  3. This is how you could fix it: + Remove cooking inside properties and allow tables to be placed in the open any where in the city ( More rp with drug production out side, but not in 4 central locations where your going to have someone rob you once an hour, It would incentivize finding a secure location out in the open and risking your tables but if your location gets discovered you could change it every day/week as needed. This would be great for smaller gangs and solo people who still want to participate in drug production. + Allow weed to be grown anywhere in the city(part of the future drug update already?) + Make weed patches in drug labs grow at double the rate of any where else in the city or give 2 plants per seed planted. And any tables placed in drug labs produce drugs at the faster rate. This would go along with bigger gangs being able to hold down and run the labs, more incentive for bigger groups to go to the labs and hold them down because they would be able to produce drugs alot faster. more of a risk to go to the lab to produce but if you have the muscle you can make more money.
  4. @Bala Awesome! that's what I was hoping with this post was to get the ball rolling or at least get some feedback of whats expected or wanted from the crim side. I appreciate everything you have said and done from the community
  5. +1 If the server didnt want to just switch it back and maybe still incentivize carrying cash was thinking maybe it could be an opportunity for another item a "Credit Card Reader" if placed in proximity of vending machines, but maybe charge a 3-5% fee of every item sold
  6. considering my xp in the server and I have never even shot a heavy outside of an appt let alone at another person... I would say its safe to say that i'm not here to "Clap Cops" and if you go check my youtube you can see me lose 30 police and air one with out firing one shot, but the time investment to get these items in my xp with other people as well makes them not want to even bring them out to use. dont even get me started on black market carbine prices as a matter a fact we do look at the Obama admin and operation fast and furious https://www.cnn.com/2013/08/27/world/americas/operation-fast-and-furious-fast-facts/index.html see this is a common thing I always see people want to argue were here for "realism" or its not realistic, and I can point to specific examples on these things happening in RL, but regardless if they are realistic or not are we trying to make an environment as close to real life as we possible? or are we trying to make an environment were people can Rp with what we joined the server to RP as
  7. I've been in the server for a couple years and have over 300xp, being someone who wanted to improve the rp on the crim side and raise the bar, but it honestly feels like eclipse is divide between being a place where people come to escape reality and be in safe space and a place people come to have fun. I joined a RP server because I wanted to do crim things/scenarios that I wouldn't normally do in real life. but for me to have a rp situation where I stand a chance of surviving with police I have to invest about 6-8 hours of grinding (cooking drugs, gathering materials, and selling drugs) to get Body armor and a heavy. But police get unlimited everything, and then if I get caught I spend 4 more hours in jail. So thats about a 10 hour investment for what could be 25 min of Crim RP with my heavy. It would be safe to argue its alot harder to get your illegal faction to go official then it is to just simply join pd/sd(which has alot more benefits: free weapons, body armor, kamachos and shinobis, but we get none of the benefits or support, Ive made suggestions to improve things from a crim side and just met with responses like "if thats what you think is fun your in the wrong server" and "this is a realistic RP server" This attitude really makes it feels like Crims are not wanted here on an ooc level
  8. Should it be with the new update? I think that's a question not for you or me to answer @Jorge Compass
  9. Issue/bug you are reporting: The burger shot update updated tables to drop the cooked item into your inventory if you have the UI open when it finishes, static weed tables do not when making seeds Expected behavior: When you have the UI open on the weed tables making seeds, and seeds finish they be put into your pockets not dropped on the table Evidence, notes worth mentioning, steps to replicate: Go to a static weed table and make seeds, leave the UI up and the seeds still drop on the table
  10. cooking in Rvs is as open air cooking as you can before the drug update not sure what you mean?
  11. Think it would be really cool to be able to buy a pair of Binoculars to see further. Could be used for a number of things from Hunting to Spying and PI work. If their isnt a mod already for Binoculars I have an idea how to create some. If a sniper rifle could be modified to not be able to fire or take ammo, and the Sprite changed to some Binoculars or something small that wouldnt look like a gun and renamed Pair of Binoculars, with only the scope feature active it would be pretty close to some eagle eyes
  12. Nothing would stop them! but they would be at alot higher risk then cooking in doors: out doors so risk of people finding you while cooking, 4 rvs would require to have to spend a good amount on vehi slots or work with a few other people prompting more rp instead of one person afking in an appt for 4 hours by them self, 4 rvs would require you running in and out of 4 rvs when you water so more work, you typically don't leave your tables set up in rvs so setting up and taking down 4 rvs worth of tables adds more time to the process, and not to mention constantly having to find new locations to move your rv's because people keep finding them and picklocking them. it is also kinda hard to move 4 rvs by your self but I have seen 100 table labs being run solo, its about incentivizing people to producing out side because it is more risk more risk should equal more reward.
  13. Well I guess I'm a little confused why police and gov factions can spawn in endless cars, and I think the argument that they have gov funded money blah blah blah is an excuse to make it harder to being a crim and a cop out. If were here to Rp why should crims have to grind for hours to get cars that would be considered "lore" and go through all these costs, Meanwhile I see streams or clips of police officers with $1,000,000 in salary, Not to mention how many hours need to be accounted for getting a load out that could even stand a chance against a fight against pd or sd. That fact that if your in pd can log in hop on a shinobi, load up your carbine and heavy body armor with no cost to you and no effort to gain those things really makes being a crim discouraging
  14. +1 Illegal official factions should have access to "gang vehicles" and custom outfits just like Leo and Sed. If a group takes the time to go official it would be safe to assume that gang has enough resources to provide cars and outfits for the gang. just like Leo and sed. Maybe this is a good place to suggest official gangs have weapons locked to their body's and be able to spawn weapons like police, it would be safe to say Crims are being targeted for their weapons in public and to avoid people loot boxing crims I think it would help rp if we locked weapons apon being downed to crims as well
  15. Here is another video of the broken Ui, these tables were imported before the burgershot/ (crafting) update
  16. Yeah I agree I dont think being in areas where drug activity or crime happens should constitute "engaging in criminal activity". If they see you ex Picking weed plants, using a drug table, or chopping a car, talking to a drug dealer then it should be fair game. But with that current logic owning a house on grove st and being at it would be "engaging in criminal activity "
  17. @Vixxey do none of these reasons make sense to you?
  18. I like those ideas, we need something to change
  19. I hear alot of people complain about having to hit banks/stores to keep money launders happy, and as the bank can only be hit a certain time, and certain groups might not have bank robbery's in their lore, I suggest that anytime you sell drugs to a drug dealer that instead of cash in your pocket you receive packed cash that could be laundered. It would make robbing banks not a requirement to keep launders happy. and makes sense as your selling alot of drugs to a dealer so you should get some el chappo style money
  20. Drugs that require acquiring additional materials and the added cook time should in relation have a higher base price then drugs that require less materials and time to cook, I dont know if thats true already and that prices fluctuate but it seems tto me they around the same base price
  21. What if the Tunnels were to be reopened with the hardfast rule that they are to be used for escaping only and any use of weapons would need to stop once entering the in the tunnels and not resume until you exit ?
  22. Bring Shrooms back to Los Santos!, with the drug update commin up and people going to be out in the open growing weed and poppy plants, I think it would be dope if magic mushrooms would spawn in areas they would normally grow( paleto forest, up in the mountains) but they would only appear at night or after a rain storm. You could consume them for a crazy high, sell them to an npc (maybe for a great price depending on how rare they spawn in) or extract the Spores (which is the equivalent of seeds for mushrooms) to grow more!
