Add a civilian Deluxo

Add a civilian variant with no flight or weapons of the Deluxo (the DeLorean), I think a lot of people would love to drive the car. I’d drive this car a lot.

There should be one ready to go if I recall since in base game, you steal one with no guns and no flight.

Toreador would be cool too.
