Diamond Derby

Peter was having a chat with Don and Asbo when he thought about planning an event but held back, Asbo told him to speak up about the idea I had, it was about planning a Rally Car race originally that was going to take place up at the Observatory but was later changed to the race track behind the Diamond Casino.

wWFj_I3EFo2kZKyoRSGEeB8SyT4zBHTaex8AmlOeC6DRgDd8GPy70JNk3E3k3FJjDAeI0tI0gXgmHQL952jyt1aqM-uR3_sIltMjWEkeTRVGXTSSlnC6UinLx8LND4hM0EmONfMp

Asbo and Peter got to work as soon as he thought of the idea later informed Don about this epic idea and started to make a list of things to do like contacting Stela Carter about using the track. After he did that he had to get sponsors ready so he asked Asbo to get to work on that since he knew more connections than him. Once they got that all set they worked on picking a vehicle for the event, they ended up picking the perfect vehicle The Hotring Sabre  as their vehicle. Once they found their vehicle and track they worked on setting the date, name, and time.ke1r4btySfy1dd2aonRjgqfh8za1mNqrZhD5d-g_1NuK7EJ4P2Z_e_cTtLz1QvZmVgyFGdARo0S9thLkPpRUO3CmhE39xzsQ1C6BKY7gwEh52LQKAkiUwkf2-etV55yMVCUJTyTP5Wb8jbfAaVCu-s4R2kEPdzmPi_3ioAjaFTzvKNtHGJa8LPa_3bGJ6riTOWt_QX2n6WGXX_SiocQXmrRcQGnmdkDt_klv-2hoPdDbcsbelFyHQULWvxXK6X-c7Xg6n4moT7WuYL_0Ra_cS3t8x6J1O44IRhHUwANzy74kzsu-_XsvZ3QDqgQBUbJqLVuEHEuWn7-F1FGvB4aVw6sO89Vple8CwshOwyf-WlBnMy5wFpLJOUFdk44QxKbz6weSFksWiLhCBCYHffGgBsdc

After a big discussion on setting the date, name, and time, they choose the Saturday of the 8th, later naming it the Diamond Derby, knowing it would be crowded they needed a BIG prize they set on $200,000 in prizes such as 1st place would get $100,000 and so on.

The Big day

The day was here...the day of the race, the team got set up and put tables, ads, signs, and posters up all around the city hoping people would show up. IT WAS A BIG HIT multiple people showed up and raced.

The rain hit the windows of Maccy’s Vinewood mansion. A downpour of that nature was unusual for the state of San Andreas but it perfectly encapsulated Maccy’s inner turmoil. His phone began to ring, it was his wife, calling at the same time as usual; same as every night. Ever since she’d left to move back to the UK things hadn’t been the same. He’d collected numerous cars, even managed to purchase properties, but none of it brought the same sensation it had once before. In his age he’d realized that the finer aspects of life, that assets can’t provide the same feeling that relationships could. Maccy and Bez talked for a while on the phone about how burnout was going and about how his duties were going as a sheriff. She expressed her concerns as normal over his safety whilst on duty but he ensured her that shootings in Los Santos were becoming less frequent and that the job was becoming safer.

He’d spent much more time engrossed in his work as Burnout reminded him too much of his wife and whilst he was proud of what they’d achieved with the club and considered some of the members to be family, they couldn’t distract him from the fact. He began to realize that his position as Chairman might be better suited to someone else, someone who could put more effort and time into it. He spoke to Don and Asbo briefly regarding it and they all decided that Don would be the best man for the job.

After a small amount of time filled with planning, the Burnouts set up a meeting at their OG spot “The Ranch”. Everyone arrived at the location, and got comfortable on the couches. Don began to talk to everyone about ideas he had, and asked if they had anything to add. Shortly after Don finished, Maccy stepped up and broke the news to everyone that he would be stepping down, and that Don would be the new Chairman. Everyone was shocked to hear this news, but understood the reasoning. After everyone soaked in the news, they continued the meeting.

leadership_1.png

As the meeting ended, everyone decided to go on a cruise, and as they were about to leave, Maccy called Don back to the parking area. Don walked into the back and asked MaccyWhat’s up?”, and Maccy raised his arm, and flashed his keys to his Seven-70 to Don. He told Don It has the Chairman plate, and I think you should have it seeing how things are changing.” and dropped them into Don’s hands. Don nodded at Maccy, knowing that it wasn’t just a car, it was a commitment. Him and Maccy exchanged a few words, and as Don looked over his shoulder, he saw everyone standing behind them watching, and Don didn't just see people, he saw his family.

It’s been a while since the city has seen a car show. Don was thinking about hosting another one for a while, and he spoke to Asbo about it, and they both had the great idea to host this one. A car show at the beach, and the theme being foreign cars vs domestic cars.

After getting the base idea set to get the meet going, it was now time to find some sponsors to help Burnout plan the event financially a bit better. Asbo spoke to Jonathon Purminelli to sponsor maxing out the raffle vehicles, and James Erikson to sponsor the domestic car to be raffled, and Don called Paulo Witherfork to see if he would sponsor the foreign car that would be raffled since he knew that Paulo recently became a shareholder in HeavyFlow.

Don, Asbo, and Hazel waiting patiently as Paulo arrived at the spot. He and Asbo told Paulo, and as they were explaining it, Paulo stopped them and showed those two the poster he had made for their own event that was similar in idea. After learning that Assured Services was looking to host a meet, they decided that it was a good idea to merge together and co-host the Summer Showdown.

After the short meeting with Paulo Witherfork, Don began texting all the burnout members and letting them know that they would be hosting a meeting at the ranch. After hearing back from most of the members, they scheduled a day to have the meeting.

As the day approached, all the members began heading to the ranch to have the meeting Don spoke about. During the meeting, Don let the Burnouts know about the plans for the car show, and they briefly talked about some other activities they want to plan including a movie night and some other fun activities. After talking about activities, a few members were promoted from Burner to Blazer, and Gary Taylor was promoted to Cruiser after almost 10 months of being in the club. Once all the promotions and activity topics were said and done, Don told the Burnouts that they would be going on a cruise to the meet location, and showing everyone where the cars would park and what the plans were for the show.

As the time approached, all of the Burnouts met at the location of the meet. Paulo Witherfork was already there and everyone was ecstatic to get the event going. Ads have been running, a blip was ordered, and Don had just got the tables set up. Once Paulo and the Burnouts were all at the car meet location, he briefed them all on parking locations, and raffle documents. Shortly after that, people started arriving en masse and began parking their vehicles with the guidance of Paulo and Asbo.

GTA5_2021-07-10_16-17-12.jpg

As the show went on, Don called for the judges to start going around and looking at cars. Gary Taylor and Josh Durry for foreign cars, Paulo Witherfork and Asbo for domestic cars. As they went around and judged cars, Don began marking names down on a couple of wheels for the raffles. Once Don finished with that, the cars were chosen, and a couple of cars needed a tie-breaker to choose the #1 car from each class. As the judging was ending, Don called for everyone to come to watch the raffles go off. As he announced the winners for the raffles, he then got word on the winners of the judging and announced that. After giving the cars to the respective winners, Paulo decided to have everyone that worked the event, and the raffle winners take a nice picture together.

oday marks the one year anniversary of Burnout Nation, and what a year it has been, from our start, to our lowest, from losing members and gaining members, it has been a remarkable ride. Burnout started as an idea between 9 people, and although only 4 of the original 9 remain, we’re still just as strong!

Bez Kentworth, Winter Black, Frost Black, Diego Lionetti and Maccy Kentworth helped shape the faction to what it is today, and although no longer with us, they’ll always be remembered for the hilarious and fun memories we created together.

Right now Burnout is being lead by Don Mozzarella, who at first wasn’t too sure about taking the leadership when Maccy wanted to step back, but considering Don has been the backbone of Burnout since day 1, he was of course a natural leader, who has helped create some of our biggest and most memorable events.

Underneath Don sits Hazel and Asbjorn, Hazel manages to balance being both the brand new CEO of Weazel and being the deputy chairwoman of Burnout Nation, always helpful with events and always sociable.

You all know Asbo.

And ofcourse Jamie Richardsons, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile for Burnout, when we were first planning out our leave from the LSMC and starting the club, he stood behind us and helped us with pretty much anything we needed and he became our missing piece of the puzzle! And he did win us the D10 in the pink slip race.0Bexe464yLUlC93XqDpA1wfCK_DscQs-3tVbkmJXHpa-40iMqPzAXMCgUqFSCj-n_3LSL15jsF--48aVkXCbfYSCB01qkr-MQUpV784xoqUrYZWDDVbTDtT1p17o_xIJJqGHc82M

We also have 2 cruisers who are second highest rank to grid, that being Alex Odinson, who’s most famous for being the biggest simp and for clapping himself on BMXs over and over.

And Gary Taylor, who at first wasn’t too sure about Burnout, but once he saw our potential as a club and a family, joined us and has almost been with us as long as the founders.

Despite us being best known for our amazing and well put together events, we’re all just a big group of friends who loves vehicles and time spent with family, (cringe, yes I know)

We’ve had some amazing and memorable events though! Our first massive event was a race at the docks with Elegy Retro Customs, where we had almost the entirety of PD come support us with barriers and barricades, and ofcourse, they had a cheeky race with their vehicles after everyone left.

XtxW95xxlmdUl-0MxBqnZweg_IIdhWROjKIl9BG3tJTCLgJBej8tvKn4fyCfOZCA2FmruhoHcBYsbGXpVQR2uyHXJEwC-70erHzuWkHYruhJBo7B8C5QYpfHnkyvpZFgLP1ryZOq

Our car meet at Malgoodies was mind blowingly big, cars for as long as the eyes could reach, which gave everyone massive headaches, but hey! It was worth it.

The Drag Race at Sandy Airfield where you could compete against fellow racers to see what car was the best, we had Larry Wrozek come down and cater some amazing food for all the riders.

Our latest big event was the Diamond Casino Derby, which was the brainchild of Peter Stanford. It was a huge success with many laughs had, and crashes, but that's expected.

guaB7xZ3y5pqT5dqaECg0r9gBj96BcSTyaGiYFgb8XfGa1XBU-7aopKQ03ca224Pq7jZxG5gOn0vcbPhwDjwzYdeef50C3U1x6uyNQpvL7ycnq1-PQv6oJpq6WRJR5bzmvgDXgja

We’ve held a lot of Car Meets with prizes and raffles, and it couldn’t have been done without some of our friends who believe in us and are always willing to help us, such as James Eriksen, John Purmineli, Paulo Witherfork, Steamboat Beers. And Roderick Marchisio.

Zxjo9ZHpk-EfvcYxy7WUgyDxa75uZRDUfIFmY7ZVVNdd-r2RGNKB6SXL5I50H2jzWpxqyajDC8n5VUJPAOknjPzrD4c-WSNY_ZSTIyClh9PI6lQdsGQT7jZ3cAXhIzxy_wWQWOlp

We’ve always been very close to two other factions, that being Daichead Gadai and Assured Services.

Daichead Gadai was a very special bunch, although they are very illegal, we always had a BLAST with them, the various parties at Steamboat Beers, and Asbo’s Birthday, where 6 greased up Irishmen came and gave him a lapdance, noone from Burnout will ever forget that, and hopefully neither will the strippers, we’re saddened to see them disband, but all the original Irish members, such as Collie Fegan, Stephen Joyce, Eoghan Macc, Jaymes McClean Lola DeValera And Jake Okibi will always be legends and family to us.

Assured Services is a legal group like we are, although more on the business side of things, our relationship with Paulo Witherfork is relatively new (but strong) We’ve always had a connect to them via another legend, Chris Crawford, who most of the founders met in the LSMC back before Burnout was a thing.
Now Assured and Burnout go like PB and J, whenever they gather for an event, it will be a huge one!

I’d like to thank Tyrone Cox (Timmayy) for ALWAYS helping us out with our events, building them and so forth.

I’d like to thank our handler team, led by Aldarine, along with Caesar and IAmTurtle for always giving us constructive criticism and pointers for what we could do better or what we’re doing perfectly.

Thank you to all the ex burnout members who helped create some amazing memories for when we first started to now.

Here’s to another year of Burnout Nation!

By @Ranger and @Asbo

It was the night before the big show, and everyone was excited for the day to come. Don was hanging out at LSC and chatting with his buddy John Styll about The Summer Showdown event that was to happen the next day, and was seeing if he would want to play music at it. As he was talking to John, Hazel hopped on the Burnout freq and asked what people were up to. Don told her to come to LSC and hang out as John was about to show Don some music. As Hazel showed up to LSC Don and John were already vibing heavily to some music. As the music went on, Asbo texted Don to see what was going on, and Don called Asbo and had him come to LSC as well to come to hang out and listen to music. Once Asbo arrives, the mini party was alive. A few LSC employees came over to listen to music as well, and everyone was dancing and having a good time.

Once John stopped playing music, Asbo said “Let’s make this a Co-Concert” as he chuckled and set up his speaker system. Asbo started playing music, then after his song, John would play a song. After a little bit, Don jokingly said “What if we opened Insignia right now?” It was a bit of a stretch because of how late it was, and the effort it would take to open the club and offer security, drinks, and music all at once. Hazel then said, “I mean, we could just do it at The Lot since it’s closer and we own it”. Don got excited to hear that people were in agreeance to the impromptu party becoming more of a reality than just an idea. Everyone started to head to The Lot and parked up their cars once they got there.

Asbo and John promptly got to work. Asbo brought his Moonbeam Custom with a custom speaker setup in it. As they began music, Don biked to parking to get his Novak to haul some music equipment. He then went to the furniture store and bought some lights and a DJ stand for the boys to use while they performed. As he got back, Hazel had already called Weazel News and ordered a blip and a few ads. The party was starting.

After a while and as more people showed up, a TARV rolled in. Don got worried that they would be shut down, then saw the people who were in it. Church, Jamie, Darion Rueb, Gary Taylor, and a couple of other officers that everyone knew got out, and began to join in on the fun, as it was a slow shift that night.

The friends from Metro decided to head out and do some patrolling, which is when Asbo and John decided to have some fun with the music. Asbo took the stand and started to play a fast-paced song. Naturally, Don got everyone to start running around like they were from a cartoon.

narutomeme1.gif.fa4ba3760f72c64ef2d067a67bcd85c9.gif

The party started to die down, and people started leaving. It was a chance for Asbo to go a bit off the track of music and get into some different music. He began playing some music by request including a bit of metal. As a couple of songs went by, they all decided that it was time for the party to end.

With the warmer nights sticking around Hazel suggested that Burnout host a drive-in movie night at The Lot, something a little different for the group.
She took her idea to Don and he loved it so they let everyone else know and they all started discussing movie choices!

Eventually they whittled it down to nine choices - Four Brothers, Fast 9, SAW, Legally Blonde, White Chicks, Rush, Transporter, Wrong Turn and Equilibrium.
Everyone wrote down their votes on a scrap of paper and handed them over to Don, after tallying everything they were drawn on three.. Of course!
Top choices were Fast 9, White Chicks and Rush.

Everyone that could make it met up at The Lot to see what they needed to gather, snacks equipment ect. After making a list they made their way down to the store to gather supplies!

drive_in_text_2.png

Ticking off each thing as they went they were happy with what they found, Asbo was a little sad he couldn’t find the popcorn machine he was so excited about but Hazel grabbed a few popcorn boxes and ready made bags to fill them and hand them out later.

Trunks full the group made their way back to The Lot to set everything up. Don was in charge of the movie screen, Hazel on the slush machine and the others helped move the sofa in a better viewing position in case anyone didn’t want to sit in their car and Asbo ran to his apartment over the road to grab his laptop.

drive_in_text.png
8D8O2QR.png

Everything perfectly in place the group gathered to look over the movie poll results and vote in person on the top three they ended up on, despite it not being a choice Jamie still insisted on wanting to watch SAW multiple times but in the end the White Chicks won.

drive_in_discuss.png

As the sun began to set everyone started settling into their cars with the exception of Jose on the sofa making the most of having it to himself!
Don pressed play and everyone was ready to watch, eyes glued to the screen.

drive_in_cars.png

As the movie went on Don popped out his car offering everyone a slush and any popcorn refills, not long after the dance battle scene came on screen and a few of them jumped out the cars to join in!

drive_in_dance.png

It was a great night full of laughs and Burnout decided they would have to have more drive-in movie nights like this, maybe making it a monthly thing.
Jamie might get his wish to watch SAW after all?

It’s been a year since Burnout was formed. Don had the idea to go on a cruise, not just a normal cruise, but a cruise that brings back good memories. The idea was to cruise around to old spots that the Burnouts went on the day that they officially went public as a group. During their meeting, he informed all of the Burnouts about it after talking about the Summer Showdown Car Show, and everyone was ready for it.

9yW2Jx2.png

Don began to send texts for everyone to meet up, and they all met up at The Lot and hung out for a little bit before leaving.

krd7Bak.jpg

After goofing around for a little bit, Don rallied the Burnouts and let them know the plan for the night. “We’re going on a cruise to different spots that we visited a year ago today, so let’s get to our cars and head out!”. The Burnouts followed, and everyone got into their cars and they began to cruise around from location to location.

X3nWysG.jpg

q1bx5Kk.jpg

exPZSKZ.png

As the Burnouts traveled around the state and stopped at numerous locations, they took pictures in a few notable spots of when Burnout went on their first cruise together as an established club.

The First Location:

The Vinewood Bowl - A nice area that Burnout decided to go, and where a few new members met the founders and existing members on their first cruise a year ago.

EUwAobH.jpg

The Second Location:

The Pond - the place where burnout was talked about even more as the founding members got serious and developed what it is today. Burnout would sit at the pond day after day when the members weren’t out or at their jobs just hanging out. Members of Burnout still say that they are responsible for making The Pond a popular fishing spot for the time that it was.

yCpMZBS.jpg

hlzWQBS.jpg

The Third Location:

Purm’s Pumps V2 - This is where Burnout hosted a club favorite game, hide n’ seek. Burnout would play this game numerous times, and from time to time invite other groups to come to join in and enjoy the fun and games with the club.

31Ej4Mm.jpg

The Fourth Location:

The Pier - As this wasn’t the most popular location, it was one of the first locations Burnout went to on their first cruise, to try and give themselves some exposure in the city.

But also, it was a notable location for one member in particular;
Gary Taylor.

Gary is one of the longest-lasting members from the original recruitment that Burnout did as they established themselves. He was recommended to join by Don, and since that day on the Pier, he has been with Burnout for over a year. Gary wasn’t so sure about Burnout at first, as he was focusing heavily on LSPD, and was recently reinstated at the time, but he found himself to enjoy the club deeply.

3nmP5AS.jpg

The Final Location:

Observatory - This is where Burnout took their first pictures of the club as it began. The first picture was exclusively Founders, but Burnout is at the point that its more than just the founders.

dureyzG.jpg

Burnout is proud to have been up for over a year, and there are no plans to stop any time soon. We’ve laughed together, we’ve cried together, but together we stand as a family. As the Burnouts drove around from location to location, they joked around about events that happened a year ago on that day and talked about how much the other founding members and old members were missed, and how much they wished that they would have been there that day to see what the club became.

The End

Side note:

Asbo said it all pretty much in the post he made, but all of the founding members of Burnout are very happy that Burnout has gotten to where it is today, and how proud we are of the mini-community we built inside of ECRP. We are excited to bring more car shows and car culture-related RP to the community. Thanks for the read!

I’m a bit late with this post 😄

The burnouts all gathered together to go to a couple events ran by a good friend of the club Brody King, and his car club The Amarillo Aces. Don showed up a bit late, but he was able to make it in time to watch a majority of the races and hangout with Liam, Hanzo, Sanjay, Josh, and Asbo. Soon towards the end of the event, Giovanni rolled up and joined the Burnouts in their evening activities.

Soon after the drag racing event ended, the Burnouts helped Asbo move a few cars out of a home he was going to sell to Colt Daniels. As they were heading to the house, they noticed an advertisement for a pop up Drift Meet and Car Meet hosted by Los Santos Drift. After they had parked their cars, they drove to the Drifting Arena and hungout with some old friends, and even met some new faces while having a good time and listening to some good music.

Don woke up and got into his car and his first thought was “What to do, what to do.” He was thinking of an idea for an event idea for the Burnouts to do, and he remembered an event that he attended years ago in Liberty City, where they had a Barbeque, but involved all of their cars as a part of it. Don texted Asbo and asked if he would be willing to cook, which is when Asbo spoke to a good friend of his, Larry. Larry loved the idea, and began hunting to gather some food for his own restaurant, The Sandbar, and decided to spare some meat for the Burnout Car-B-Que. After hunting for a couple of hours, Larry gave Asbo all the fresh meat that he would need to sustain everyone’s hunger at the barbeque.

FlameOn.png

Asbo and Don had gone to the big orange ball food stand earlier in the day and got the grill and all the necessary grilling tools prepared for the Car-B-Que. Once the time got closer, Don got all of the burnouts together at The Lot, and they cruised up to the location for the Car-B-Que.

Everyone got situated, and Don parked his truck with the cooler in the back with all the food in it. Asbo got straight to grilling the food and put a speaker down to keep everyone occupied as they waited.

As the smell of the food filled the air, everyone thought to themselves “how does Asbo do it? It’s like he was trained by one of the greats!

Asbo_Cooking.png

After Asbo finished up a majority of the food, he exclaimed to everyone that it was done, and people began coming to the grill with an empty stomach, and a nose full of magnificent scents of all of the food that was prepared. After being served their food, they all ate and continued to dance for a bit longer before Asbo cleaned up and began to join in on the food eating.

Once everyone finished eating, Don decided to go on a cruise with everyone. They were all up for it, and their first stop was Wanted Reup to get some gas, then they drove around for a bit and took a pit stop to get some water and some snacks for the ride. As they entered the shop they had the idea to look at the CCTV cameras and wave at it in hopes that an officer would switch to it and see their tom foolery. After getting snacks and drinks, their final stop was Los Santos Customs where they ended up getting repairs.

3 days ago, we bid farewell to our beloved friend Alex Odinson/Sorvanis for the next 9 or so months as he leaves for the Greek Military. While he will still stay in touch, he will
not be able to do so for the foreseeable future so I would like to reminisce on some of the good times Alex has shared with us over the 2 years he has been on the server.

Alex joined the server back in September 2019 at the same time as me. We both applied to Bayview Autocenter and got accepted to become trainee mechanics. At this point, we did not know each other and with both of us being practically brand new to the server, neither of us were very talkative or sociable so we kept to ourselves. However, with me discovering that the server had speakers, I put one down on the ledge at the old Bayview shop and thinking nothing of it, stuck on some good old Avenged Sevenfold. To my surprise, Alex liked Avenged Sevenfold too and was excited that I put them on. I look back fondly at this moment as it was the point where mine and Alex's friendship started.

From then, Alex and I only became better friends, speaking to and roleplaying together almost everyday since although there were some breaks in between. Nevertheless, Alex and myself stuck together as the time went on. Through the handover of ownership of Bayview in 2019 to the migration up to Paleto in April 2020, we were both there for it all. As many people did not like the move up to Paleto, we lost many employees, but with that, we also had a fresh influx of interested applicants, one of them being Don Mozzarella. This is how Alex and I met Don. I rejected his application to Bayview once, but then gave him a second chance to come in for an interview. Luckily I did because once he joined the team, the 3 of us became best friends.

Over the next few months, we would take on more employees including Maccy Kentworth and Asbjorn Schmidt (although it wasn't a smooth entry into Bayview for him). Both Maccy and Asbo had come from the LSMC where they had a whole group of their own friends who we would eventually become close with too. With Don, Maccy and Asbo already knowing each other, it was a clear gateway for Alex and I to join that friend group. At this point, Burnout Nation was not a thing, but it soon crept up on us.

As the summer of 2020 came to an end, Alex had the opportunity to go and work for a couple of months away from home. To tell no lies, I hated these couple of months. I didn't expect to miss someone that much but honestly, it was tough. Nevertheless, I pushed through it and he came back. A lot had changed in those couple of months. Burnout Nation was formed in August, I decided to leave Bayview to focus on PD and to join Burnout officially. When Alex found out about Burnout, he didn't pay much attention to the Car Group itself, but he invested himself into the friend group within.

Ever since then, Alex had shared so many memories with all of us at the majority of the Burnout events which can be seen previously on this thread. From September 2020 to September 2021, Alex had been there with us for it all.

I had known for a long time that Greece has a mandatory 9 month period of service that all men have to serve and that Alex had not served it yet. When he told me about it, I didn't think to much of it as it seemed like so far away at the time, but little did I know that it would creep up extremely quickly. September 19th 2021 is when Alex was scheduled to leave so for one last Hoo-rah, we held a party for Alex at the old Bayview lot for every one of his friends to come celebrate and spend some time with him before he left.

Everyone enjoyed the party and had a great time with Alex. I think it is fair to say on everyone's behalf, that Alex is one of the greatest friends we could have. The amount of fun and joy he brings to any situation is unmatchable in my opinion and I will miss him dearly along with everyone else.

dpBWKz4.png

As a final message to you Alex, I wish you the best of luck in the Army and while not every moment of it will be pleasant, I hope you enjoy it and learn loads from it. We will be waiting for you when you get home, bro.

Alex will 100% be missed. I know I have not been around Bayview, Burnout and you guys in general. And not around on the server as much for couple of months. But always loved every single one of you. So not seeing Alex either on his PD or Odinson he will be missed. And will be fucking happy to see him back again soon. I met him at Bayview first. And we had fun and all that many many memories and such. From him firing me to him most likely helping me. And the Minecraft server I hosted for everyone it was all great and amazing. Thanks Alex ❤️ Stay strong and I will be here anytime you write ❤️ Same goes for everyone in Burnout feel free to msg me anytime. Miss y'all

And to all other Burnout members you're all amazing also and stay strong ❤️ Can't express how amazing it was the time me and Nathan was around I can speak for Nathan and say you are all bunch of amazing people.

One of the best clips of Alex it was 2020 to 2021 new years. I watch it sometimes still till today and laugh

Don, Asbo, and Eddie were around, and saw that an ad from their friends The Amarillo Aces was put up and they were hosting a drag race event. All 3 of them got into their cars, and headed to the event. After getting there, they lined up and waited for their turn to race. Asbo won every race and was even paid a small prize from Brody King himself for being undefeated in both of their drag race events they've hosted.

dp9OUmK.jpg

After that, they decided to head down to the Pearls restaurant at the pier and grab a bite to eat, and make it to the public grand opening. Eddie had gone to sleep, so Asbo and Don entered and noticed two good friends of theirs and the club; Jon Purminelli and Larry Wrozeck sitting at another table. They sat down with them and enjoyed some fine food and chatted a bit about how they've all been, and generally caught up with each other. After Purm headed back to his apartment, the rest of the 3 stayed and awaited some gourmet hotdogs. Don tasted the hotdog, and the perfectly soggy buns and called the chefs out. He raised the tensions and asked the chefs "Do you see anything wrong with this?" putting them in  a tough spot. The chef that cooked his hotdog nervously said "Uhmm, no?" which is when Don agreed with him, and told him "You're right. It's perfect." the chef was relieved that he had not ruined a customer's meal, and the rest of the staff congratulated him in his efforts for the night.

After that, Larry, Don, and Asbo went to Purm's house, unparked his boat, and went on a small boat ride to wrap up the evening.

After the long night ended and everyone went to sleep, Don sat at the lot formulating ideas for events and was mentally preparing himself for the next day.

October came and so did the pink. Last year Burnout Nation changed their colors from white to pink and they hosted a car meet and showed off their pink colors and allowed an outlet for other citizens of San Andreas to do the same. This year, they decided to spread the awareness by partnering with Los Santos Customs to offer a discount to everyone that painted their cars pink. Don spoke with James Allen, a member of Burnout Nation and a Manager at LSC closely to get the deal perfected.

KWfJFCv.png

As the time arrived, the Burnouts rallied at LSC and began running their ads promoting the deal. As the ads ran, more and more people showed up. Don, Asbo, Hazel, Hanzo, Jamie, Josh, and Liam stood at the ledge with the mechanics, letting them know about the deal. As a paint job was ordered, the mechanics let Don know and he paid out the customer to fulfill the promise of the paint job being pink for the cause.

ZKrUb4m.png

After each person got a paint job, Don and a couple others snapped pictures of them for the collage of pink cars. After the promotion ended, Don got to work, and created the collage.

After owning The Lot for about a year, and running events outside time and time again, the Burnouts finally decided that it was time to dedicate to getting the interior setup, as they felt that they were mentally and financially ready to begin construction. Asbo got in touch with a surprising builder; Yuki Nakamura. Asbo had told Don and the others about it and they were ecstatic to hear about it. Yuki showed them the plans for the club, and the Burnouts loved it. After about 2 weeks of building, she let Asbo know that it was done and the burnouts were very happy to see that it was finally done. After showing a couple close friends and members of Burnout, they are excited to open it and are planning on keeping the design private to the general public until it is open.

IKzBnt4.png
(A teaser of the Club's design)

Asbo and Don decided to begin working on the Pub and the General’s Room in the back, and got to work putting their creative minds together; Asbo was the brains behind the Pub build, and Don was the brains of the General’s Room build.

VB0zzFs.png
(Asbo and Don at the Furniture store purchasing items for the pub)

Don got to work on the General’s Room and Asbo got to work on the pub, which is when Hanzo Devil came around and began to assist them in building and helping with materials. After Hanzo went to sleep, they called it for the day. The next day Sanjay was around and helped Don with the General’s Room and it’s final touches. After a long 2 days of construction in the General’s Room, it was done. Once the General’s Room was done, Don helped Asbo finish off the Pub, and Eddie White even came around to hang out and help where he could as Asbo and Don put on the final touches.

Now with the Club, the Pub, and the General’s Room being complete, the last piece of work to be started on is the Burnout Lounge.

“Just because something is traditional is no reason to do it, of course.”

Last year, Burnout Nation hosted a massive car meet where the focus was pink to spread awareness about Breast Cancer, the car meet came together spear-headed by Don Mozzarella, who is a huge supporter of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With a few founders gone, and many faces vanished, tradition is something Burnout Nation takes seriously, and this October was no different, Don, Asbo, Jamie and Hazel all knew they were gonna pull off another car meet to raise awareness, but could it be as good as the first one?

RmEUVGzVP2GgNx0wzK7-cx2YBWOKqZcY1uzVCP7I9u7vTrG9ZyrM2SIenQW-jVqZhDfljpi_Z125x465vzdP6POqDtpLBtZQRowyZXNer64CsQ2uc_-L8K91U3YXhjb2WYzzvSo1

While standing at LSC during their campaign to paint the town pink, Asbjorn reminded Don that he had a Remus that he bought a while ago for their next event, and they both agreed it should be used in the breast cancer awareness meet raffle, but then a lightbulb went on in Asbjorn’s head. ‘’Hey… Don.. we should raffle away two Remuses’’ said Asbjorn with a huge smile.

‘’And why’s that?’’ Asked Don with a raised eyebrow.

‘’Because boobies come in pairs.’’ Asbjorn smiled and laughed, and ofcourse, Don couldn’t keep a straight face, and like a proud father watching his son hit a homerun, Don nodded. ‘’That’s the best idea I’ve heard.’’

Of Course the Meet was gonna be held at Burnout Nation’s property, known as ‘’The Lot’’ They threw a few advertisements up, a blip, and waited. And it didn’t take long for people to pull on in.

53TQ9FiQCaT_AFyk-Lhus5vLlBh6iIANm3xhN5SO3hOHiHsgUqL2pBeaz0EO4Jmy_yZBVCKodleeMLC4WPGY2blAwqNpJJb1YxjmHtlRPnrIG4lA4ioK2flPARFs-pGhvRXNZOWy

Although the theme was pink, Burnout was just happy to see people join in on the car meet.

Petrol runs in Burnout’s veins, and the more cars show up, the happier they are.

The Amarillo Aces, a fellow car club, pulled up in massive numbers, and because they’re extended family of Burnout, they repped the pink hexcode Burnout used for October.

At the end of it all, seeing old faces like Bruce Wong, and new legends like Brody King, Don, Asbo and the rest of Burnout felt proud that despite it being a long time ago, people still remembered, cared about, and showed up for their second Breast Cancer Awareness Meet.

Although Asbjorn knew it was probably because of the raffles, he didn’t care much, he was there with his family and friends, all gathered around cars, laughing and spreading awareness for a good cause.

Now came time to raffle off the winners, around 360 raffle tickets had been bought, two people were gonna get lucky and go home with two fully maxed Remuses.

First winner was Yass Mora!

And once the wheel spun again, the second winner was found!

Ali Valentine!

With the raffle being over, and the car meet coming to a close, people started to leave.

Asbjorn heard a loud rumbling in the distance, and looked down to see all of his homies from The Los Santos Motorcycle Club pull up just to show their faces, which was of course appreciated.

Stay tuned, The Annual Burnout Nation Breast Cancer Awareness Meet V3 will be even bigger!

Just like last year, we won't claim we started the whole pink trend on the server, but a lot of our friends, both legal players and criminals all changed their cars pink to show support for the survivors and victims of breast cancer, it touched my heart to see random people I don’t even know use our hex code and just drive around, for us it means alot.

Fuck Cancer.

Hazel had just finished working and ‘checked’ on the radio to see who was about, Asbo was asking her if she had a bicycle. Apparently a bunch of the burnouts were getting some daily exercise in while joining Don in his effort to avoid speeding tickets so he could join PD! Off to the bicycle shop she went making a pit stop at the clothing store to of course dress for the occasion! After meeting everyone at LSC to make her scorcher look pretty they all headed to The Lot to decide where to go and chose to head for the beach to take in the scenery as it was such a nice day. Along the way they stopped off at a local restaurant as Asbo happened to have a set of keys for it, he had offered to cook for everyone to refuel, if anyone knows his cooking they wouldn't say no! They ended the evening boat watching at the end of the pier and enjoying the sunset.

As Burnout Nation left October behind and welcomed the winter as they entered November, the Founders began to reflect on the majority of the year that has passed. From Car Shows and Cruises to Parties and Parades, the Founders realised just how much Burnout Nation as a whole has achieved.

We all take pride in identifying ourselves as one solid unit of friends and family, creating strong bonds with those who want to join. To represent this identity, we have been sporting the primary colour of white on our daily drivers and have been wearing white tops in our outfits. While many people enjoy this method of displaying our unity, the Founders believed there were some revisions that needed to be made that would allow members to express their creativity with their cars.

The introduction of allowing each member to paint their car whatever colour they wanted was not a new idea by any means, but it recently began to seem more appealing to the Founders. They called everyone in Burnout to The Lot to share the good news in person and to explain the reason for the decision. Saying that the news was well received would be an understatement. Once Don and Asbo finished up with delivering the news, everyone made their way to LSC to show their true colours.

Just another day in paradise as Hanzo wakes up to his phone ringing from texts. He gets up and  checks it out and sees its a message from Don Mozzarella informing all the burnout boys and girls to come down to the lot to cruise to a epic JDM car show happening just outside of Weazel.

VDPHxkL.png

Hanzo gets out of the bed hyped for the cruise that’s going to start in 30 minutes.  He picks up the keys to his daily euros and drives his baby out of the garage setting the destination to burnout nations lot.

J1sne3E.jpg

As he cruises down to the lot, he sees Don and a few of the burnout nations members chilling, waiting for everyone else to show up.Right then Asbo comes up and suggests to  everyone to meet outside of weazel and cruise from there to the car show. Once they got to weazel and meet up with the remaining members they began to cruise down to the car show together in style.

After Yuki Nakamura finished up building Burnout’s club in The Lot, Asbjorn decided it time to complete a dream of his, building his own brewery and make the best brew pub Los Santos has ever seen, getting a lot of inspiration with the interior design of Steamboat Beers, a favorite of the city, before it closed down.
V9pEFm49UI4ybxWUdb0dKLTw_bcZ15gsBHswUeUKffaVt5Kl_L-tM6OM9AGwZ8t5-gXx6mvgDmRNyWiiNxhI6RaaE-DQiWHxSO_KdNdBPZWz509CDcJFmlqLs9zmNW7yisVyuoh_

Asbjorn is a skilled alchemist when it comes to cocktails, however, the beer is truly where the creative talent shines, brewing everything himself and serving up the freshest of beers to his customers.

Asbjorn decided to open up the pub randomly, inviting a Los Santos Motorcycle Club and Amarillo Aces, as well as sending out adverts and a blip.

wlR1jo_UbvnbtJ1O_nkwFFzeb3CU411fbmpFthUQFJm32bb1vdw7s5cxh-TwfsVhjvVtbqVDYo6kYvUju3EsWXZDuZMmZP3-cVfd5gIwEt4bBdmpqoBzvH70man83h2AVGdfP9gY

With his brewpub menu, both the food and beers started to fly off the shelf, making it a successful opening night! Asbjorn doesn’t aim to serve huge crowds, but to create a place where people can sit down, relax, and talk to each other.

A dartboard was set up by Don, and now they needed someone to play, and that’s where ‘’The Bet Of The Century'’ was set. Don and Asbjorn were gonna play each other, the loser had to get the winner's hair.. And after losing by ONE point, Asbjorn had to rock a ponytail for a week.

Asbjorn decided to open up the pub the next week, it was a very quiet Friday but that didn’t mean no fun were gonna be had.

Jose Dyer challenged Bruce Hensley for a game of darts. If Jose won, Bruce had to lose the cowboy hat for a week, and if Bruce won, Jose had to get a cowboy hat for a week.

WFtuIOtH4B3JNWokHdkBrmQAG_EUgCaHov2YPZ0t9wRaXkFgzoiL4qKWRZSHIMIWItUJSKiN4DX0qak0eUlnSyjXuBuL_iTrEXqNSAOW7SH___efrp_aaQcFzHc-leT2qcy0sMoq

Jose beat Bruce with a beautiful 2-1 victory, and that means no cowboy hat for a week.

The Brewery got a few visitors, Harvey Xing and Darragh Curtins paid a visit, and after watching the game of dart, they were gonna have a game, Harvey Versus Darragh, winner will decide the losers haircut for a week, a common theme at the pub.
