I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure this was always a thing, LSC asks for your ID and Bayview doesn't, its just a difference between city and paleto companies. They have a blacklist and they cant enforce it if people don't show their id.

So yea this has been proposed before, I think the last time was the previous period LSC had trouble filling shifts. Even though my main character (and all his coworkers, please dont hate me) would benifit greatly from a raised income, I'm gonna have to redpill this. 1. Adding more money to the economy WILL make everything more expensive, this is basic economics, people are complaining today that a burger is 500bucks and a 1g is 250k, giving people more money will make all the prices go up. Just like it does irl. Instead of adding more, maybe nerf some stuff. 2. If your arguement is that crims n stuff make more, thats fair, they can also loose it just as fast, crim is high risk high reward. the majority of the crim players are not rich imo. 3. Freelance jobs make more, yea but who wants to be a roadworker for the rest of their life, I think freelance jobs earn more because its usualy for newer players to get on their feet faster and then when they get tired of that they can find a whitelist job for some more in depth roleplay. 4. I saw the tax bracket get brought up and that people in high ranks dont actualy earn that mush because of it, its true but usualy people in those positions aren't there for the money anymore, they just wanna keep the company going and have fun with their factionmembers. 5. you could add comission based bonusses but this would be unfair towards players on more dead timezones / players with administrative tasks, it will make players fight for work and will also make some players drop their roleplay standarts in trade for quicker payments. I think this is being braught up again because some companies have issues filling up shifts, I don't think the issue is pay. If I focus on the mechanic companies for a sec, LSC has been having a hard time in waves for a wile but before that it was the other way around with Bayview. Why does bayview have more workers now? because its more fun, why? 1. There are just more people working at bayview at the moment, people flock, increased employee numbers means more security and more fun. 2. Because LSC has less workers, they can't provide the best service and this makes some players lash out against LSC workers, this in turn makes LSC workers leave. This even continues ooc on the forum or on discord which makes players less interested in joining that faction. To make it clear, I would love more money for my characters an their friends but I don't think it will fix the employment issues. Is there room for balancing payouts, yes.

I really like all this hacker stuff, it could be a whole new branch of rp for people to explore. +1

how would that work though, in the legal factions case, F4 gathers the time between them clocking on and off, not their online time. This is IC info getting shared trough IC means with IC consequences, I'm guessing you want this on an OOC level and then remove people for their time online. I can imagine some people having an issue with this privacy wise.

haha "exit vehicle" for me has been rebound to some obscure button i would never ever press wile driving since 2015. you can change it in the settings.. Not that im against a scripted seatbelt but i dont think its necessary, in case of accidents you only fly out the car at craaazy speeds that would kill you irl anyway with or without seatbelts.

This is a roleplay server though, I get that its super easy to just +1 an idea that makes your characters life "easyer" but you have to think about how it can make the roleplay better. Explaining a location will always be more interesting then escape, 3 klicks, escape again, "i put it on gps"

I actually know of a couple fitnesses around the city, dont know if they're still in operation tho. Maybe try looking for them trough IC means or buy a businessproperty and start your own Not that I'm against the server starting up a permanent gym somewhere.

Its been proposed before, i like the idea, its realistic too because lots of countries do have programs like this. Adds extra roleplay oppertunities, they could alow any object that doesnt fit the pawnshop.

I've seen this idea get proposed a couple of times before, I guess what holds this idea back is that it doesn't alow for player interaction and would just make already wealthy players even more wealthy, it would just be a money printer. I've seen krypto markets on other servers and it doesnt add any rp really. What I've also seen proposed on other pages that would be cool is like a stockmarket with actual IC companies listed, all the mayor ones could go in there but also player made ones, clubs, restaurants, ... anything.

So I think they make the object invisible for a second so people using ctrl + x know they have the correct item selected. I still rememver the days where /removefurniture was all we had and trust me this is soooooooo mush better, sad people abuse it though. I don't know how the coding works but to prevent people from abusing this to see trough walls, instead of making it invisible for a second, make it red for a second? Any bright colour would work, just not invisible.

hey dude, so the thing is I will buy a new one for market price if I have to in like a week or 2. If i can catch one cheaper untill then, I'l go for that.

i found out about this recently, i still need to tell my friend his shlagen is parked inside the dcc parking lot uhm, yea: +1 to extending the time before despawn or even make it that if someone with keys takes it out, it stays out untill that person logs off or he/someone else parks it. +1 to being able to do repairs if you have keys, dont see anything wrong with this. -1 huuuuge -1 to anyone but the actual owner being able to do mods.

https://ttsreader.com/ Honestly I get a response whenever I need to, if they dont respond it means they are not available, simple as that, they will respond eventually. You have the discord full of helpfull people for questions and the forum for reports n stuff. Getting to admin is a whole process aswell, people have to apply for it, get accepted and then be trained step by step. Its not that easy, I'm sure the server wants more admins, of course but quality over quantity.

I still remember when the boxes of water were a fixed object and players would place them in fast corners just to fuck with everyone, this is how this would be abused ^^. I don't think it would work for just any player to be able to buy/place them. The cops already have access to these cones though and there are IC ways to have them help you place them.

Heya buddy, although I do appreciate propositions that might improve taxi roleplay, I fear this one doesn't. This would kinda ruin customer interaction, next to being unrealistic. "customer steps in, places the location on the gps, silence...." -1

bro it already exists, this is not a proposal, only a guide to learn how it works you should read trough it its very good. I wanna come back on my own proposal and say it doesnt need it as the ctrl + F3 feature is plenty.

im guessing they removed it because its a meta car, ie: its like one of the best cars to have and putting it on the credit store is pay to win... You can still buy it for in game money and if your character isnt rich enough, should he even get it?
