Neighbours are lovely too. House is 3G like said, and also has a little garden where is a garage, you can store up to 3 cars there. So in reality the house is like 6G. Asked him to arrange a meeting to BUY his house and his answer was " I don't want to meet I get plenty of offers online". Tumbs up for everybody making offers. 1

I asked you the price you are offering, you didn't provide it to me. Clearly the ad says I am looking for OFFERS only at the moment. As you can see, the advertisement is spammed with offers. There was and is no point for me to meet you, and negotiate your pointless price, as the ad been posted today, and the price will only be going up. 1

You're funny buddy, I kept offering you more and more. You kept making up fake offers just so I would keep giving you more. I even offered to give you exactly what you wanted on your previous house and came back saying you decide to rent it instead. You want to make the most you can I get that but you just do not seem like a serious seller hence why I'm retracting, good luck in your "sell".
