[Selling] Grape seed Ranch

I purchased this stunning property recently but I am now in need of the money for other ventures. It truly is one of a kind and offers a lot of space ,as you can see from the images below there is a lot you can do with this truly dynamic property. The main house offers two indoor parking spaces with plenty of space on the remainder of land for working vehicles.

Starting bid at $500,000

Buyout at $1,100,000

Its true that i was out of the city for couple of months, but is it possible that that piece of garbage well packed so it looks like a house, can cost up to 1 mil? Whats so special about that?
Is it just cause its house, or you prefer location more?

With this you are not just paying for a house, you are investing in land. Land is the single most valuable commodity in the city. Land like this symbolises the american dream. You could host gatherings, work the land or just store supply's here. the possibility are endless.
