ORIGIN
PLVS VLTRA is a powerful and highly organized secret society
and criminal organization that originated from Latin America.
The Original Founders immigrated into Los Santos during the
21st century after years of trafficking drugs, humans, and guns into the city.
Although their history was of a dark and deadly nature, the founders wanted to bring
a new light to Los Santos. Two Brothers, Roger Feldman & Santiago Ortiz, met one night
in the highest floor of the Eclipse Towers. Overlooking the city, they contemplated what it was
that Los Santos seemed to be missing. Was it Hope? Guidance? A Brighter Future?
There had to be more..
This meeting led to a long and heated discussion on what would be best for the city and its future immigrants.
There are many organizations out there that provide brotherhood, monetary incentives, and other opportunities;
However, where do they lead? After this discussion it was clear that the organizations that were currently in place,
whether legal or illegal in nature, were missing one fundamental attribute..
A Future for All..
PLVS VLTRA originally started out as part of the enforcement branch
of the Mexican Gulf Cartel and Military training was fundamental to their early success.
They had been known to force capture immigrants into gladiator fights to the death.
They frequently supervised killing experiments where new recruits
were ordered to kill people with a hatchet or knife.
PLVS VLTRA is a direct translation of "Further Beyond"..
This translation is a direct reflection of the organizations belief and operating system.
Due to their violent past, many of the members still have the thirst for violence,
drug, and arms trafficking, however their goal and purpose is unlike most other organizations.
Further Beyond is a Goal, and also an Expectation.
To reach new heights and take people to a place that exceeds other's expectations on what is possible.
With this being the belief system of the organization, it leads us to the fundamental requirements of being a member.
Due to PLVS VLTRA being a secret society, it is not very easy to become a member, as the expectations are very high,
and the nature of their business is secretive to help avoiding Police or other Organizations detection.
Joining PLVS VLTRA is done through a recruitment process..
Existing members find new recruits in the city that meet the organizations standards..
Standards may include:
Strong Communication skills
Positive, Optimistic Future-thinking.
Posses qualities of optimism and confidence in the future.
Showing the desire to learn and grow while pushing their boundaries.
Standards of those who are avoided:
Those who display traits of cynicism, doubt, bitterness.
Those who do not display traits of trustworthiness.
Those who lack the desire of equality or justice.
Other recruitment requirements:
Global knowledge about life in Los Santos.
Must be knowledgeable of server rules. (Heavy RP Organization)
Organization Rules:
Take the Blood Oath, swearing to secrecy and loyalty.
Respect the secrecy of the organization, and protect it with your life.
Respect and Honor Higher Ranking Officials .
BE IN GOOD STANDING WITH THE ECLIPSE COMMUNITY.
Stay in character at all times, in all scenarios.
Must RP an appropriate character, as part of the Organization.
Maintain relations with the organization's Allies and Business Partners.
Do not cooperate with law enforcement or other organizations.
GOALS:
Create business relations with other organizations within the city.
Avoid the attention of law enforcement and other federal agencies.
Reach 25 Members within the first month of becoming an official faction.
Acquire new properties and business locations in Los Santos.
RANKS:
Grand Master - Leader
Grand Master is the Leader of the Organization.
Master Elect - Second in Command
The Master Elect is the Second in Command
Intelligence Council - Accounting & Information
The intelligence council is made up of multiple members who help keep the organization organized and operating smoothly.
The Trilateral Commission - Operations & Management
The Trilateral Commission is made up of multiple members who are responsible for organizing the daily operations and tasks.
Master of Mercy - Arms Dealer
The Master of Mercy is responsible for the trafficking of Arms within Los Santos
Master of Medicine - Drug Dealer
The Master of Medicine is responsible for the trafficking of Drugs within Los Santos
Master of Secrets - Spy
The Master of Secrets is responsible for obtaining classified information on other organizations.
Knight - Foot Soldier
Knights are loyal and highly respected. They have gained an honorable position within the organization,
and help carry out the daily tasks assigned by The Trilateral Commission.
Fellow Craft Member
The Fellow Craft Members are those who have shown effort and have gained a respectable rank within the organization.
This position requires the blood oath and training of the internal operations of the organization.
Although the Fellow Craft Member is now an official member, many secrets are still withheld from them on the operations.
Apprentice
Before becoming an official member, potential recruits are referred to as an "Apprentice".
Before the Apprentice is able to rank up, they must show their recruiters that they have what it takes to be a loyal member of PLVS VLTRA.
Prospect
As PLVS VLTRA is very secretive, it is up to its existing members to find other members..
With this being the case, many people are seen as prospects to who may potentially become an apprentice if the subject shows potential

Great points! Love the Article! I completely agree that the bus drivers are wild and you never know what is going to happen. The other point you mentioned regarding qualifications and pay is another solid point.. I hate knowing our tax dollars are hard at work when there are 10x the amount of bus drivers that are actually needed.. But hey.. what can we do?
