Driving on a blown/flat tire should slowly damage your vehicle

Pretty simple suggestion, driving your vehicle on rims/blown tires should slowly tick down your vehicles HP until it is inoperable. it should be quite slow, like 2 HP per second, since cars have 1000HP, which would give you 8 minutes and 20 seconds of driving on a rim at full durability till your car is no longer functional.

so now you wil have every cop shooting tires instandly, and them just waiting it out, 8 minutes chilling to take claim the victoryn easy game

works both ways, as well as crim v crim chases and fights. Driving on axel/rims should slowly damage your car

-1 on this, don't see the point, specially when u go pickup your car after a situation where u potentially NLRed, to drive it to bennys with missing tires, ALREADY hoping there's 1 mechanic bc it's night time.

I swear this used to be a thing, when you could see the numbers of damage your car has taken I’m pretty sure when you had no tires it would go down.
