Have you tried all the following: Have steam/epic open in the background, while running rage Delete the Client_Resources folder Reinstall rage Reinstall GTA V or verify your game files Try disabling any software that might be considered abusive such as cheats, Sandboxie, VMs Disable your antivirus/firewall or add an exception(A couple of antivirus software will STILL run even if you 'disable' it so you may have to temporarily uninstall to check)

Hello, I am submitting a bug report for the below vehicle. My headlights have not worked for the past month. I have tried to solve this ICly but the mechanics could not fix it. I don't want to sell the car, and pass it along to the next player, I believe something may be wrong with car. I have tried various mods to fix it, but it did not work. I agree that we should use one date format throughout the server. However I will play the other side. We are rping a state within the US, and in the US we use MM/DD/YYYYY. Since we aim for realism on the server, I believe we should use MM/DD/YYYY.

+1 I support this idea. This will be a helpful addition to the server. I suggest a simple route of Los Santos, to Sandy, to Cayo Perico. I also suggest you would need a pilots license to fly planes, administered by LSSD.

Big +1 I recommend the following to keep the need for having mechanics, while also addressing a big issue. I suggest two repair kits: 1) Basic Repair Kit - Can be used by anyone, anytime. Can only repair your car to 400hp, and your vehicle's speed is limited to 25% of your vehicle's top speed. 2) Advanced Repair Kit - Can be used by anyone, when no mechanics are online. Can only repair your car to 666hp, no speed limitation. Maybe limit this item, to a license like BLS, as mentioned previously mentioned?

I suggest we move all IC information on the forums to the government website. This is to create a further separation of IC and OOC information. I am not support so feel free to disregard my opinion if you want. As always feel free to file a report if you feel a rule has been broken. In my opinion this is not a case of DM. This case meets 14.1, and 14.2, as you two were in an accident, and you start this interaction by saying "are you blind". Pertaining to 14.3, while in the roundabout, he gave you demands and you ignored them. Definition of DM per the server rules (note words in black are not applicable to this situation): 14. Deathmatch (DM) Deathmatching is the act of attacking a player without a proper IC motive and interaction. Prior interaction should include escalation such as a robbery or a report to the police. Players may not kill victims who have complied with a plausible demand in reasonable time unless involved in severe hostile activity against them or an ally within 3 hours. Players on foot should only be attempted to be hit with a vehicle once with valid motive. Vehicles cannot be used as weapons in active shootouts unless where unavoidable. Players must be able to explain their reason and provide proof of prior reasoning if requested. If a player informs you that your VOIP isn’t working, you must either fix your VOIP using appropriate commands or use text to deliver your demand.

+1 I am highly interested in creating a political system in Los Santos. This can help differentiate ECRP from competing servers. I have also previously suggested this. Please see below for what I have suggested.

Hello ECRP, I consider myself an experienced resident of Los Santos, and I am always looking for ways to make the server better. I know I am shooting for the stars here, but hey go big or go home. I have seen a lot of people throw out ideas, some good, some bad. From what I have seen (correct me if I am wrong) the majority of complaints on the server come from the admin team, and the player base, having different goals, and visions of the server. I propose the following change in order to bridge the gap between the admin team (and development team), and the player base. My suggestion is the creation of a Mayor in Los Santos. This will help balance the needs of the admin team, and the player base. Since the Mayor will reflect the people, The Mayor can't be a current part of the admin team (OOCly), or a State Government Commissioner (ICly). This is to create a system of checks and balances, as described in Section D below. The primary responsibility of the Mayor would be to ensure that the people of Los Santos are heard. Section A : How the Mayor will be elected: 1. If a citizen wants to run for Mayor, they first will need to obtain two hundred and fifty (250) signatures from other citizens, in a certain time period. 2. After a person receives two hundred and fifty (250) signatures from citizens of Los Santos, they are eligible to be placed on the ballot, for the election of Mayor. 3. Once the time period from step 1 expires, a general election will then be held. The citizens on the ballot for Mayor, will be everybody who received greater than 250 signatures from step 1. The winner of the election will be the person who receives the greatest number of votes. Section B : General Specifics: 1. Mayor term length: 4 Months. Any shorter length will lead to a Mayor not being able to make effective change. Any longer length will lead to slow turnover. 2. Able to be reelected: Yes. 3. Lieutenant Governor: The Mayor will select a Lieutenant Governor to run with him/her. This person will be second in command behind the mayor, and take over the Mayoral responsibilities, if the Mayor can’t perform their duty. 4. Election process: See Section A. 5. Mayor responsibilities: See Section C. 6. How the Mayor’s responsibilities will be put into law: See Section D. Section C : Possible Mayor policies: (note this list is not collectively exhaustive) IC: 1. Lowering or raising taxes. 2. Increasing or decreasing fines. 3. Removing and creating new laws. 4. Creating new businesses. 5. Holding town hall discussions. 6. Creating events that occur in Los Santos. OOC: 1. Creating new factions. 2. Adding, adjusting, or removing server rules. 3. Discussing with the admin team about adding new activities. 4. Sit in on admin discussions about the future of the server and give their opinion. Section D : How Mayor polices would be put into effect: 1. Mayor decides on a policy. 2. Mayor sends the policy to his or her counsel (admin team) to see if the policy if technically feasible (able to be implemented on the server) [OOC vote]. 3. If the Mayor's counsel (admin team) approves the policy, the policy is then sent to the San Andreas State Government Commissioners to vote on [IC Vote]. 4.
