In a certain way, a random NPC around the bank could act as an informat/snitch. Without telling you the exact time, he could give you hints about the recent money truck deliveries that happened in the bank. Utimetly the "timer" is to avoid spam and for the bank to be refilled with money. So the NPC could let PD/Civ know that "There's plenty of deliveries in this bank" [aka good time to hit] or " I haven't noticed sufficient deliveries yet " which means that the bank is dry. Now if there's a time check, should be visible only to admins.

Given it's 2021, scripts, development and modders are enchanching roleplay emenent in Eclipse. Government factions now have amazing uniforms after testing and dedication. I do believe it's time to make a step forward as a community and implement server sided mods for the official factions. Starting with actual patches over vests for the official bikers, Logos for companies, custom bandanas for gangs, the choices are unlimited, there's alot of talent and there's also already existing models for clothing that we should already been using since 2019. I really hope civilians/gangs/companies/organisations will be able to get advanced clothing. Big +1

Suggestions Hello my friends from Eclipse Roleplay, today I would like to suggest some things. I am aware that the majorirty of these suggestions have been already requested in the past but this topic is my personal view. If you like it throw up a +1. Helicopter Camera. To immerse the Air Support Division and all Government Air Divisions, a Camera-System should be used which allows the Operator of the Camera to fully turn and zoom the camera into desired spots. Furthermore, it allows the operator to lock the camera onto vehicles as well as to direct the now synchronized Helicopter Spotlight and utilize Nightvision-Filters. , Only passengers can operate this camera. With darker nights, (as they will be reworked and implemented again) this is beneficial for directing Ground Units to a location or highlighting certain areas and medics to locate the injured people in the woods. Commands & Keys Press E whilst in a Law Enforcement Helicopter to activate the camera. The camera can only be operated by one person at a time. Move the Mouse and use the Scrollwheel to Rotate and Zoom. To lock on a vehicle, use LMB and RMB to unlock from the Target. Any obstacle between the locked laser and the vehicle will unlock it from the target. E - To use the Camera. Mouse / Scrollwheel - To look around and Zoom in. LMB - When over a vehicle with your camera-crosshair; to lock onto it. RMB - To unlock from a previously locked target. N - To switch through the camera modes. H - To enable the Spotlight. License Suspension time check. We all know how furstrating it is for your license to be suspended. It's more furstrating that there's no way for us to tell you who suspended them and for how long. This suggestion is to implement a way for police offiers to view individual license suspension expire dates so we can give information to civilians with suspended licenses. /Blockade range extention An other issue we have is that in some scenes (apartments, etc) we need to block certain paths, in order for us to do it, we have to park the vehicle in an unrealistic area/position. We should be able to have an extention for blockade placement.

I approve of this faction idea and can't wait to get victimised by this criminal organisation.

Suggestion Description : A seperate menu that shows up when someone does /examine on a person, people should be able to change their unique description with how they want to present their character, even for tattoos or scars, height or weight, age, physique. Command Description /attributes <text> <character limit to like 150>. /examine ID -text will be a /ldo type of presentation, copying ID attributes if those are set, if not, nothing will show up. /examine 5 **30 year old male, 6ft with Russian Characteristics, has a scar over his forehead**

+1, I will explain to you why. We have to /RAM wide open your door just to place a snakecam. Then we have NO TOOLS to lock your door. Meaning that your doors will remain unlocked when we /ram your property even if our intention is to deploy a snake cam under it. This is a great suggestion and it's beneficial for both sides.
