  3. The public labs already go 5x faster and are extremely profitable, dropping 3x sounds a bit ridiculous
  4. When you get a ticket from a camera, it says this: Since the time limit has ICly been adjusted to 7 days, this message needs to be changed.
  5. If u ain't in a gang then a lab might not be smart to go to. New players shouldn't be rushing straight to labs, they should learn by doing other crimes and meeting people. Obviously drug labs will be controlled by powerful gangs
  6. I haven't had the chance to get arrested and try these jobs myself, but the feedback seems pretty positive. The economy can be tough for crims if they don't feel like spending their entire day isolated in a lab mindlessly cooking drugs. If crims can make money in a fun and interactive way, it seems like a great feature!
  7. Hello! I want to make a quick, simple suggestion. The current system for car washes (/mechoffer 2) will set the base value to the value of the car, which is the same price for Mors or Impound. I like having clean cars but don't like paying $16,000 for a shine that will last 10 minutes. Car washes shouldn't become more expensive based on vehicle prices and should have a set base price, such as $250 or maybe even $500.
  8. After trying a cook for the first time, I can understand why the update was added but it needs to be balanced. For starters, nobody knows how much of an effect a spill will have on the heat, but it needs to be relatively low or else running a lab by yourself will be impossible. Maintaining just 25 drug tables is difficult with how often drugs spill, and with the amount of spills you have plus 5 second-ish action timers, there's no way to effectively keep your lab in condition. I like the idea of a change being made, and cleaning drug tables actually makes lots of sense and I fully support it, but some balance changes are needed for it to work. Private drug labs are a necessary part of the criminal economy. Not every player has a group with body armor and assault rifles to hold down a public lab for an hour and make 100 drugs. It should remain plausible for somebody to cook in a private lab with some sort of safety with a system that is manageable. Private labs are and always will be high risk and high reward. Prior to this update, you could argue that the reward is somewhat more than the risk, however, I feel as if this update tips the scales and throws off balance, making the risk much higher than the reward. Table spills shouldn't have a major effect on heat, maybe at most making things heat up 5% faster. Spills are way too frequent, from trying it out and experiencing it, and the rate of which they occur needs to be significantly reduced to something manageable. If spills aren't extremely dangerous to the point where leaving one unattended for a few seconds can ruin your day, then it's fair. It adds a second action for you to do. Instead of cook, cool, cool, cool, it could be cook, cool, clean, cool, clean. As long as you can reasonably cook alone, the update can work. It's no secret that cooking is something that is a staple for solo criminals. I look forward to seeing what changes come from the feedback before this is implemented and how people will adapt to this. It's a big change, just like apartments being disabled for cooking, and there will be adapting necessary but it isn't all bad, it just needs some work done. TLDR; The update is cool and it has potential, but it needs some balancing changes such as less spills and a low heat modifier to keep private labs relevant. As of right now, balance changes are definitely needed to the script.

  11. Strongly agree that the dead bodies on the server need to be improved. Dealing with dead people at Burgershot is tedious enough, and it's way worse whenever Law Enforcement is responsible to clean up 30 dead bodies with 5 people at a drug lab. If this isn't improved with the mechanics and script, then moderators should at least delete bodies.
  12. Strongly agree with every point made! Being PD, the absolute worst thing is handling a shootout because some cruisers can't transport them, the ones that can only store 1, etc. Coroners are one of the most important freelance jobs, and the current state of dead bodies in general is not only inconvenient but very poor. I could see all of these suggestions as beneficial.

  14. A majority of clothing that exists is unusable due to clipping. As long as there is a solution, that would fulfill my wants. For having a character that wears suits, it's pretty unfortunate that most of the suits are unusable. If people abuse the ability to remove their torso/arms to have invisible limbs, they can be punished for it if they take advantage of it. For the other 99% of players, this would be great and add a massive amount of variety to what they can wear.
  15. Unfortunately, you can't. The "Long Black Gloves" are still short-sleeve gloves, meaning that they still have visible arms.
  16. My suggestion is simple. Most legal factions (PD, SD, DOC, etc.) have access to both variants of gloves. The long-sleeve variants will delete your arms, which will stop any clipping of your body through your clothing. The short-sleeve variants leave your arms visible. Currently, the gloves that anyone can buy from a store are the short-sleeve variants, which means that if you use gloves with a long-sleeve shirt, it will have visual glitches a majority of the time. Because these legal factions already have access to the different variants, they already exist in the script so it shouldn't be difficult to sell them in stores. This is more of a quality of life addition that only has a visual effect, no effect on gameplay.
  17. +1, would be a nice QoL change!
