Dangerous
So I love trucking in the game, it's an enjoyable job I like driving. I bought myself a truck a while back and I love it. The only issue I find is I also work for LSEM now which I love. But alongside that job in spare time when I am off shift, I like to pick up trucking jobs. Every time I want to start work in my LSEM role I need to quit my job as a trucker which means every time I come off shift I need to go to the truckers yard take the job again before I can use my truck to pick up trucking jobs. It makes the convenience of having a truck pointless. Is there a valid reason why I have to quit my trucking job to start my faction job? I ICly don't see one as people work several jobs IRL. I would like to suggest you can hold a civi job and a faction job without having to quit it every time you want to work in your faction.
Aldarine
-1 If you don’t quit another job you would be able to do double duty while working for a faction. IRL even if you work two jobs, it’s not simultaneous. You go from one job to the other with a punch/check in system which is effectively ending one job to start the next. Cyrus Raven
+1 Make sure that you aren't getting double paychecks while on faction duty and add the ability for people to hold two jobs (maybe exclude the jobs that require specific clothes like farming as you're going to have to be on site anyway to work there)

Xoza
Could have a better toggle between working one or the other, but that currently is 'leaving the job'. Maybe a new description is better. /clockout?

That is a good perspective but if you turn it on its head, when you are working for your faction (On Duty) then you shouldnt be able to do your CIV job I agree. But just not being allowed to be employed as a CIV job while also being employed in a faction seems silly. I do agree you shouldn't be able to do both at once that is not what my suggestion is aimed at. I just think it's silly not being able to keep that job when going on duty and having to always go pick it up again. We are allowed to double faction, so I don't see how this is any different. Bala
It could just autoswitch you from being on job duty to faction duty surely?
