Loyalty and Alliance The night was about to begin, and as it did, many ESM members planned to talk to a man who had intel on high-value houses. However, Shaniqua always believed that paying $20,000 for such intel to triple the profit wasn't worth the time. She decided to drive around and find some high-value targets herself. After a quick stop at HQ for a chat, she noticed a black Caracara driving by and heading toward Popular Street. Shaniqua got into her car and slowly followed the Caracara. An unknown driver stopped near another vehicle Shaniqua had in mind for stealing and dismantling to make some quick cash. Unfortunately for her, the driver of the Caracara had an accomplice who actually stole the car. But was it really unfortunate? As the carjackers headed towards the highway, Shaniqua assumed they were going to a public chop shop. She quickly shifted gears, disregarding the possibility of police interference, and headed in the same direction. However, she eventually lost sight of them and gave up, returning to HQ. While driving through the city, she noticed the exact same Caracara parked in front of a house. The house had no garage or hidden area for dismantling the vehicle. Feeling curious, she started looking around and listening. She climbed onto rooftops, checking the area for any movement—but there was nothing. Giving up, she began heading back to her car when she suddenly heard a loud thump nearby, like a heavy metal object hitting the ground. Smirking, she went back to her car, hid it, and returned to lurk around the corner of a house across the street. Patiently waiting, she noticed another car being driven in, accompanied by the same black Caracara. Sensing the opportunity, she quickly darted through some yards back to her car as the moment to act opened up. She immediately briefed everyone on the frequency about the intel she'd gathered, and everyone met back at HQ. It was time to make some quick cash. Prepared for a silent approach, most of the members chose to bring silenced Uzis. They set up an ambush in front of the chop shop, but not everyone was ready to wait. After just five minutes of staking out the place, a decision was made to attempt a break-in. The break-in was successful, but the alarm was triggered. The owners quickly arrived and started questioning them, though they posed no real threat. Some members chased them away, but one person was caught and brought into the house. Unfortunately for the heist crew, the hostage didn't know any safe codes. The members quickly gathered up the chop shop equipment, stored it, and planned to sell it and split the profit. Everyone was satisfied with the haul and decided to lay low and relax at HQ to cool off. Not long after, Callum arrived and was briefed about the day's events. A bit shocked but understanding, Callum informed the team about the group they had raided. It was a group led by one of his long-time friends. A meeting was arranged, and with understanding from both sides, the equipment was returned. The Mob knew the loyalty and importance of maintaining connections was worth more than money.

I 100% support this suggestion, especially for ads! My friend @Diddern is colorblind and he's always asking me if he guessed correctly what colors did they use for ads. He gets angry when he's wrong. I can't keep living like this. Please help our colorblind friend!

I did not see the "limit reached" when trying to buy it. I do not have a clip anymore. I guess you can archive it. If it happens again, I'll submit a full clip.

Hey. I have not experienced any issues in a while regarding this. You can archieve. Thanks!

Hey there! Let me start with the basics of the /cpr command. /CPR command is used to extend your life bar while you're downed. That means that you will still lose health at the same rate and if need be, /cpr can be used again to check on your injuries. (/stabilize completely stops your HP from decaying) What does this mean in the RP terms? Well, let's take the scenario you've already mentioned - you've been in a firefight with a cop and the cop shot you down. The cop has a BLS bag in the trunk with limited supplies. In the same way, those supplies are there to provide BASIC LIFE SUPPORT, not to do a full surgery on your person in the middle of the street. So, the cop then grabs whatever they can to try and slow down the bleeding and keep you alive for as long as they can, focusing on the major injuries. (If there is no MD on shift, PD/SD will utilise /stabilize command as instructed) Secondly, you have to understand that people in this community might not have the best English vocabulary, starting of with me. Additionally, they would not have medical knowledge either so they wouldn't be able to RP to the extent you're looking for. Rules that are taught about /CPR and /stabilize are the following: /CPR: provide medical RP -> treated party claims the medical RP is enough to stabilize major wounds -> utilise /cpr command /stabilise: check the injured for injuries -> utilise /stabilize command -> provide medical RP until treated party believes it is sufficient. Now let's say you're being treated and the person treating you can only provide /cpr, you should first remember that the /cpr is there to extend your life until further medical assistance is provided. Then, the party that is treating you provides medical RP for treating the fatal wounds. If you believe the treatment wouldn't be sufficient, you can always utilise the /do command but give them other party info on why the treatment is not sufficient. For example "/do the treatment would not help as the bullet went through the body and the exit wound has not been treated" I want to emphasize one thing that I dislike when people complain about LEO medical RP and /cpr (and please, let's not pretend it's not like this). Scenario 1: You're shot after the shootout with another gang and your gang wins. A person from your gang comes and with a single "/me" treats your wounds and the medical RP is enough, utilises /carrybody and dumps you in the trunk, dropping you off at Pillbox - you survive and grab the good loot from the opps. Scenario 2: You're shot after the shootout with PD and there's no backup for you. Suddenly, you expect top-tier medical RP from LEOs and provide an in-depth description of injuries to someone who might just be new to the LEO RP, ECRP or whatever. They don't know how to treat the super fatal wound - You die, you respawn at pillbox, you lost probably some illegal items but you're not paying fines and not serving time at DOC. When I say "you" - I'm not calling you out. I'm not calling anyone out. Being part of both sides of the story, I've seen how these things are treated and I get triggered whenever people "complain" about the current state of the medical RP. Much love!

I'll just put "/alias" here. Yes, you can argue that you changed your name but then again, if you were to change your name legally, you would have to go through a complex process with JB or GOV not just press F6 and type in the new name for 5 buckaroos. If a cop would put your name into the system, it would not show up and you're again in trouble (I'm talking about background checks, traffic stops, etc...) Additionally, license suspensions should be visible in the system, not only when you show licenses but here we are. There's just too much work for almost no benefit. Overall, -1 from my side.

Date and time (provide timezone): 20/OCT/2023 approx 13:30 UTC (happened on multiple occasions) Character name: Luca_Andollini Issue/bug you are reporting: On two occasions now, I could not see the vehicles or people in the vehicles. To be more precise - on one occasion I could see people standing still while they informed me they were in the vehicle. On the second occasion, I couldn't even see the vehicle or people. Expected behavior: Well, you should be able to see stuff that everybody else sees. Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Can't really say. It might not be the server issue, but I'm hoping to get some intel on how to try and resolve this. Here's the POV where you can see people shooting at 3 stacked jugular while I can't see anything. BE CAREFUL I WAS A BIT LOUD... Vehicle license plate number*: Once it was a police cruiser (scout), the other time it was jugular.

Add the ability to take out your salary at robbable banks.

Make those banks work 24/7. If people withdraw their salary after "working hours", tax them something some small additional fee (like 1-2%) -

I appreciate the opinion, however, I do not believe that would be the case. Why? The concept of chopping is now focused on the NPC vehicles. Chopping player owned vehicles simply does not pay enough taking into consideration the extra risk you are taking. However, back in the day - you leave your car somewhere, it gets stolen and chopped. What happens if your car breaks down? Nothing. With the concept explained above; fuel pumps are not something portable you would just "right click and use" on the vehicle (you would need generator to power up the fuel pump, something could go wrong, etc). I do not believe someone would push your broken car to drain the fuel from it just to benefit for at most 100 liters of fuel. The car would clearly need to be unlocked as well - so there is another risk of getting the alarm triggered. In the end.... Your character lives in the city with the highest crime rate. That character needs to consider storing the vehicles in a safe place.

Stealing cars is fun - especially when you get tons of money from it with the last buff. However, I believe there should be an additional option: a fuel pump to drain the fuel from the car. I understand this might mess up the gas station economy, but I also believe this should be an option because it might bring more RP into it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So, what would we need to get the fuel out of the car: - 1x Generator (it should produce sound so it's not that easy to drain the fuel and it is risky) - 1x Fuel pump - 2x fuel hose (1 for draining from car to pump, one from pump to a barrel or jerry can - these could wear over time and possibly leak some fuel causing it not to drain all the fuel) - Jerrycan revamp (Those should not be destroyed - could be filled now just like water) ############################################################################################## OPTIONAL ADDITION - Spark plug (the generator could have faulty spark plug) - Barrels or tanks (filling up Jerry cans then you could fill large barrels and use it as your own gas station for yourself or to sell it to others. Fuel could be stolen from it as well with jerry can) - Spawn NPC cars with random percentage of fuel (not 100% to prevent fuel economy crashing way too much) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ How will this benefit (once again): - People can save up money on gas - People can sell gas to others (do not add anything for NPCs) - People can bring their own Jerrycans to steal the gas from the private barrels or tanks *Another thing that could be considered - fuel pumps do not have to be near the toolchest but near the generator.

I will put a couple of bulletins that you can consider why private lab nerf is a good thing for the RP server and what opportunities it brings to actually RP and not be focused on money. (I know that money is really important how on the RP server and in real life as well) - There are more people on the streets, meaning there is more interaction (whether it be shootouts, robberies, friendly chit-chat, or car crashes...) - Gangs can consider diplomacy and figure out the turfs. There are 6 labs, 4 of them where you can cook. If you want to earn money, figure it out. Let's say there are 12 gangs willing to talk about this. 3 allied gangs share one lab, the other 3 gangs share the other one, etc. If you have a command meeting every 4 weeks and set up a rotation, there should not be any issues. Some public labs require mining to cook drugs - well, rotate the labs weekly. Some gangs will have to mine materials for a week or two, but next two weeks, they don't have to bother with it. If there are gangs not willing to do this, they will have issues being taken out of the rotation - giving other gangs opportunities to have the labs for more time and bringing problems to themselves by themselves, eventually making it not functional. - Random people want to cook - you are holding the lab, tax them or rob them. If you have 10 people cooking in your lab and you tax them, you are making passive money instead of robbing every random that is "on your turf". Use those guys that you tax to sell drugs to you - you sell it to them, and you satisfy the dealers. Labs are open 24/7. In one lab, you can cook at least 2000 products a day if it is active without people being afraid - meaning you can satisfy your dealers daily. - Gangs do have turfs and have rules about people coming on their turfs - figure it out, talk and work with other gangs, even if you are at war with them. After all, you definitely need to satisfy the cartel and the dealers so you can have your imports. - You don't want to use public labs - you want to use a private lab. Sure! That means that you now need more people to operate and handle it. It will take more time for you but there is almost no risk. As stated before - crim life is a HIGH RISK with a HIGH REWARD. You can still work with satisfying the dealers. Sure, it takes longer with less payment, but again - there is no risk involved in it. TLDR; Figure out how to adapt to the situation - there are plenty of opportunities with this update to upgrade the actual RP within the gangs and still earn money. You don't have to earn X amount per hour. You can earn X/3 per hour but have fun. If you have taken the role of being in command of the gang - work it out and put your people in line if they are stepping over it.
