   Staff Morale!

Following their discussion, Burnout Nation reached out to Paulo regarding a small party taking place for Burnout Nation members and Assured Services staff to attend. This event would allow both teams to get-to-know each other outside of the formal business setting following their plethora of events together.

VDt4o4O.png

We initially met at the parking lot of "Horneys" in Mirror Park, where we kicked of the evening with a game of car hide and seek. The two rounds was tremendous fun for all, during the first round no members of Assured were found, however during the second time around only Asbjorn managed to remain hidden despite Paulo's camouflage.

VC5okgP.png

Following the two rounds, everyone was starting to feel a little hungry, so they went back to Asbo's house in mirror park where he lit the BBQ and threw some freshly procured produce on the grill. This was a lovely way to finish off the night, with everyone tucking into their food, enjoying the sunset, talking and swimming in the pool. This was a nice reward for both teams after their months of hard work, running several state wide events. We look forward to the future with Burnout Nation and hope to collaborate more with them on upcoming events.

After the sudden rise in social media popularity, Paulo reaches out to James Hawkes to revamp their existing home adverts. Since their initial creation, Assured Property Management has been around the state acquiring a plethora of properties ranging from affordable homes to Luxurious 4G Mansions.

James relished the arduous assignment, and immediately cracked on with the task in hand.

After a week of hard graft, James had produced 17 unique advertisements posters, exceeding the expectations of the company once again. His adverts have raised the standards for states real estates market and truly embodied Assured Services core value of Quality. Following this task, James has been asked to start producing some material for Assured Law.

All of James new posters can be viewed through the following link -  https://cutt.ly/Listing

 Assured Law

Following talks about the introduction of the San Andreas Justice Branch, Paulo assembled his executive staff and immediately set to work on exploiting this business opportunity and expanding the corporation. A project of this magnitude would need decisive planning and organisation, starting with finding a suitable candidate to manage this new branch. After reviewing a plethora of potential contenders, they reached a unanimous agreement on who they all thought to be best suited for the role.

Paulo asked Blair to reach out to Caleb Allison, the deputy Chief of LSEMS, to schedule a meeting. Caleb had previously expressed an interest to Blair about the activities of Assured Services as-well-as inquiring about any vacancies however at the time the company was fully staffed. Caleb's impressive Résumé demonstrated the vast range of skills and attributes Caleb possessed that made him perfect for the position. The following day, Paulo, Blair and Caleb all congregated at the Maze Bank West boardroom, where Paulo would propose the Idea of Caleb. This offer was contentedly accepted by Caleb who was keen to get involved. After shaking hands with Paulo, Caleb had assumed the role of Legal Director for Assured Services.

We plan for Assured Law to offer a diverse range of services including: Criminal appeal cases, Legal Advice, Civil and Corporate Protection and prosecutions. Our first priority, is training and nurturing a capable team of legal representatives, so that when licensing becomes available we can immediately get the ball rolling.

Ethical Business Practice

Given the growth of Assured Services Operations, it becomes increasingly important to uphold our ethical values. Corporate Social Responsibility is something that we heavily endorse, affecting all our subsidiaries at different levels from Truckers salaries to associated companies.
Today Paulo went on a small research trip with Asbjorn Schmidt to find out what wages truckers expect to get paid. We understand that truckers are a vital link in the supply chain,  especially so for Fully Cocked, without their service we would be unable to operate our business. Together they assessed the time it takes for Fully Cocked stock to transported from the depot to the store room. From this we were able to calculate that a fair amount for the short trip was approximately $2,500 for the trip, however given our stance and values we will now be paying all truckers $4,000 per delivery.

wMiqFGS.jpg

This week will also see our monthly management meeting with all subsidiary managers. During this meeting, we will be ensuring that all our companies are associated with similar companies, a prime example being Shadow Corporation which follows very similar conduct to Assured Services.

Ever since he first arrived in Los Santos, Thomas had known that property would always be a good investment. It all started small with private rentals, first one property, then two, then three until he had to apply for further hosuing permits at the government.

Deciding to go official, he applied for a business registration and license but was set back three months waiting for the new system to go live. As his company was finally approved, Thomas started working harder to get his properties out there and quickly grew into a successful business with his clients.

rhWPl9S.png

When he heard of a new upstart corporation called Assured Services, branching into mayne different business, he reached out to their management team to introduce themselves, striking up a friendship that evolved into business with each other.

But a year later, business was struggling due to many new competitors and private parties going around the business registry, advertising had become inefficient and clients became far and wide apart. Wanting to give his company the social media-approach and attempt advertising on LifeInvader, Thomas reached out to one of his contacts from Assured Services, James Hawkes, in terms of designing some banners and listings. James was up for the task, but also wanted to have a sit-down with him, Thomas and the CEO of Assured, Paulo.

unVyRHr.jpg

At the meeting, they talked about how to move on with the designs, but James quickly added something on top of that - a deal to join Assured Services as head of their property management branch. Pros and cons were talked about, but ultimately the deal was a benefit for them all, so Thomas accepted and was now a part of the Assured Services family.

Marking the milestone

Two Years on from it's creation, Assured Services has evolved into the self sufficient, Multi-Million dollar company that it is today. With the rate of expansion for both services and staff being at it's highest in the company's history, it's paramount that all branches effectively communicate with each other. With the introduction of two new department heads, Paulo called for another management meeting to take place. After some additional seating was added to the boardroom to facilitate the staff increase, we commenced the discussions. After some very fruitful discussions the entire team was buzzing with excitement following the announcement of new subsidiaries and events to take place.

sjGossn.jpg

To mark the milestone, Paulo had called in some favours with a friend down at the Los Santos Aviation Association to reward his team for their hardwork over the last year. After congregating outside of Maze Bank West, they convoyed down to Pacific Bluffs where there treat awaiting them. Upon arrival, three top of the range, Buckingham Deluxe Helicopters were waiting. All the staff made their way into their retrospective helicopters, buckled up, cracked open the champagne and enjoyed the scenic ride.

Myiso6O.png

Paulo led the convoy of helicopters on a small tour around the beautiful coast, allowing the team to take in the staggering before landing at their leased super yacht.

h0VdLB0.jpg

After a happy landing, the team made full use of the onboard bar facilities, making their way through bottles of wine, beer, vodka and whisky. This was also the perfect opportunity to take a staff photo. Paulo handed his mobile over to the captain of the vessel, who happily obliged.

HKm2l3B.jpg

Paulo then received a tour of the vessel while his staff team split off and did some exploration of their own. After being granted access to the his personal quarters, Paulo was presented with the opportunity of maneuvering the yacht. Hesitantly, Paulo took the wheel and engaged the throttle.

ppO0hu1.jpg

After accelerating to 15 knots, Paulo became alert to a small flashing light on the ships dashboard. After alerting the Captain, he became aware that his hasty handling on this ship had resulting in some engine complications.

aqsgr3K.jpg

This incident seemed like the perfect time for him and his team to leave. He summoned them all back to the main deck, before jumping back in the cockpit, performing preflight checks, and setting course back to Pacific Bluffs. The un-amused Captain waved off each of the helicopters as they flew off into the horizon.

qbwWUcz.jpg

After all flights had safely grounded, the staff rendezvoused to extend their gratitude to the two Pilots from LSAA for their time and helis. The experience helped raise staff morale and was a great way to reward them for their dedication and continuous efforts in getting the corporation where it stands today!

Moving Day

With the exponential growth of the company, Paulo has decided to relocate to company Head Quarters from the Maze Bank West Tower, to Bluff Office complex located in Del Perro. This new building lied in a central location to all of Assured Services Subsidiaries and provides a plentiful amount of space to not only facilitate our current branches but also any future ventures. A job this big required some help, Paulo reached out to his associate construction firm and called in some favors

V6q2LlI.png

With the vast quantity of equipment, we had to lease two Packer removal vans and several forklifts which did the heavy carrying.

oHjaJIk.png

Additionally Paulo thought it was a prime opportunity to put Assured Services on the map. Having reached out to the Weazel CEO Jason Tate, they both went on a little tour around the site, inspecting the premise and the facilities it had to offer.

After the intensive afternoon, Paulo extended his gratitude to his friends who had given up their afternoons to help the company move into their new HQ.

Emily was enjoying her time at a DCC event, when her phone started to ring, it was Paulo calling. Quick to answer he asked if she was able to come meet him at Pafic Buffs, of course she happily agreed and left the party apologizing for her leaving early. She hopped into her car and rushed over to meet him, only issue with this was she forgot she was still in her fancy dress outfit.

(DDC Event)

Arriving at the club she waited for Paulo to arrive along with Sokka, once he had arrived he commented that Emily looked like an “old timey war girl working the fields!” and that Sokka looked very chilled in his beachwear, Paulo then motioned them towards the door of the club and explained that he wanted to give them keys to Pacfic Buffs, to which Sokka and Emily were surprised and asked why this was, he explained to the pair that he was impressed with how the pair were running things so far and wanted them to become managers of the club. Both Sokka and Emily were taken aback, Sokka was fully on board with the idea but Emily was a little hesitant of it but agreed as she knew this was a huge opportunity.

Sokka and Emily instantly started to work on getting prepared for their next event which will be a beach event with an added twist, whilst Sokka was working on the DJ booth Emily and Paulo worked on the advert for the event alongside with Weazel News. They of course arrived in style with a helicopter, they spoke through the details of the event and how they wanted it styled.

(Emily talking to Weazel News regarding the adverts)

While this was happening Sokka and Paulo talked over the details of the car and which one they wanted to be in the prize they decided on the Stinger, and discussed how they wanted the car look.

The day of the event had arrived, this was their second event so nerves were high, to relax a little they decided to go clothes shopping to get into the spirit of the event. After a bit of retail therapy they rushed over to Pacific Buffs, to prepare for the crowd of people. To their surprise people had already started to show up. Sokka rushed over to sort out the line for people to pay to enter and Emily went to sort out the refreshments!

While Emily was the back grabbing food and drinks there was a call over the radio saying that the car park had nearly reached full capacity! So quick thinking from both Paulo and Sokka they redirected traffic to another part of the venue and assured their guests that the security on site will do their best to watch over the cars and the guests themselves!hdUd0ou7Vth4LGKW8tuxBJXXnzK2NRTWzhFKIPJx6CTF-J8ONSXTv-9Sk8sWqUlGvmGfry95BhxGUIIaQliFYcusanCfU_M9sljjCV7B8P31txnmJOa8WS3-2KpFfVXcaPu33h4f

Sokka had luckily thought ahead of this just in case there was a large turnout and asked a close friend of the Lazoo’s, Tom Solar who agreed happily and acted as another person to help organise people.

Meanwhile out the back Jeff Babatunda and Paulo were serving drinks and food to the hungry guests, while Emily roamed around offering raffle tickets to the guests. While looking around the event there was a lively atmosphere provided by the music, Stebbi was doing a perfect job of being the DJ for the event and blasted out some beach music for people to dance too.

Sokka also organised a swimming race for the event and walked over to the beach to begin the race event, the racers took their places in the water and with a shout and a flare gun the race began, to watch over the racers the lifeguard patrolled the waters to ensure everyone’s safety. The winners of the racer was Jess and Sean and David who proved their were the faster swimmers of the bunch.

After this the raffle was held and the winner was announced, Calum Moncur was excited to receive a Stinger and rushed over to the car to receive the keys from Sokka. Whilst this was happening Emily was speaking with James and Asbjorn and discussing how they thought the event went.

When Caleb first joined Assured Services, he was sure that the Legal field was where he would best be utilized. Upon meeting with the executives his primary role in Assured would be to serve as the Legal Director heading up Assured Law.

As time in the company passed, Caleb began to tap into his natural talent. With his experience in the Human Resources space, he saw the need to create a People infrastructure within Assured. As a growing business, it’s essential to build a strong Human Resources foundation. Identifying with the notion that the core of a successful company is it’s people, Caleb knew this was his true calling at Assured.

After conversations with the CEO of Assured Services, Paulo Witherfork, he met with the rest of the executive team and they offered Caleb the role of CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER.

In this role, Caleb will not only create a strong people friendly culture at Assured but he will manage, maintain, and create people focused systems within it’s amalgamated services. Caleb will continue to serve as the Interim Legal Director until the role is filled down the line

In addition to his responsibilities at Assured Services, Caleb is currently the Deputy Chief of LSEMS where he has been heavily involved in Human Resources and the Department of Administration. He comes with immense professional experience and a degree from the University San Andreas, Los Santos.

Caleb’s main residence is in Vinewood and he enjoys spending his spare time reading, swimming, and running along the beach.

C-Suite addition

This months executive meeting covered many important topics. The primary focus of this meeting was on improving the effectiveness and overall customer experience for our subsidiaries. We have started to review the processes for each of our branching, making minor altercations to some areas and entirely revamping the process of others, for example we've recently developed a submission form for Maze Bank West's lifeinvader page which will improve the overall organisation and speed of obtaining a loan.

FcSDpcg.png

In the second half of the meeting, Paulo had a small announcement to make. Following discussions with his fellow executives, they came to a unanimous agreement over the progression of one of their employees. Caleb Allison recently joined the team as the company's legal director, during the course of his employment Caleb demonstrated his ability in employee management, taking the initiative to start compiling personnel files for the staff. Following his performance Paulo, Blair and James saw it fitting to offer Caleb a seat at the executives table in his new job role as Chief People Officer.

Making Headlines!

Given the continued success of Assured Services, the corporation has started to gain more media attention and public awareness. Assured Events, has hosted several highly successful events, yielding more attendees then most events in the states history. Thanks to the excellent facilities and sharp minds of his Events Coordinators Sokka & Emily Lazoo with the expertise and experience of the Executive Team the quality and level of engagement at these events has really set the standard.

Most recently, Assured Events hosted a summer beach party at Pacific Bluffs. Once again hundreds of attendees flocked the leisure facility, exceeding our 80 vehicle capacity. Among the crowd was Senior Writer Asbjorn Schmidt who had come along with his pen and paper to document the event. During his time at the Party, Asbo mingled with the guests, talked to the staff and snapped some photos for his news article. The full article can be found on fourth page of the paper.

Work Meeting!?

Emily and Sokka were relaxing in their house when their email system pinged, looking over they saw that Paulo wanted to organise a event meeting to review their progress. The day of the meeting they woke up and Sokka drove them around the city for a while as they got ready early for the meeting.

As they drove towards the meeting, Sokka said “I wonder if the sponsors will be present” Emily looked puzzled at the comment but didn’t question it. They pulled up and got out of the car and Asbo started to sing Happy Birthday towards them, it wasn’t Sokka’s birthday nor her own, so she shrugged it off and laughed at Asbo being Asbo. Whilst this was happening Sokka went into the back to sort something, whilst this was happening Emily conversed with the crowd.

A moment later Emily felt a tugging on her arm and saw Sokka directing her towards the back of the club, following closely behind. As they turned the corner Sokka announced that this was all planned for their 4th wedding anniversary, gobsmacked Emily was lost for words. Sokka had organised this for them and worked hard to get it to come together without Emily ever finding out.

With a drink in hand the party had begun and everyone was dancing to the DJing of Drexid, after some dancing and of course drinking Sokka whispered in Emily’s ear about a second surprise he had in store for her. Emily followed with everyone following behind them they walked back out into the front of the club and Sokka stood next to a car and smiled saying that this was his gift to her. Emily was completely shocked by this, it was a beautiful yellow Casco she walked by the car lost for words. Sokka handed her the keys and said “Go on take it for a drive”.

Self Reflection

As we approach the midway point for 2021 the executive staff starts to evaluate the performance of the company and review the progress towards our goals made at the start of the year. During this period of self reflection we look at the mistakes we've made and look to improve our performance as highlighted in the Japanese Business philosophy, Kaizen, meaning "Continuous Improvement". This is an exciting time for the company as we set forth plans for expansion and development within our subsidiaries.
One change that will be taking place shortly is the new management for Maze Bank West. With Mickey King set forth to take the helm, we've brainstormed ways in which we can improve our service. Assured COO, James Hawkes has devised a digital submission and log system where clients can make a request through LifeInvader, making the process of loan obtainment much more convenient than the traditional desk buzzer or phone number.

fxa7Mlp.png
Additionally our new CPO Caleb Allison has been working on improving the companies internal infrastructure, helping to improve the overall organisation and efficiency of our internal processes. On the topic of internal processes, the executive staff have also enrolled a digital treasury system for management to make full use of which will be overseen by our CFO Blair Allison to boost managerial innovation and initiative.
Events coordinators Sokka and Emily Lazoo continue to work effortlessly to conjure up unique event concepts which help bring the community together. Having conducted a plethora of successful events, they've started to establish business networks and develop their cognizance.

Further exciting news is the development of our company Headquarters. When the building was initially acquired Paulo enlisted the help of Hayley Swan, one of Los Santos' best builders having constructed multiple establishments such as Pacific Bluffs Country Club. With a key eye for detail, Hayley has relished the challenge of taking on such a large building project. Now that the structure is complete Hayley can be let loose with the furniture catalog and start decoration.

QedABJ0.png
As always we look forward to seeing where to company goes and will continue to strive in our economic, social and philanthropic performance.

Offering a helping hand

Networking has always been an essential factor when is comes to running a successful business. Over the years Paulo has got to know many associates, many of which he now considers his friends and when they're in need of a helping hand, Assured Services will always offer assistance where we can. Paulo recently attended the Quarry race hosted by Los Santos Drift and Premium Deluxe Motorsport, due to Paulo's long lasting continual relationship with James Eriksen he though he would pop along and show his support. Upon arrival he noticed that there was zero event advertisement and not a huge amount of attendees. He inquired with James and Cheng about the lack of advertisement and it soon became apparent that one of their licenses permitting them to advertise was yet to be approved. Paulo immediately sprung into action and reached out to a few contacts with Weazel News arriving moments later.

GP5WjUA.png

He was able to use his companies licenses and contacts to establish adverts and a blip for the event which yielded large crowds in the hundreds. The event was a tremendous success and helped bring the community together. As the hours went by, heat after heat took to the circuit to compete for the high-stake prizes. Eventually it came down to the finals where Nico from Los Santos Drift took the first place.

QoOjcXX.png

Not only was the event successful in drawing large crowds of spectators and participants but it also added to Assured Services Networks. That night we were able to establish another relationship with an upcoming group.... The Los Santos Drift.

The Negotiator - HeavyFlow Dealership

While on duty at the Sheriffs department, Paulo received a surprise phone call from his friend and Colleague, Marco Davis informing him of some talks that were going on at HeavyFlow. Paulo immediately rushed down with Assured Services Loan Director, Mickey King where they joined the conversation.

kJUO7E5.png

After their extensive negotiations, Paulo was able to write up a contract and both Parties Agreed. This will make for another successful Subsidiary under Assured Services, and with Marco at the helm we have no doubt over the success of the company.

With a new business comes new opportunity. Discussions have already started with employees and associates as to how we could collaborate with other branches. Mickey King has already proposed the idea of establishing a vehicle financing system whereby we can help people buy new vehicles at discounted rates. This also allows for more giveaways & Raffles from each branch!

We look forward to seeing what the future holds for HeavyFlow.

Maze Bank West

For quite some time the office doors of Maze Bank West had remained closed, shut off to the public and the phone calls and e-mails had gone unanswered. One of those e-mails that went unanswered was that of Mickey King. Having first met Paulo Witherfork at the community outreach meeting that he and Xoza Shadow had set up, The Chamber of Commerce, where Mickey was the chosen representative for Weazel News.

FJskA6T.png

Through the coming months the personal and business relationship between the two had grown with Mickey trying to use his connections to further the reach of Assured Services in places where it could expand. In passing Mickey had mentioned to Paulo that he had not heard back from the bank and Paulo had informed Mickey that they were in an in between stage, looking for a new loan manager to run Maze Bank West. With his knack for communication and his ambition to always further his own personal accolades Mickey put his name out there to Paulo.

In just a short amount of time a meeting took place where Mickey met with the senior executives of Assured Services. Impressing those across the table from him it was decided that he was the right fit for the job and the plan was put in motion. Over the coming month or so the remaining loose ends were all tied up and when all was said and done the keys to one of the most prestigious and well respect loan companies and banks in all of Los Santos were placed in Mickey's hands.

Wanting to get right to work Mickey began to strike fast, catching up on the backlog of e-mails and getting in contact with everyone who had been seeking a loan. Within mere days over two-million dollars were loaned out with interest rates that most companies could only dream of providing to its customers. The plan was simple, keep the rates fair and honest and a rebuild of the image of Maze Bank West as a bank by the people, for the people...

The Accidental Order - Ocelot Jugular

It was a routine day at the Dealership for Marco as he rummaged through various orders and stock levels. As per usual he contacted the various vehicle manufacturers to ensure that HeavyFlow had all the stock it needed for the day. One particular brand that's always in high demand is the British Car Manufacturer - Ocelot who are known for producing luxury coupes, sports cars and even some supers. The following day Paulo was called down to the docks...

After arriving at the docks Paulo was greeted by the dock-master Draco Mavis who informed him of some logistical complications. After being guided across the site, Paulo was shown to a singular shipping container which accommodated his mistaken order. After cracking open the container Paulo was surprised to see the Ocelot Jugular inside. He was informed by the Dock-Master that our order had been mixed up with a vehicle dealership in Vice who had received HeavyFlow's shipment.

This however wasn't a total disaster, as form of Apology and Tender Compensation Ocelot allowed for the dealership to maintain ownership of the vehicle due to the inconvenience of delayed shipment.

Following the good news Paulo took the vehicle to Los Santos Customs where he made some performance improvements and some visual altercations. Now equipped with a new Turbo Charged Engine and a Blue paint job to match the company's logo, the Jugular is ready to rival any competitive performance vehicle in Los Santos.

Keen to see the vehicle, Paulo met us with his close friends and associates at Burnout Nation who kindly offered their time and knowledge to benchmark the vehicle against their D10 and other high performance vehicles at LSIA before heading back to "The Lot". During this bench-marking the Jugular was able to earn it's status as a high-performance vehicle. The following day Paulo took the Jugular down to Sandy Airfield where he tested in around the circuit. After racing a plethora of vehicle's Paulo was more then satisfied having seen it beaten the likes of a Vacca, T20, Neon and VSTRs around the circuit.

Now under Assured Paulo has big plans for the Jugular and hopes to incorporate the vehicle into various activities across the company.

Redwood Derby Race

Having since resumed his career in the LSSD, Paulo's become more aware of the illegal street racing that takes place around the county so when the opportunity presented itself to assist in the running of a legitimate racing event, Paulo jumped at the opportunity. After meeting with the creators of the event LS Drift, Paulo started work legitimizing the event while running all the marking for the event. Prior to the event, Paulo arrived at the venue when it was being set up.

Paulo reached out to Weazel news where he arranged some bulk adverts and set up a blip for the event location. In addition to the adverts, Assured Services offered a max hakuchou drag for a raffle prize to help draw in the masses. A short while after the adverts went out the crowds started to flock the venue and signing up.

After the first batch of sign-ups went through the event was in full swing. In addition to be a fun participating activity, it was a great spectators event. With cars bouncing off each other, getting air and rolling around the mud, it was certainly a fun, unique event for all who attended.

As night fell, heat after heat ran around the track tearing through the tyres and fuel. Eventually everyone had a chance to whip around the track and challenge their mates, to conclude the event we extended our thanks to LS Drift for organizing the moderated event and drew the winner for the Maxed Hakuchou Raffle.

Assured Services & Burnout Nation Summer Showdown Carshow

On one hot summers afternoon Paulo received a call from his good friend Don Mozzarella regarding an upcoming event and a possible sponsorship. Upon discussing the matter it became apparent that both Burnout Nation and Assured Services had two very similar themed events in the pipelines. Having successfully collaborated numerous times, it was decided that a merging our events together would be beneficial and another chance for our two groups to work hand-in-hand once more.

PxFt3tO.png

Following their meeting both organisations set to work, Paulo reached out to Marco Davis the arrange one of the vehicles for the event raffle. HeavyFlow was able to quickly arrange the vehicle way ahead of the event free of charge.

As the day approached the final preparations were made with the creation of spreadsheets and the addition of modifications to the vehicle. Paulo arrived 1 hour prior to the event kicking off and already a small group of people started congregating. Once the adverts and blip were up the masses started to flock the venue and fill up the spaces available. With Assured of Traffic Coordination and Burnout of Vehicle raffles, everything was running like a well-oiled machine.

As the sun set of the horizon, the judging began. With a great array of Domestic & Foreign vehicles, it was certainly a difficult competition to judge. After eventually narrowing the line-up down to two final vehicles we found our 1st and 2nd place winners for both the foreign and domestic categories. To conclude the evening, the winners of the competition were announced and the new car owners for our raffle prizes were drawn.

In the words of those who attending the event was in whole "a great success" and another occasion to "Bring the community together". Assured Events looks forward to working with Burnout in the near future and getting started on our next event.

Forging New Relationships

Sometimes in business relationships must come to an end. With differing work cultures and values Paulo found himself in a sticky situation which was affecting business operations. After consulting his managerial team and seeking a third party inquiry it was unanimously agreed to cut ties with the organisation.

opwMIYi.jpg

There is always a silver lining in every situation, with one relationship coming to an end a new one was forged! For some time Sokka and Emily Lazoo had been in talks with members of the Diablos MC, a newly founded motorbike club with legitimacy, comradely and loyalty at it's core, values which Assured Services Share. After an initial meet n greet between Paulo, Charlie and Ace, a date was set where the club would meet up with company executives for the day. During the excursion, Diablos were shown around various sites including the Company headquarters and Pacific Bluffs while engaging in conversation about upcoming events and opportunities for collaboration.

PjRvcCo.png

A clear relationship has been established between the two organisations as we already see several interactions taking place. Diablos had kindly offered to sponsor an upcoming party at the country club which was a great success and Assured is helping Diablos set up their charity bike ride through sponsorship, licensing and access to their network of contacts. It's evident that this bond is strong following the mutual favors of each group in such a short space of time, we look forward to future ventures between Assured Services and the Diablos MC.

It had been a while since their last event and a lot had happened in that time but that story is for another time, as for now it’s time for Emily and Sokka to get back into gear alongside Paulo to get events back on the table.

They had a meeting to decide what kind of event that should take place, after a while they decided on a nice disco. They also talked about if they should have a raffle and if so what the prize would be. After much discussion they all agreed on this.

Once they had gotten every set up ready for the event they had a quick pep talk meeting to get everyone ready for the event. They decided that Emily would stay outside to sell the raffle tickets, Sokka would be out in the front helping greet guests and answer any questions they had alongside Paulo.

Once the doors had opened they were taking lots of requests by the guests to which they tried their best to help.

The car park quickly filled up and they had to help sort out parking so they wouldn’t cause any major traffic on the main road. Once inside the guests were greeted with great music playing. Also the bars were filled with food and drink, after a while Emily decided to go inside and check on the event inside to make sure that everyone was having a good time and if the staff inside needed support.

At the end of the evening they were ready to announce the winners of the raffle of the cars, the new owners excited to get into their new cars cheered and shouted with delight. Once that had all been sorted Emily, Sokka and Paulo decided to retreat inside the club to relax with a nice drink and celebrate the event and how it worked out.

New Commercial Avenues

One of the keys to a successful business is to have a diverse range of revenue streams. One of the biggest company investments was into Pacific Bluffs country club which came about due to the amount of possibilities the venue would bring to the organisation. To date we have hosted 5 highly successful events, partnered with over 15 businesses and like-minded organisations and produced revenue's of over $3,100,000 from this one subsidiary alone. For a while now, we've been looking into new avenues such as commercial leasing for the property which had it's first test run with PD's "End Of Summer BBQ" party. After running through all the details with Captain Hunter, Paulo popped down to the venue the night before to see where he could help out. Upon arrival Grace was busy getting the venue ready with the club staff.

As the doors opened the venue the carpark once again filled up with attendees flocking to the venue to partake in the various activities offered by the event. With a meet & Greet, BBQ, Relay Racing, Swimming Pool, Bar and Live Music the event certainly wasn't short of entertainment.

hNXAbZK.png

From Commissioners, Chiefs & Sheriff on the dance floor, to crowds spectating the beach relay race the event certainly was a success and something for the Police Department to have been proud of organizing!

As the sun set upon the horizon and the event concluded everyone was starting to settle from the excitement of such a well coordinated a constructed event. This certainly proved this new business model's effectiveness and also highlighted areas for improvement in our services. We look forward to bettering our leasing services and hope that more groups will partner with Assured Services & Pacific Bluffs on future events!
