This thread has the armor value tweaks that I had listed as well as Harley: I would like to add though I counted the amount of shots. It was 3 Pump shotgun shots, and 12 .50 shots point blank in this situation. This needs to change, doesnt matter HOW many people say its not a problem, it is.

Changes for LEO/Crim/Civ that NEED to be Changed/Tweaked
DoubleA replied to DoubleA's topic in Game Suggestions
People like @Bala are what we need, while I do understand Breachers point of view on this, the thing is most times we have no other choice. When we know that we lose so much money, time, everything else, its kill or be killed at that point and its been that way for a while. A lot of people say its not OP and that cops get wiped here and there, yes they do when they respond one by one and its the same way with criminals. Im not saying cops need to stop doing their job but when there is 40 PD and 30 SD online, criminals cant have their RP because any RP we do have gets immediately foiled and turned into a cop vs crim situation, which I understand cops doing their jobs but man its very obnoxious not we cant have anything like that at peak times. I didnt suggest it but a limit to how many PD/SD can be in a faction is something I feel should be implemented. This would give Weazel, DCC, MD, DOC, and everywhere else more staff to create their own RP. This has been a topic of gang caps being lowered, I feel that it would just create more RP as a whole. And lastly responding to @Herbo I do agree 90% of situations SWAT is involved in should definitely have an outcome of SWAT on top, I will try not to use "win" -- but in the real world, if you look at Donut Operator for example who breaks down shootings, most all of them are done with a pistol, and when time allows, long guns/ARs are brought out. I feel it would be more realistic if carbines werent the automatic weapon and a single fire as fast as you click weapon is used but thats another story -- usually SWAT is deployed on pre-planned situations, never have I ever seen a swat officer rolling with a carbine on his back on a normal traffic stop. I think that is more of an internal thing within departments but it is still something that should be noted. -
Lower the gang cap, lower LEO Cap

Here it is, the long awaited thread. Lets keep reactions and responses to this positive, please do not target anyone specifically in your responses if you have one, constructive or nothing. **DISCLAIMER: All of this is not just my opinion, this is collective from a large amount of the criminal community** For those of you who have no clue who I am, I have been a player on this server since 2019 and have years of experience of LEO RP in PD AND SD as well as criminal character experience for those years. For LEO RP: 1. Armor!!! This is something that has created a very unfair advantage against criminals to where most people are rolling around standard with 150/200AP armors and fully kitted with heavy weaponry. I have a simple way to bring the gap down; 25ap for “standard outfits” with no Kevlar. ((Currently its at 50)) standard Kevlar is 50ap ((currently 100)) SED/SWAT Passive patrol armor 75 ((currently 150)) SED/SWAT active patrol armor 100 ((currently 200 - some use the 150 while active but the option is used a lot)) The reasoning for this is very simple, all of this goes to the mentality of "unstoppable" forces. For a criminal that has to pay 20k for half armor, it seems very tilted towards LEOs that we have to not only take into account that most of us use .50s, we need to kill TWO or THREE people depending if they are wearing 150-200AP armors, while also disadvantaging the fact most heavies that are easily available after a month of two can 4 or 5 shot us at a fully automatic pace, firearms are another story though, just using as an example! But this will even the field and make it so paying 40k for a 100AP armor is worth it to use against law enforcement. I know a few cops that do not wear armor due to it being an advantage and when I say I respect the hell out of them, I mean it from the bottom of my heart. 2. NonRP Rule Addition: add in a line in the NonRP that says, LSPD/SASD members that flip, damage, or otherwise hurt a cars performance can not just despawn the car to get a new one unless a bug/glitch has taken place until that situation is over. Example: you’re in a pursuit in a marked jugular and you miss a turn and flip it. You may not go and /delcruiser then /fspawn jugular until that situation is over. You may go to LSC/Bayview and get it repaired - giving more RP to mechanic’s in the server. Exceptions to this rule: swapping one type of vehicle for another, IE storing a scout to pull out a Bf400 I have plenty of situations where criminals shoot tires of cruisers multiple times and they end up just going to the nearest station and changed cruisers just to get back into the pursuit. 3. Make Charge Stacking an OOC Punishment: It is no secret that this is more of a mentality thing than anything, where higher-ups in factions order the lower officers/deputies to do something and if they don't they receive punishment. I personally got an OOC Corruption warning for telling someone not to stack a petty charge. People should not charge "everything we can" but should throw on what is NECCESSARY. Criminals give PD/SD RP, so why throw them in prison for 5 hours each time for stacking 20-30 minute charges each time you see them? More crims in DOC means less RP for them, and less RP that gangs/civilians can have with each other. Changes to CrimRP: 1. Lower the prices of imported heavy weapons by 1/3 of what they are now, keep ammunition the same but just the bodies lower. This will prevent players from grieving over losing guns and provide a less toxic community and less of the “SAVE POV” meta that this server has been in the last 2 years. Also since the economy has been very one sided where everything is SO grindy to get, this would make things a little easier. NOTE this would not bring it back to how it was back in the LFM/Azteca/Zeta days where they were 11k for an AK, this would just be a middle ground to make things easier for all of us. 2. Lower prison charge times by 1/2. If it makes it more balanced and we want criminals to PAY for their actions, raise prison fines by 50%. This will make it so monetarily more criminals will be effected, yet they will be able to leave DOC and continue to provide roleplay opportunities for the server. Or if not lowering times, give us more script things to do in DOC, example of make it so you can play poker for longer, instead of 300 stamps minimum to play, make it 10 and allow more seats to play. I guarantee people will do that instead of sit in a cell - also allow for more prison breaks as they provide plenty of RP, and 90% of the time they fail, the last one I personally have heard of was almost over a year ago. If anything, lower it until the DOC overhaul gets introduced. Personally I have done 40 hours in DOC the last 2 weeks, and it was either spent AFK in a cell playing another game, watching YouTube/Netflix, or fist fighting because that is literally all there is to do other than mine ore for hours. ((Edit: Thank you Chunder for linking this to me, please go plus this from Warden Lafleur )) And for civilians: 1. Create more of a balance for jobs. For example: Make fish sale prices 2x what they are now, double the wage for Burgershot, GoPostal, and ATM Servicing. ((Note: The job board has helped this a little bit, but even then it STILL is not working and needs to get more of a push)) 2. Create more “community” focused jobs like road workers where multiple people can work at the same time. Make garbage job a multi-person job where when a route is completed, all members on the truck get money for it, similar to road worker job now. 3. Lower the economy down for standard objects like food, water, radios, GPS, gloves, etcetera. Also the lower end vehicles need to have prices halved so normal civilians can purchase vehicles so they can be a part of the server and not rent city bees 24/7, and they don’t have to grind immediately when they join the server, and can meet more players to expand the community. Everyone has been waiting for different updates for years now, the first drug update was teased at the end of 2020-start of 2021((don’t remember exactly)) - give us small things to look forward to where we can play this server in the way it’s supposed to be played, as a game, but also have some sense of realism. In general, the mentality of this server needs to shift. Everyone is very focused on winning a situation instead of enjoying and having fun. If everyone collectively did something about it, this entire server could be a role model for others alike. There are PLENTY of other things that can be tweaked slightly and not changed immensely that would make the experience fun for everyone involved, no matter what route you decide to take.
-
This is one of a few that will be posted for suggestions, but I am very aware that we have a limited number of developers, and I know what coding and development takes, its not a fun or easy job. As someone who has been in the community a while, we have been teased updates left and right. I will start with the Drug Update that was teased I believe late 2020 or early 2021, don't remember which exactly. Here we are in 2023, seemingly nowhere near it. The gun update has been teased for a while, but there has not been anything other than "end of the month" -- well here we are, still nothing. We were told about this 5-6 months ago and a lot of people reacted to that and did things for it. The new command for attachments to sell them back, a BUNCH of people have used that and now have no attachments because we were told it was happening then, not 5 months later. Imports are now disabled so we are at a disadvantage other than those who decided to stockpile them. Moral of this is, don't tease things if they aren't going to be implemented within a week 100%. The entire community will thank you. I appreciate the work you all do developing the server but there are SO many other things that need to be tweaked before we get these large scale updates. Just more transparency would be insanely positive!

Good to see you boys back, don’t let this one go, keep it going for a while

+1 to EVERYTHING Ranger said. As a member of the community who has been on both sides of the coin, I think that there are always going to be main situations where PD will have the upper hand in situations, and it should be that way as police are equipped that way for a reason. That being said having to inflict enough damage to kill two/three standard people with less firepower, it does get a bit unrealistic. I do know there was an issue with female armor that was fixed a bit ago where it gave 200AP armor but it was for about a week and was fixed up very swiftly. Weaponry wise the only thing I will say is the marksman rifle is VERY regularly used and it is one of the most insane weapons to go against. In the right hands it can be used aggressively and shoot someone twice at full health and injure them, Ive been on the receiving end of this multiple times. I think honestly it should be restricted more protocol wise(which is obviously IC) instead of nerfed. Having a helicopter gunship with it on the side, if the situation REALLY warrants it, is fine in my opinion. I really dislike how everything that has to do with crim RP always falls back to PD, it sucks that its the case but it wouldn't continuously fall back to it if things were slowly roped in. Nobody here wants a completely even playing field, and if they do, you're thinking incorrectly. Criminals just want the gap closed so in the middle of the day, there's actually a slight chance of winning a gunfight vs PD/SD, which right now is only possible VERY late at night, and when it does happen PD/SD constantly state we wait until late to bait DM rights to shoot cops, which personally I think is a wrong state of mind. It would change a lot to just creep that gap ever so closer.

How to fix PD and make the *game* balanced, a pd suggestion
DoubleA replied to AnakinB's topic in Game Suggestions
Im about to get controversial. The arguments coming from both sides, I understand. The end of the day, this is a video game. Why are people forced to grind to get items just for one small slip up to set someone back 4 hours of hard work(in some cases not hard but, most of them...) Im not here to say it needs to be even, but the gap needs to close. Here are a few suggestions from myself: 1. Armor needs to be fixed. I dont think its really a huge issue that PD has armor, that is how it should be, most officers will come out on top of a 1 on 1 which i think is realistic. My personal opinions of having a player tank 9 .50 shots ANYWHERE on the body and still living, thats where it starts to beg a question. I think that armor should be decresed to 50 for standard PD and 100 for Metro/SED WHEN ACTIVELY DEPLOYED - the Metro armor that they wear unless its changed since I was last there is around 125-150. They already get carbines and microSMGs, keep them at the same level as everyone else unless situations REALLY call for it, in which they would be actively deployed. 2. Not sure how easy it is to code in or do in GTA with rage, but I think damages for weapons should be publicly known, and there should be a simple rating for them. For example I would propose for a Pistol .50 -- Headshots -> 40HP, two shots to kill anyone not at full health, would be 3 shots minimum to kill someone // Torso/Chest shots -. 25HP, enough where 4 well placed shots will do the job // Extremities like arms legs hands feet -> 15HP, obviously it wont reward you for being a mediocre shot but that would take 6-7 shots to really take someone down depending on their health situation. Small things like this would be good so there's consistency, because currently the only consistency I see is carbines melt(as others mentioned) 3. I dont think PD should pay for their own things, I feel yes it should be more of situational NCR (New car rule) where if youre in PD/SD and you end up crashing your car, damaging or whatever, you cannot respawn a new one until said situation is over. Realistically if you get into an accident you wouldnt just grab a new cruiser immediately and get right back in the fight. Crims cannot spawn new cars in a pursuit, so why should a cop who crashed the jugular due to a poor corner get to /delcruiser - /fspawn jugular and be right back in the fight? I think that would be a lot more of a fair process, obviously if it was a bug I can understand - yet that would be something interesting to see implemented for full fairness. (Obviously this doesnt fall under despawning a crusier to grab a bike or anything, its more of deleting a crusier/vehicle to spawn a new one, should be a reasoning behind it. Examples being high speed, offroad vehicle, motorcycle.) More of an IC thing but I think the prices for heavies should be lowered and the jail sentences/fines should be lowered, the cap should remain what it is but being tossed in jail for 5 hours for a few things, until DOC RP is improved it should be fixed. Weapons being lowered would be less "save POV" and less ooc toxicity when things dont go the players way which would be more of a positivity thing within the server, and less jail would mean more players out RPing and keeping the streets lively. I digress. -
(Also I am aware that the font is hard to read, it was easier in the editor, will be changing it soon)
-
The goal of it isnt to use it in RP like that, and most of the time those times you try to dice higher isnt RP its more of just a game of chance. I just think it would add more variety, the way it would be used is more in a fun way. Ill toss you an example Papadakis and a girl he picked up from the bank are going to Paleto and Papadakis says heads or tails? She says heads. "/coinflip" *The coin would land on heads* Ah well now I pay for the toll. Some small things like that instead of "1-6" its "1-2"
-
Honestly this is just a small suggestion that could add a command similar to /dice -- but add in /coinflip - obviously the two results would be heads/tails. Example for it is I have a lot of times people will say "dice me for it" or "/b 1-3 yes 4-6 no" - I think that a simple heads or tails would bring a bit more fun, also for those who are big into betting money IC it would be a 50/50 chance that could bring some fun!
-
Can I +100 on this?? This is 100% needed as DOC has become an AFK center or a dm center. New additions would be incredible, fantastic thread

Hello everyone! As a member of both the criminal and legal scene on Eclipse, there has been a lot of things that are spoken about within both sides that need to be tweaked in Eclipse. One thing I see and hear a lot of, as well as just was a part of, is how medics/PD use their commands. For those who don't know, BLS is an IC thing that PD and MD will go towards which will give you a set amount of health (I think its 50HP? Don't quote me on it..) but do it using the /cpr command. MD can use /stabilize which is a 30 second timer that will stop your health from ticking down once that timer is up, and PD can use it if there are no medics on duty at that time. Some individuals are very minimalistic with their RP, whether they are new, or just don't feel like getting immersive, which is understandable and it's the job of those experienced players to help improve those players to meet positive standards. That being said, in a situation that occurred 48 hours ago, after checking my wounds using /mywounds - I accumulated 11 gun shot wounds (GSWs) and when asked by the medic, I have immersive roleplay about holding my intestines in from 2 12-guage shots as well as 4 other small caliber wounds on my arm, one in the neck, etc, being very descriptive. Immediately, I was /stabilized and my health was no longer ticking before a single line of RP was done, and once it was done, it was something along the line of holding a gauze pad on it and that stopping bleeding - and when i tried progressing the RP, I was met with "We do not allow deathRP" - as I understand that it is not supported anymore, I feel like those who actually roleplay their wounds correctly are basically getting no reward for giving substance to the RP. My suggestion: RP should be done, then /cpr should be done, then /stabilize should be done to patch up the RP and wrap it up. The current MD protocol from what I have been told, and someone can correct me on it, is one successful RP will allow for a /cpr. With PD scenes, obviously the officers want the suspect to live to arrest them, and the criminals would rather die because of the current state of how charges are put on ((topic for another day..)) I feel the current way its done, and I have a few others who have said similar things, is /stabilize is used RIGHT away in a situation and health is stable before any roleplay is set up. I'm trying to reach out and give the community their opportunity to put in their two cents on how it should be done, but I just believe that in immersive situations with multiple wounds, the RP should be more substantial and /cpr should be done first ONLY after 50% of the wounds have been treated, as I get deathRP is not a thing, if you get 12 GSWs in real life, you're f***ed. A sniper shot through the brain, you're dead on arrival. This is a game at the end of the day, but we need to try to make it fun for everyone involved. After the 50% is done, and /cpr is done, continue the RP and then /stabilize at a point 75-80% of the RP is done so you can end the RP almost right as the timer ends. Thank you for your time reading this and I hope this gets looked in to. -Gordon Hyde / Chase Allen / Support DoubleA

The Final Four Everything in Salvation was at a standstill. At the seams, it looked like it was over. The people that had worked so hard to create a vision lay dead on the floor. Nobody knew what would happen, nobody thought that the name "Salvation" would continue past that moment. Even at that moment, thoughts came through Chase's mind of where he would go next. Would he leave it all behind and start life somewhere else? Would he create his own group and relive his days of LFM, Aztecas, even Zetas? Or would he take what he knew and join another organization.. These questions were up in the air for only a few moments before a woman that caught his eye weeks ago leaned into his ear and said only a few words, little did he know, these words would carry him on and make his decision for him. Minds were racing, thoughts that are confined to the skull seemed to spill out with rambling words, yet during the confusion of what we had all just witnessed, everyone in the room was presented a question. "Who is going to take over as the leader?" *Mutters filled the room...* "You." -- Those were the only words that could be heard as Chase zoned out, adrenaline filling his body. The figures standing around him blurred out, and immediately thoughts raced through his mind. "How am I going to fix this... How am I going to succeed.." From the cluster of 8 high command to choose from, that now was lowered to 5 after 3 of the original high command members lay in pools of blood, Chase put 3 names on the table, all three were there, standing by his side during the whole encounter, two of them being the closest people that Chase could relate to, the other, the person who risked his life to get me into Salvation in the first place. From this moment on, the goal was retribution, the rebuild, the rise, of Salvation, not the way [REDACTED] had envisioned, but better.

Every Rose(dale) Has Its Thorn He was back. Nobody expected it, nobody wanted it. "Chase, I wanted to apologize, I changed and I hope one day we can get back to the level we used to be." In all my years, I have never heard more lies come from one man's mouth than [REDACTED] had spewed in the time I knew him. Everyone's guard was up, and the target was painted on his back with a prize on the bullseye. Research was conducted for weeks, words filing in from friends, family, and those who he effected giving us even more ammunition to take him out. "Chase, I need to talk to you real quick if you don't mind?" Any time those words come out from a female, it means trouble. "Do you know a Joseph Rosedale? The guy over there with the white hair?" I nodded softly and simply asked the question of.. "Why do you ask?" "He has been trying to get with me for a while, and he's been talking shit about you, and about Salvation as a whole, how he could take you on 8 to 1 without a scrape." Her words like fingernails on a chalkboard.. Chase knew this had to end tonight.... "Full Check." Late in the night and numbers low, only a select few replied, but were all ready and willing to assist in any way possible. A place was set, people showed up, and a plan was set. Now, we play the waiting game. [REDACTED] was the key, and she accepted, the words "Nothing will come back to you, I give you my word" etched into her mind. An open phone line was the key to being ready, and before long, he was in their grasp. [REDACTED] took the lead by my side, knowing well that the promise I made to her that I would not let Salvation turn into just another street gang could compromise if she let my leash loose on him. She took the brunt of the talking while I took control of the ladies, making sure their phones were off and their mouth stays shut. ------------ Deliberations continued and Chase alongside his family made the decision that words were not going to cut it tonight. Salvation members almost simultaneously looked over at [REDACTED]'s truck and smirked at each other. Without any hesitation, he was knocked out, three of them were in the truck and on their way to a location with a blindfolded, hogtied, duct taped man who had no idea where he was going. "No music in this thing? Come on now, give me something, classical." The mood being set while some Jimi Hendrix flows through the speakers, we reached the peak of Mount Chiliad. As the male regained his bearings, the message had seemed to be received, And the words "Do not make us talk to you again, or next time you'll be seen in a body-bag and a casket." Only the mark of an object piercing both sides of his hand would remain on {REDACTED]'s body, but that is all that was needed to make sure this was the last time he used the word Salvation with any negative connotations. This, is what Salvation did best, and this was only the start.

Chase Allen - Love, LFM, and Loss It was something he had only dreamed of, Josh made it into a real family, and he had his current love Paige West with him. Their entire focus wet towards progressing throughout ranks, meeting other higher ups and gaining vital experience that was used not only then, but even to now. Time, sweat, effort, all brought together to make the dream work. Money was made, and their goals started shifting. Instead of working alone every night, the two purchased a house in Del Perro and created a living environment that would in turn thrive their progression by being able to store items in places other than in a stash Warrener.. Yes, Josh was down that bad early on. Multiple meetings with people around the couple being promoted, but their names being left out, things started to seem bleak for them. Thoughts raced around about leaving La Familia and getting their own thing started. They were pushed to stay by Teejay Shakur and Andrew Steinler, as well as getting high praise from the leader of LFM Tyrone Shakur. The couple stayed together in LFM and made strides together, the two eventually growing their relationship as Josh popped "the question" to her. Now engaged, things were stronger than they had ever been, LFM was rolling, Josh was having one of the best times of his life, that was until all good things came to an end. Only those in uniform and a few lucky men and women were able to survive the massacre, and due to the hiatus and numbers lost, LFM was no longer the force to be reckoned with, and the reign of LFM as well as Aztecas, was over, both of them disbanded. There was not much Josh had left other than his soon to be wife, and he leaned on her whenever he could, as she would him. Then came the call that [REDACTED] was back in town, and it all went downhill. The engagement was off, her items were moved out, all was lost, until a few old friends had a meeting with Josh, and after time of waiting and logistics, Josh's Kudo Kai progression was born... To be continued....

Chase Allen - The Early Life Life started off with aspirations of being one of the most well known and well revered street racers to ever fly in to Los Santos. Chase wasn't always an Allen, he was formerly known as Joshua Cervantes. From day 1, finding anyone I could to race, trying to fit in to different groups, Midnight Club was the goal. After weeks of non-stop racing, Josh found his group of friends taking laps at Observatory. Kelso Mathers and Hayley Swan took him in as their own, tossing him keys to the fastest cars with the rules "You break it, you buy it." When racing was no option, whether LSPD was coming for us, or not enough people were around to run a competitive contest, Josh found friends to do things with, that most people only dream of or do in video games. Deakin Storm was his closest friend, as well as Kirky Woods. Any time an extra gun was needed, a spare pair of hands, Josh got the call and never disappointed and was always eager to assist anyone affiliated with Los Zetas. Meeting everyone from Jay Gamble down to the others trying to make their name in the organization. Sadly, the story doesn't end happily. Los Zetas disbanded right when things started to look good, and Josh was solo once more. Time had passed, laps were counted, and things looked like Josh would never get back to where he wanted to, and almost lost his lust for blood. That is until someone he met on the way, Drain Kivimaki, told him about a group starting up, one that had great aspirations, known as Death Row led by Mike Laurie, a name he had heard from the days of The West Coast Assassins. There, he met with Los Aztecas members and leaders, one of which became one of his better friends in the city, Ricky Brasco, someone he still to this day gets mistaken for. Weeks passed, Death Row disbanded, and for the 2nd time, Josh was with no one, but it wasn't for long. Andrew Steinler was someone Josh had worked with, and had seen the potential he brought. Not even a day after Death Row disbanded, he was offered a position in La Familia Michoacana. To be continued....

Everyone agrees something is broken in Los Santos. Society as a whole has failed. From cops who have spit in the faces of the people, to gangs who have hurt the hard working man, to civilians who pretend to be innocent but deep inside know they have a dark side. At the end of the day, every person in Los Santos wants the city to be better, but no one is willing to fight for a change. Well… We are. We are here to reset society… We are here to make a fundamental difference. Some may say we’re a gang or a cult… We believe we are a movement. We are what happens when the government fails to fix the problem… Martial law has kicked in. We will control, we will marginalize, we will rummage through the hate and lawlessness in San Andreas. We won’t stop, until we bring Salvation! Salvation is a criminal family that hopes to bring a movement to Los Santos. We are predominately made up of a few types of people who you encounter in your everyday life: The working class, the criminals, and the outcasts. One thing every person in this group has in common, we are fed up with the way Los Santos has treated us and are here to change it. We are based in Los Santos, currently in an apartment complex where meetings and activities are held. We want to gain control and moderate the city ourselves. Legally: We are a group of bodyguards who will protect people for payment. However, at the end of the day we are vigilantes who want to control the illegalities of Los Santos. Salvation started off as a tightly knit family, hellbent to remove the corruption and evil that plagues the city of Los Santos. Max Meyers, also known as Messiah, Jason Campitelli, and Joseph Stones were the main spark that began the movement within Los Santos. As more members began joining the family, the goal became simple, but difficult. Reaching the point of being the powerhouse of San Andreas that no one, not even the Irish at this point had obtained. The family grew, and the gems began to flourish to the top. Members from Weazel news, members from other organizations such as the Clowns and Kudo Kai had formed into Salvation. After the disbanding of a few major groups that Salvation had made contact with, everyone knew it was time to kick into high gear. Meetings were held, and the group began flourishing with money with deals they had made with other groups. The only thing was, people were starting to get hungry with power, and madness started setting in. Messiah reached the breaking point, and the family he flourished into creation seemed too much for him, and in a mental state of rage, the 3 main creators of the movement lay dead on the floor. After a long time of discussion, the remaining members of the family knew that the morals of the group meant too much to the civilization, and without the key battery of their Messiah, the group began working through differences and continuing towards their common goal, bringing Salvation. SHORT TERM: -Establish a hierarchy and diplomacy within the group -Gain trustworthy members who are willing to die for the cause and each other. -Begin connections with other gangs -Gain money to set up operations and gain power. (Money = Power) Acquire an area to officially designate as a HQ LONG TERM: -Gain influence and control through expanding our turf. -Acquire enough finances to purchase a warehouse for operations -Gain influence and control through entering the drug trade -Gain influence and control through entering the gun trade. -”Rehabilitate” Los Santos General The General is the leader of Salvation. They are the individual that runs the entirety of the family and oversees all operations. This is the person who ensures smooth transitions when it comes to the legal and illegal sides of operations. Colonel Colonels are the 2nd in command of the group, otherwise known as high command. These individuals run the show when the General is out of town or otherwise preoccupied, and have their own specific areas of expertise. These individuals are usually seen alongside the General to maintain the family. Captain Captains are the commanders of Salvation. These people place the people on the ground and by this point have shown extensive competency and leadership abilities. These soldiers are also in charge of organizing activities for the group, ensuring smooth execution of said activities. Specialist Specialists are long term members of Salvation that have shown they can lead either in specific areas or as a whole. +1 to the repair kits the sports cars going off road I feel like would get very annoying very fast and is unrealistic. Cars don’t handle well off road if they aren’t fitted with off road tires - I feel like it would be cool if we could map in a track like they do for the events, and have like a mapping for a track that can be changed every month or so could be cool to do — I like the ideas also is there ANYTHING that can be done about the desync with racing or is that just rage 1.1?

Joshua Cervantes - Early Life Life started off with aspirations of being one of the most well known and well revered street racers to ever fly in to Los Santos.
