Frewer Posted April 22, 2019 Report Posted April 22, 2019 (edited) I get it sounds crazy but when at the Auction event the other week i saw a Bus type vehicle with Speakers on it and thought why not have a Music festival like Burning man or coachella. This is how in my head it would work but Admins or Developers could do more if people actually like the idea: The Event would be held in Sandy in a NCZ in the open bit in sandy near the airfield With if possible a stage or the bus (above) People who want a DJ set can apply via a app or by asking an Admin Obviously with how Voip is it would probably have to be done through Discord. I just think it could be a cool event for the summer and happen in the evenings over a weekend. Thats my thinking so far Let me know your thoughts and Additions. Mineman Posted April 23, 2019 Report Posted April 23, 2019 I would like to know an answer to this because I DJ IRL and was thinking the same thing would be cool to see to bring to server to an event IG. If the Admins can give an answer I would appreciate it.

Speakers and voip can be used to make the music, organize cars and people to run the event. Get an event license, or ask someone in game who has one already to use theirs. With that you can run server-wide ads. Also place advertisements in the classified sections. You can get business owners to sponsor the event to cover costs, or run a raffle/auction/giveaway of some sort. If you were really into this idea, you can even get the ball rolling ICly, and if the event is planned and organized enough, you could get mod/admin support. Usually the big events run in the server by players (casino, bayviews events, Jasmines events) had at least Mod+ staff on site to assist things running smoothly and clear out any rule breakers quickly.
