+1 I personally believe a lot of these type of insults are used as they are easily come by and only used to really try and bring offence to the individual on an ooc level. I believe these type of comments have no place in the server. As a member of a mechanics faction I have seen some people referring to Mechanics with extremely derogatory LGBT insults which wouldn't fly IRL due to them having to clock off or being a little slow working on a car, so I am unsure why they think they should in the RP world of Los Santos. Everyone is here to have fun and I believe allowing this type of bigotry to continue is to isolate a large portion of the community. I also believe the OOC racism rule should be reworded to include these type of slurs against all groups. -Fishy941

It all started on Friday night when Conrad reached out to the team. He sent a company-wide email informing the employees of the event and his request to show the city that LSC still is the amazing mechanic shop it has always been. The time and date of their meeting was set. The management team had pushed their meeting to be earlier in the day in preparation for the event. All roads were leading towards success. 6.30pm comes around, and the team arrives, showing the great work force that they are known for. They all get their Hi-Vis vests on and begin to head to fort Zancudo. Once there, the team got lined up and talked to the event organizers to find out where they were needed. They were told they would be operating two of the lifts, with Bayview operating the other two. A mechanic was stationed at each corner of the four post lift, ready for their first pit stop. Both lifts were being operated at peak efficiency with both teams not only wanting to be faster than the opposing teams but wanting to be faster than their colleagues for the bragging rights of being the fastest pit crew in Los Santos. This healthy competition followed through the whole event, which showcased just how amazing both mechanic shops are and why they are renowned for their mechanical ability. From myself and the rest of the LSC family, I would like to thank the admin team for putting on an amazing event and including ourselves in the RP. They gave us a spotlight in which we were able to showcase the amazing RP done by our team.

Burnout had a drag racing event they had held mid-February for the last two years in a row. Asbjorn and Don had decided to run it this year for a third time in a row. The event was scheduled for the 19th of February, although this time the nation would not be holding an actual competition, but rather running an open track for anyone to settle their scores. Asbjorn worked along with the construction companies of the city to move the barriers into place and create the track at Sandy shores airfield, as they had in previous years. Liam was the second member of the nation to arrive at the track, and he decided he would take over as the official starter of races. As more of the nation and the rest of the city began to slowly roll in, the night got under way. The races had gone off without a hitch and the reception of the event was overwhelmingly positive. The nation got to cleaning up the track and discussing what was next on the agenda for the night. As is normal for them after an event they decided it was time for a cruise around the night to various spots, although it was discussed, and they agreed that a normal cruise was not on the books for the night and that they would instead do a dice cruise. This is a type of cruise the nation had begun to drive cars they may not take out as often. They simply roll a random number based on the amount of cars they own to choose that they would be cruising in. Asbjorn would be cruising in his glendale custom, Don would be in his 190Z , Bruce would be in his Riata, James would be in his caracara, Liam would be whipping his cypher and Shiro would be running up the rear with her Brioso 300. The cruise first attended Burger shot, where they had their fill of food and drink before being told that there was an ongoing hostage situation. Don's police training immediately kicked in as he called 911 and hopped on his radio to ensure the police department understood exactly what they were getting into. Everyone else took cover and watched as the events unfolded in front of them. Once the police arrived and took control of the scene the group decided it was time to carry on with their adventures. As a lot of the nation had not been around in a while, Don decided it would be a good time to show off the new garage acquired by the nation, where he was currently restoring a classic car. The group had pulled up outside the garage and looked around in amazement at the work that had been undergone, and the progress Don was making on his project. After this, Asbjorn explained to a few of the members how he was currently leasing a store in the mall and how it worked. They thought this would be a good way to end the night. They made their way over to the mall and parked up inside before looking through the store and being amazed at how far the nation had come from a simple car club to now having businesses named after them. They chatted for a bit and caught up over a few snacks in the store before deciding to call it a night.

Family Dinner Night The call It was the 13th of February and it had started off the same as any other day. The group were chilling around the city doing their own thing until Don called over the radio to see who was around. He got a response from Liam, Hanzo, James, Asbjorn, Karla and Bruce. "Okay because it's almost valentine’s day and most of us are single I'm paying for a family dinner at Pearls. Get dressed in your best suit and let's go!" Everyone was excited to hear this as family time is always a blast. Asbjorn brought his date from the blind dating contest while Hanzo brought a new potential burner to meet the family and have an introduction over dinner. Everyone met up outside a clothing store and went on a shopping spree as there was a very strict formal theme. Once clothed the group made their way to the pier and parked their cars in the secure lot before getting a ride to the restaurant. Dinner Once at the restaurant the group was seated in the conference room and had requested their usual server, Harley, come take their orders. Harley came to the table and was instantly asked to read the wine list and suggest a perfect paring for the drinks as had become tradition every time the group dined at Pearls. Once the drink orders were taken the group was left to their own merits while waiting for the order. Liam and the others thought this was a great time to get to know Ms. Aurora James, Asbo's date for the evening. Ms. James talked to the group about her business endeavours and how she had left the life of law behind her. At this point the drinks order had come and the attention turned to the glass of milk Don had ordered. Don questioned the origins of the milk and was shocked to find it was regular cow’s milk. This moved the conversation in the direction of possible new business ventures giving peoples strange desires. Ms. James told the group she had feet pics she could sell but they were not her own but those of their wonderful server Harley! The group then ordered dinner and finished the night off without many other antics until the desert came. Donald ordered some mac n cheese and requested Harley to share the dish with him. Harley agreed without hesitation and sat with Don to eat his desert. Once all of the deserts were finished Harley thanked the group for dining at Pearls and the gang thanked her for having them and told her to give the chefs their compliments. That wrapped up the family dinner and the nation then made their way to the store to end off the night. Expanding the family At the store Emily, Ed, Peter and Scott joined in to vibe. It was at this point that Asbjorn disappeared for a moment and got a very important item from his car. He pulled out a brand-new blazer pin and offered it to Vaynes Valenzuela who was Hanzos guest for the dinner. Vaynes accepted it looking delighted to meet the group. At this point another friend of the group called Gareth Longford pulled up to the store. Although not a member of burnout he was treated like family since Gary, one of the longest serving members of burnout had disappeared. It was at this point Don decided Gareth should officially be invited to a part of the family and offered him a burner pin. A speechless Gareth accepted the pin and like that two new brothers were a part of the nation.

While spending time there and becoming close to Alex, Asbo, Don, Gary, Hanzo and the rest of the group, he had come to the realization that he had a special place in his heart for the friend group. After working at Bayview for months and working his way up to be part of the management team, he had really come to love those who treated him as one of their own, especially Hanzo Devil. Hanzo became Liam’s best friend in the city, he was there for anything Liam needed and slowly became like a brother to him. Unfortunately, a disagreement led to Liam being removed from his position and losing everyone he felt closest too and this was a real turning point for him, for the first time ever in the city he felt alone. He felt like he wasn't a part of anything, and that scared him. Liam confided in his boo Hanzo who showed him that this was not the case and that there was a group who he was sure would welcome him with open arms and treat them just as they treated their longest serving members. When Don had heard that Liam was thinking of joining burnout, he had no reservations. He opened his arms like a loving father to a son. This was the beginning of his new journey, and he owed it all to his brother, Hanzo. All Liam could think of was something don had said when he thought about the group. Don had told him when he was joining that Burnout wasn’t just a group of friends connected by the love of cars, it was a family. These words resonated with Liam and have stuck with him to this day. At the beginning, Liam always felt these words were sticking with him for the wrong reason. Would he be welcome in the family? Would they accept him into their tight-knit group? All he knew for sure was that he loved cars and was looking forward to meeting the rest of the nation and showing off his pride and joy, which was gifted to him by none other than Hanzo Devil. Liam had already known most of the members from different times in his life. Alex, Asbo, Don, Gary, Hanzo, James, Peter and Sanjay he had met during his time as a mechanic whereas he met Hazel and Bruce during his time as an advertiser. He had always been friendly with everyone, but had never really thought of them as much more than friends. Oh, how wrong he would turn out to be! After joining burnout and attending a few of their events, Liam had realized that this was the most welcoming and kind group of people he had ever met. There was no question on his stance in Burnout after his first-time meeting everyone and how they all accepted him without question. Burnout truly is not just a group. Burnout is the best family anyone in the city of Los Santos could wish to be a part of, and Liam will always be thankful to the members of Burnout, Especially Hanzo, who have made him feel like part of their family and hopes to one day be able to make the new burners feel the same way he had.
