Xoza Posted March 6, 2019 Report Posted March 6, 2019 I think the root solution would be to add vehicle registration to vehicle purchase. That way you can choose to or not. However, on the flip side, if your car is impounded, it's registered automatically when you pick it up, or you have to register it, before you can pick it up.
