entire 10 hours so they could put money together for a property the first week they made the organization. Since then it's almost like we were growing up alongside each other as factions and individuals and to this day I admire all the original members and I am proud to see what a success this faction has become.

But that Asbo Smith guys is a smelly weirdo.

Ava Raven: It's been amazing to watch you guys grow, welcome to the two year club! I hope we can keep the strong friendship going and can’t wait to see more epic events and I hope we can collaborate again!

Tyrone Cox: I cant believe it has been 2 years already! It only seems like yesterday that you were all together fishing, and with Asbo with his… Asbo! I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the faction and maybe one day I should return! Time has certainly flew past. Really happy to see how this faction has developed, forming friendships that I am sure that will last a lifetime. Congratulations for 2 years, here is to two more years and more!

Thank you to everyone for the 2 years of friendship, laughter and hardship. A few of the people writing on this post are from our friends/sister faction in Daichead Gadai, recently reformed as Mob Na hÈireann! Also thank you to Amarillo Aces, Los Santos Drift. Los Santos Motorcycle Club, Assured Services, Larry Wrzosek and James Eriksen & Tyrone Cox!

And also a special thank you to our faction guides led by Aldarine for always giving us ideas and constructive criticism on how we can improve!
