If you see 3GS for under $500,000 grab them. Everyone bought houses and is looking for a quick flip. The demand for housing will continue to climb. Good long term investments. Finally someone who understands. I did manage to get my hands on a 3G for 450k recently which Im quite happy about as that will rise in value substantially in the coming weeks/months.
jowebb7 Posted June 28, 2019 Report Posted June 28, 2019 I got 2 3GS both for $240k. Did a quick flip one for $600k and then sold one to a friend for like $400k. Could have made more but I was happy with that. 1
