Custom housing (Revamp of current script)

Staff goes to player owned house property, presses manage, changes to "Free build"

 

Logistically speaking, all that needs to be done is change the house dimension to a freebuild (The same as business properties).

Should a player like to revert back to a standard pre-build, it should just revert to the previously assigned interior.

 

Why?

Creative freedom is the first, there have been some amazing custom builds and with the furniture store now being so extensive, it'd be great to be able to have a custom property. 
It can be regulated by a new branch of GOV, similar to BPB and staff can uphold build rules too.

It would cost a fee, which takes money from the economy organically

(This is a custom build in the server right now, which is a perfect example of how creative people can be!)

One minor tweak that would help however, is the ability to set doors. At the moment, they are always at the very corner of the property. Easy enough fix;
/setpropertyentrance

/addpropertyentrance (So people can have a backdoor!) (For a fee)

I like it, but then i also like the concept of being able to choose the house interiors without their furniture in so they can still somewhat closely resemble their exteriors.

The problem with houses for me is that they're not really intended to be accessible by everyone, people are segregated into dimensions and such.

+1 the interiors for houses suck. People often just put walls to block everything then remodel. Make it like properties, an empty shell you can bring to life yourself

on the other hand, i kinda like having my stuf safe, yes we have safes, bu that locked door is something nothing and nobody can get around, if its locked its locked and that feels safe,

maybe some better safes than a 4 digit number would be great if this was implemented, 
i do think it would be something very cool to be added into the game

Being able to customize the interior without the pre-existing furniture would be so cool.

This suggestion opens up so much room for RP 

Interior/Exterior Designers etc, which exist already but not to the degree it could be.

I don't even think a script is required, as small properties the size of a 1G already exist, which are completely empty besides the 4 walls.

So people that opt for that kind of house, they could receive one of those small property interiors. I'd instantly get one myself, I hate the layout of my 1G and 2G.
