  1. Чувак, ты сервером ошыбся, это не русский еклипс форумник, это совсем другой сервер, проверь урл
  2. Interesting, having all on low + some config modifications to disable unnecessary settings, I'm squeezing around 140-150 fps max in secluded areas, while having around 100 +/- 10-15 frames in more crowded places like mission row. My system: i7-4790k @ 4,6GHz, 2x8gb 2133 MHz ddr3, Rtx2060 and ssd. Will try some tweaks for better quality, and will let know how it affected fps. P. S. Best thing was when Nvidia game filters were working for ragemp, I could easily set all visual stuff on low and tweak filters so it looked like on high setting, wish they would make it work again, or at least someone would find a way to get game filter trough the joke of an EAC that Rockstar implemented. Update 29.12.2022 : yes, the tweaks do not eat fps more than I expected, game still runs smoothly with previously mentioned fps ranges, but looks way better. I'm not sure why I did not do much research about what graphics settings eats up fps and which don't.
  3. Previously it was script issue, now it is truly a skill issue
  4. After extensive tests after last announced latency bug fix, I can confirm from my side that it works perfectly now. Only couple of times I failed was indeed because pressing too late, or too fast outside green zone. If Noone else has any complaints regarding this issue, please archive this tread. Thank you for listening and fixing problem, respect!
  5. +1 to this, I can add my pov in case it is needed, reported it yday in game, but canceled as Noone picked it. Later today I found this report. As I like to rp as coroner, I undoubtly can still do so but it isn't bringing any food to the table now. Please fix it asap within scope of your time capabilities.
  6. I did not mean to adding jams to crims only, but to police as well. They should cover gun upkeep from their pocket, and whole pd budget should be limited to what it receives from government, not more not less. Infinite resources vs finite crim resources is totally out of balance, it would be interesting for cops themselves that they have more red lines that should not be crossed, and if they do cross, they have severe ic consequences. Another good idea might be to add some random loot into static vehicles. They did good job in making it sometimes hard to know if it's player owned or static. Today alone, I did around 15 static cars, and for a solo crim it pays literally negative, because considering spending money on boby pins, possible jail risk, it is not worth it. Adding a few items that players can either pawn shop or use, could balance that out. There could be anything ranging from GPS or map, to heavy guns (in rare occasions), pistols, drugs etc. But facing reality, one can only dream of such changes, as they will pile up and get forgotten eventually.
  7. As someone who had spend fair share playing dayz, I strongly agree to your suggestions. There so much mechanics from that game that would fit into here, but problem is the casual rp'ers who will cry out that game is hard and it takes a lot of things to do something successfully, but IMHO that is exactly what is needed. One example I would add, is that guns /ammo/silencers also could have some sort of dayz condition statistics, meaning a ruined gun can never be repaired or used, while heavily damaged one will work for shot or two, but eventually will jam, thus needing to clean bullet out of chamber, taking some time for it(action timer)? Would Def. Add some realism and would force players to be more careful about what actions the carry out. +1
  8. Hello, This time I would like to suggest some simple suggestion: Add ability to purchase styled dog-tag from (shop can be decided? probably 24/7 would fit). After purchase, player can has it either blank or engrave it at the shop ( lets imagine there is small engraving worker in the back of the shop doing that, because, why not?) In this dog-tag, there would be little space to engrave blood type, name, date of birth, maybe something other like phone number, last wish etc. In case someone is dead lying on ground, it would make easier to ID the person, if the killer forgot to take it off. It dont need to be an addition item with additional slot, (altrought it can be if needed), which can be taken off with bare hands. Item would not be visible, as it IC would be behind clothes, or in other places, if there is not torso/legs clothes attached. I got this idea while writing a note, about in case something happens to my character. Not sure if needed, but surely would add a lot of fun RP to the game! https://imgur.com/a/2xirfRt
  9. But... I am suggesting positive suggestion, in this case it is positive for crims (for a change). No need to be angry if you are unhappy about it!
  10. Idea to counter balance things between cops and crims - if crims has chance of spilling while cooking, cops should have random 10% chance each IG hour of having a hearth attack and their character die on spot, containing all of the guns and gear for crims to grab. Why not add some negative to cops? Only negative changes are for crims, while cops receive only positive changes. Not fair.
  11. OK I might overdramatized some of the key points, but main aspect is getting rid of stagnant atmosphere, but that also easily could be just my point of view over this situation. However, I do believe that changes as drastic as I propose, will filter the casual role players and attract more mature audience, and that might pop up interest in this server. One example could be more streamers/content makers because of more "IC" aspects = more people attracted, which would benefit in better revenue, and that equals more assets at hands of dev's. Just my honest 2 cents.
  12. Brilliant suggestion. Monopoly situation puts progress of development to absolute stall, where only couple of lucky individuals gains it all. I'm not against IC monopoly, however, but the situation is above IC because scriptly it isn't possible, so even if someone does good rp for make their own business, it will quickly deplete due to lack of script depth. Also big + for weazel, I personally hate that every ad is like a cancer infested diarrhea, you simply can't make workers to listen to your wants and needs - "every add should have at least x amount of colors and y amount of emojis" which is just absurd. OK I might be biased against them because some of my past experience, but in a nutshell I agree to that part. Also, I had made some stupid suggestion, that barely resambles Yours, to stimulate competition, you can check it here:
  13. That'd be exactly what I suggested - two mayor's, presidents, leaders, call em whatever that side decides - that is the point of creating competition, because no business grows in monopoly situation.
  14. Nice review, it also emphasize how important it is to have a well developed community so that you have plenty of stuffs to do even if solo, which unfortunately isn't quite about what's really on the streets. Anyways, from my experience, the coroner's job is quite rewarding if you push yourself a little bit over the comfort level. In certain situations, you have to look for bodies yourself, and it can be rewarding, considering all the loot you can find... You definitely shouldn't rely of such gifts as extra loot, but at the end of the couple hour shift (in busiest hours) you can easily collect second salary by all the items you can sell at pawn shop or use yourself (clothes, food, guns, illegal substances etc) Best time to work is when gangs have shootouts, but unfortunately that happens rarely lately. At such times it is easy to get 2-5 rides with full body bag trunk in short span of time, especially if you are willing to do some rp above minimal rp levels.
  15. Great idea, but it will most likely sink into suggestion pile just like other 99% of suggestions. To add my two cents, system could be made more robust, for example, once you reach 30 slots, you can have more if you can pay. For example, 31st slot (not furniture, only the slot itself) costs you let's say 250$, 32st slot 300$,.... 69th slot costs x amount of money. That way if player is really into building, he will have to weight if it is necessary. Such approach auto balances building - only determined players will build, and those who puts up shit for fun and giggles (probably) won't build beyond 30 slots point. Price would need to be adjusted of course.
  16. Allright a valid point, other option is to assign ID to each placed billboard that links to the character who placed it. If players report it as inappropriate, admin takes a look if needed and decides if warn player who set it or no. Players will themselves do the "hard" job of checking them, hence saving valuable admin time for more intense RP situations, rulebrakers, or whatever they are doing usually. Would that make it more appropriate approach? Also, what's wrong with lots of banners, it's players choice after all if they want elegant design of their property or messy one, be it with or without billboards?
  17. Allright the idea is simple - make a user usable billboards to the furniture shops. There could be couple of sizes ( like with walls ) and couple of types (gloving text and regular text) The main idea is, that once purchased, user can enter text of the billboard with some small styling onto it, then use it for his property to better advertise it. Text can be written on it once, after that is unclearable so no-one will be able to use one for all the text changes. Prior placing it, admins could approve/disapprove it if that contains any MG/NRP elements to it, so it would be guaranteed to be IC. Reason for me offering this suggestion is that currently it is so sloppy to make billboard - you need to buy wall and shitload of neon line lamps, to make text. It is unnecessary furniture slot and money waste. The said billboard could be priced higher, 10k for example, so it wouldn't impact economy much, but instead it would improve qoL and can be used to deepen the stall RP.
  18. Hello! Selling Blista Kanjo, was planning to do full swap of engine, upgrade turbine and do decent exterior job during long winter evenings, but unfortunatley plans have changed, and I do not have time for it anymore. So far, had swapped original coils with coilover kit from IVigga Visuals LLC ( lowered stance can be seen in pictures below ). It has original, unchipped 2.5 TDI diesel engine, also straight exhaust pipe modified in the preparation of engine upgrade. Had it coated with grease resistant paint, which is a great base for any upcoming paintjobs one might seek. It has low mileage, just about 35 km, phone charger installed. Car currently is for view @ Paleto High end for just 85,000$, about 25,000$ cheaper than in stock in market. CAR SOLD
  19. Hello everyone! let me just introduce you with another idea that will sink in the pile of suggestions. IMO the environment in the city is at "stall". Why? Because there is no competition. Let me attempt to explain my vision: It could be beneficial, if the whole map could be divided into two "countries" or states ( image attached below with a quick markup on possible border ) City B could be named "City of Los Santos" ( or any other name ) City A could be named "State of Paleto" ( or any other name ) Now for the fun part: suggested Red line in the middle could be a border - be it with high fence, armored guards, cctv or anything like that. Each city has its own elected president, with slightly different government structure / rules that are applied to each part of the map ( A, B ) In each part, elected presidents and government could set, for example, maximal tax ( this needs to be fine tuned, so there isn't one state just to avoid tax ), thus fighting to attract people from opposite state to work for the competing state and enrich the state with monetary reserves/products/people reserves. This would stimulate the "fight" between two countries and pushed the people in power to stimulate economical and political growth. Details Borders: Suggested "red line" could be made via high electrified wall, that is not possible to pass unless player happens to be in possession of a airplane, but there would be a few spots that has "broken fence" where people can freely pass from one side to another, that is, if no guard is around. Said spots would change locations randomly, there would not be static holes. Onto the highways at places of border crossings, a checkpoint toll-booths can be added, somewhat similar to existing ones (they could be removed if this would get implemented), but with more strict design - no illegal guns/drugs/explosives normally would be allowed to pass, in case there is no player at the gate and someone tries to break on the other side, then security signal is triggered towards that country police office, from which the player attempts to pass. If the alarm gets triggered, gate is closed for 5 minutes (or any other amount). who would be able to work there from players? Ideally there would be two toll booths, one for each side. In example, If i pass from LS to Paleto, first I go trough booth that is controlled by LS officier, then trough the one that is controlled from Paleto officer. How it works up for gangs doing shipments? Gangs will have to either IC'ly break trough, interacting with players, or trie to tip them off with something that they see fit ( example: Gang member offers part of the cut from the guns if he makes it to the other side and sells them ) If there is no player, gangs simply do minigame ( see this too: ) at gates in order to bypass the checkpoint. Public workers like utility truck money deposit, coroners, truckers etc. just shows their ID at booth and it lets the pass trough without any expenses ( like it is now ) Law enforcement: Each side would have different structure of Law Enforcement Office, in Los Santos it could be same LSPD, whereas in Paleto it could be sheriff department. Normally, law officer, while on duty, is not allowed to pass border without any reasoning, and it would be classified as illegal, whereas if they are in pursuit of someone, who was able to pass border, they communicate it via dedicated radio comms that is intended for both offices in such scenarios. How the laws are on each side of the border - that would be up to the newly elected president and their government team (one side might allow shoot-to-kill on sign on attempted breach, while other offers a secure passage like the person going over border is a refugee , anyways its up to each country leaders) Everyday life: Now, with border line that I have emarginated to be fit, each side has its own set of unique jobs and opportunities for what to do. Only thing that would require a tweak, is that now Weazel news could cover only Los Santos part of the map, while one the Paleto side, new office would be created. They would operate same as weazel do now, but only with limited range of their advertisements. Same goes for mechanics and taxis, fire department and medics. Each side president and government parties would be able to control what job pays what amount of money, adjust tax for it, and this tax goes to the general account for each site, from which later the politicians decide what amount is spent on police, what on medical, what on other things. This creates a unique chance for a good competition between two sides about who can do it better, attract more people, rise economically faster than other side. This would widen the RP possibilities a lot, as there could be situations, where someone rich in country A goes to country B because they have other rules about what is considered "high tax" and so on.. While each country could live its live as the people in it feel fit, it would also be possible in rare occasions that one or another side tries to invade other country, or start a war, that would open another box of "RP Pandora" to the table. (just an idea) Final words: The idea is not final and is subject to a looot of changes, so if this is something that players think would be fun to implement, please leave your thoughts, suggestions, criticism!
  20. For past time I really feel like with one SA:MP server that eventually died off ( of natural causes ). The server, at its peak, made nice upgrades and shaped its atmosphere where at times it needed even 2x servers to be able to hold all those players willing to play under that server. As the time went, management started to block themselves from players, they were never heard and their opinions simply did not matter anymore. It had a nice script, it was not over-scripted with unneeded things and options, just the right amount, but the way management treated the players, wiped the fan-base to 0 within year or so. There were some attempts to re-gain the amounts of players, but it did not succeed in the end. This reminds me of ECRP in a way, the SA:MP server too implemented "credits" bonus, although it was X amount of credits per "paycheck", but similarity is there. At the beginning it made a lot of people to play more than before that update, but since that was about it, interest died within couple of months. To top it off, SA:MP server management team failed to communicate with their players, which turned the shitstorm to rocket filled with super fuel. At least hats off for the remaining management, that made a fun event of "apocalypse" just couple of hours before server died, it was a truly remarkable, and maybe that action sparkled interest in many people, whom later attempted to re-create that server, but all of those attempts died within couple of years. Long story short, lately I find myself in same mind space as I was couple of months before SA:MP server death - sticking around, hoping that things will make 180 degree turn and it wont die, but the fate was clear, and only thing that helped me stick till the end was a hope. I would really not wish for this to end like that, because this server substituted for me the died SA:MP server, from which I switched after last of the server "copycat" died and quickly fell in "love" with it. There is still hope, and I wish all of the best luck for anyone involved into the shaping of this server/community that they succeed and overcome any issues along the way.

  24. Agree on that, imo lead people don't even know that players do not feel well treated (besides Leo, of course). Wonder, if people stopped playing / donating, would it ring any bells to the owners?
  25. But that is the problem imo why pd has to be more powerful than criminal world, in many places in world police is literally hiding from certain places or people groups, which would be more cool, then pd would have to fight for their place under the sun instead of having all the possible things at their disposal. If in equal places, as you say, they would probably get clapped, that means that they can improve to get the high ground, so it would be a healthy competition, instead of police superiority. Currently crimes have to fight a lot more fights to get even close to where police is at very beginning. I still don't know why police is so scared to lose a couple of battles, it's game after all and everyone should lose some once in a while, both the crimes and the pd. Cheers!
