  1. @kenichis I don't believe we need to change the penal code for the whole city just because you were not paying attention while officers were trying to pull you over. Contact the Internal Affairs division of the reporting department and they will assist you.
  2. The Chairman Sebastian Papadakis was born in Sfakia, Crete, Greece on April 21, 1991. He is the older son of Miltiadis Papadakis and Eirini Papadakis. His father, Miltiadis, was a shipowner, a Member of the Greek Parliament and a great philanthropist. Sebastian Papadakis earned a B.A. in 'International Business Administration' and an M.Sc. in 'International Relations' in London. Although there are rumors about Sebastian's philogynic nature, he manages to keep his affairs private, without revealing information about his numerous conquests. While having only a few people around him, he is always there for those that support him. Sebastian Papadakis is known for his gambling capabilities and loves sailing around San Andreas. He avoids alcoholic beverages but has a great selection of wines in his cellar. Being influenced by his brother Iasonas "Jese", he decided to move to Los Santos and invest in real estate. After becoming financially stable in a few months, Sebastian Papadakis submited his application to the Los Santos Police Department and passed the Academy 141, November 02, 2019. The first division he joined was the Traffic Enforcement and with great dedication and professionalism in January 05, 2020, he was accepted in to the Special Weapons and Tactics Division, fulfilling one of his Police Career goals. Afterwards, he joined the Field Training division which gave him the opportunity to share his knowledge and influence to Police Department cadets and still serves the force as a Police Officer III. On February 21, 2020, Sebastian Papadakis become the CEO and founder of Cerberus Security. A security firm that would employ strictly police officers, medics, and government officials as agents. Months after and with further investments, Sebastian Papadakis would be known for his leadership as the company signs with six different clients, being responsible for the majority of Los Santos's adult entertainment safety. Cerberus Security became Alpha Enterprises and Papadakis focuses his interest on funding loan companies to maintain a healthy income. The "Right Hand" Mason Lee was born and raised in the city of Detroit. Growing up in a LEO centric family, his father and grandfather being police officers, and his mother being a district attorney, he grew up following in his father's and grandfather's footsteps. He grew up listening to overexaggerated stories from his father and grandfather, he began preparing his mind and body from an early age. As soon as he finished high school, Mason applied to become a Police Officer but soon had to drop out and leave the city due to a familial loss. After arriving in Los Santos and getting to know the lay of the land, Mason applied once again to become a Police Officer but once again had to drop out near the end of his Cadet period due to having to leave town. After coming back, he once again applied for PD, joined, and passed his Cadet stage. His highest achievements in the LSPD was him becoming a Field Training Officer, Pilot 1st Class, and an Operative within SWAT. Mason had known Papadakis for many years even before both of them moving to Los Santos and were once again friends and colleagues within the LSPD. One day Papadakis made Mason a proposal to help him form a security company by the name of Cerberus. Papadakis was to be the mastermind, while Mason the muscle, or right hand, helping Papadakis manage most opening and help train the guards. The "Technician" Jamie Patterson was born and grew up in the North East of England as the youngest of three brothers. His home life was far from perfect, made worse by his Father who abandoned the family shortly after Jamie's first birthday. Jamie and his siblings were almost exclusively raised by Amanda, a now single mother with barely a penny to her name. Living in a rough area with little discipline, it was no surprise that Jamie's siblings found themselves in trouble with the law. Trying to learn from his brother's mistakes, Jamie worked hard in school and was able to graduate from a Criminolgy Degree in the hope of becoming a Police Officer to make a positive impact in life where his brothers were never able. Given that he felt he had a duty to support his mother financially, he landed a job at Northern Rock as a Junior Manager. He worked hard for his family but never lost sight of his dream of joining the PD. One day he went to visit his mother and found a note on the front door. The house appeared empty and Amanda had gone. She no longer wanted to be a burden to her son so she sold the house and left. It was unclear where she had moved, only disclosing that she had managed to start a new life abroad and owned a small convenience store when she finally got in touch. Shortly after Amanda left, Northern Rock went into administration and Jamie lost his job. With no family and no job, Jamie had no reason to stay. Jamie opened a travel website, closed his eyes and clicked. Pictures of Los Santos filled the screen. He collected all of his savings and hopped on the first flight towards his new future. On arrival in Los Santos, Jamie had very little. He managed to get a low paying job with Go Postal but was homeless and lonely. One of his deliveries was to a very fancy apartment in Pillbox Hill, a man in a white suit answered the door and stopped to talk to Jamie. Jamie explained his story and Sebastian Papadakis took pity on him. Hearing about Jamie's aspirations to become a police officer and his degree in criminology, Papadakis offered him a job at his security company as well as room to rent in one of his apartments. During his time at Cerberus Security, Jamie learned some valuable lessons and eventually noticed a vacancy at PD. He applied for the job and a few months later, he was a Cadet! Jamie has since progressed to Police Officer II and has an additional role at Cerberus as a Technician, ensuring all of the IT systems run smoothly. This is all with the help of Sebastian Papadakis. He keeps in contact with his mother Amanda who is proud of his achievements and hopes to visit him one day.

  4. I am used to it already.
  5. Now hiring Human Resources agents.
  6. It came to my attention that the arrest system we have actually punishes the user oocly too. What I mean with that is when you get arrested for 3 hours you have to spend 3 hours of your life in the IC prison. I am sure that DOC are doing their best to provide quality roleplay to the inmates but it's impossible to provide the same roleplay experience with every single inmate 24/7. Most of them end up locked in a med bay, forced to do math for 3 hours while afking. It's impossible for them to play poker because in order to play poker you must have inmates with X ammount of stamps that are willing to give them and play. What I suggest is simple. Your character is being arrested for 3 irl hours? You are forced to spend 1 hour in jail. After 1 hour if you log out the jail sentance will count normaly. So in 2 hours you can log in and your character would have sentenced prison and you will be able to go back to roleplay without being forced to. Same as the revive system. It's your choice to roleplay a surgery but most of the times you spawn at hospital AFTER it. Without you having to wait 3-5 hours in a surgery room.
  7. That is correct. It's one of the main requirements to be actively employed by special services.
  8. Hi my friend from NORTH Macedonia.
  9. Updated. Client list added. Client applications added.
  10. Thank you for all the support!
  11. Eclipse Roleplay has many businesses, multiple people working for them and great income comes out of it. For some reason the developers invested too much in loan comapnies using all offices of the game for them. The process for your business to own an office is really hard as you have to rely on people to sell you their owned interior. The purpose of the office leasing system is to give a chance to the people which are looking to have the roleplay experience of owning and running a business. A businesses' main purpose is to promote and bring roleplay to the server, making money with the said business should be a secondary roleplay aspect. Roleplay companies are those that are not scripted. Security Agencies, Investment Agencies, Lawyer Firims, Advisors and many many more. As a businesses' office main role is to bring roleplay to the server, they should be places where people can gather up and roleplay constantly. Inactivity or just holding an office and refusing to open it yet keeping the building for ever should not be tolerated and they will be pushed by a termination of the lease because evryone deserves a chance to roleplay around businesses and holding them wastes roleplay potential. Goverment is a great element of the server and we can have the option to lease an office from them, using the same goverment donation system with the business registration. Most offices are taken but here is a great solution but it will take some dedication for our developers. So. Arcadius Garage interior. You add doors in every wall and an interior assigned to it with a different office inside. Leasin should be from 10.000 - 30.000 every irl month. The player that's business is registered will be the owner of the office after submiting an application. If someone neglects to pay, He should be notified by a SMS [same as the bank opening] If he does not pay then an admin will simply revoke it from him [goverment will seaze it]
  12. I ain't payin shit when I get paid 5k per hour + taxes while I am trying to roleplay in the most hated faction icly.
  13. +1 The type of this suggestion will not provide any dramatic benefits for the LSPD. It will surely give us an option to express our individuality and it provides immersion as well as helps us to portray what we earned to everyone. For example, currently the uniform makes us all identical. None can see a difference between the Cadet and Chief. I belive that there are multiple ways for our uniforms to be enchanced without the use of individual mods. Because even the mods we have apart from the long/short sleeve version can't show any earned ribbons or our rank. I really wish that this becomes something that can be used.
  14. Criminals print their own guns now Who scraps serial numbers in 2019?
  15. Seems like a way to abuse the weapon license system.
  16. Following my past suggestion where we fall to our deaths from invisible walls there's also an other issue that ruins immersion with weather effects invading our houses. The easiest way to fix this is the following. Users should be able to request a unique interior. That interior will be at airport's hanger in a random generated virtual world and with the interior entry point in a specific location. With this, people will wall the area in reasonable sizes to match their exteriors instead of building at the sky.
  17. Even after the server's bug patches on the invisible grounds when entering the interior many of us fall to the ocean into an instant death. A suggestion to prevent this from happening is creating a new command. /FALL A user will type /fall while he is falling and the script will freeze him for 60 seconds while sending a warning to the server admins so they can teleport him. A cooldown of 60 seconds should be added to prevent spam.
  18. decent enough
  19. +1
  20. To improve the suggestion admins can create a new form of application in order for you to delete your character where you must state the reason and the future plans. Admins should have the a way over the user panel to bring back a deleted character in case of a hack or bug or accident.
  21. Welcome back.
