gyrhnr Posted August 7, 2019 Report Posted August 7, 2019 Let's not waste time with this. When you die in-game you do not care really, you lose your map and radio and thats it. What would make people consider every risky action they take a second time? Now, close your eyes (after reading this) and imagine how many things would change if dying would have true consequence, such as: Every time you die, you would be deducted -$10,000 for medical bills.
Mopop Posted August 7, 2019 Report Posted August 7, 2019 Since I live in America I was shocked when I left the hospital and it was free. I'm on the fence with this one because this means dying to bugs will cost you 10k and 10k is not enough for a refund request. I died 3 times at DOC once because of the floors, losing the radios sucked enough losing 30k on top of it would just be insult to injury. 1
kenichis Posted August 7, 2019 Report Posted August 7, 2019 Nah, can't agree on that one chief. I would prefer after dying your character would enter a "coma" and wouldn't be playable for a while. This would also prevent abuse of the new life rule with people just showing up on their corpses to retrieve items and such. 2

It wouldnt really harm criminal RP but it would make you really think a decision if you had to wait a few hours for your "dead" character to come back to life. However I can see the potential for abuse as people now know if you murder someone you wont see them for awhile. So why. Ot murderlate everyone at the drug lab? Hey free few hrs of making money.

Xoza Posted August 7, 2019 Report Posted August 7, 2019 +1 Lower speeding camera cost by 30% Add hospital bills. Give a percentage of that money to MD faction.
