-1. I am against capping any faction, illegal or legal. I believe this hinders RP. I am especially against capping the LEO factions. If someone calls 911 someone needs to answer. On top of that I consider LEO's an essential faction. When other factions are low on players, LEO's handle it. No MD, LEO's got it. No LSC, we can tow you. Players always complain LEO's don't respond to the impound, capping LEO's will only exasperate the above problems. I do agree with your above statement, for the most part. The dwindling players base hinders the crim rp. I do not believe this is correlated with the LEO's though.

Hello Welcome to eclipse! There are a couple of gangs running around, however in my opinion criminal rp is at rock bottom. We are far past peak of criminal rp that I say from 2019-2021. Will criminal RP return to its glory, maybe maybe not. Why criminal RP is on life support, is a topic for another discussion. There is plenty of posts on this if you browse around. +1. When the road workers were first released, you had the option for a truck similar to this without the lights. Not sure why they took it away. We are supposed to have a realistic RP server, but road workers are driving around with transport vehicles.

-1. I mostly agree with OP's suggestion. But I have a different way of going about it. Instead of changing the base armour stats I would suggest that the headshot modifiers get changed. Yes, people should not be eating headshots for days. You'll see my clip below I get shot in the head first, and it removes a smidge of health and armour. It should remove at least 25%-50%, so 2-3 headshots no matter the gun = downed. PD is not superhuman, and we usually lose the fight from my experience. Criminals have the advantage to plan, PD has the health advantage. We see a cop eating bullets in the above clip, however lets see the flip side of the coin. Four criminals with pistols smoke four cops. Link. In my experience this is what happens, cops get ambushed. If I may speak freely, in my over two years in PD, I can count on one hand the amount of gun fights I have been in. In my opinion there are bigger issues on the server. I would suggest Devs focus on more pressing issues, I.E gun, drugs, clothing, etc?

To Jason: Obv we are not going to discuss IC laws, but if a friend is being held at gunpoint, sounds let self-defense to me. To the OP: If you think any rules are broken, feel free to make a report. See link below. If you think the RP was not acceptable reach out to LFM. Not to jump on the bandwagon, but you will have to follow up with this IC if you disagree with the charges. You might have an argument!

+1111111 I agree the server needs a central hub again. City feels empty without it. This seems like a good replacement. Maybe also add in some mini games inside the mall, like go karts, laser tag (probably could be played with tasers), etc?

Quick QOL suggestion topic. I suggest that body cameras be added as a clothing item. This can easily be a necklace item. I am suggesting this, because this will make it easy to tell who has body cameras on them. The problem with the RP body cameras, is that you do not know if the other person is wearing a body camera.

Not to turn this into a PD vs Crim, we have enough of those threads (Full disclosure Icly I am PD), but you say "My character is a "Crim" character and I intentionally do not pay tickets to have more intense moments with police however, in this instance there was none of that." I cant go into specifics as this IC, but you don't pay tickets now you are complaining that there are consequences? This server generally tries to have realistic RP. If police see a crime they will act on it. If you don't like something IC, there are various channels you can pursue IC.

Big +1 on all suggestions overall server change [Addition] 15. Gambling - add more gambling games, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps (not sure if this last one can be implemented)

I have removed the fender mods, and the car was tested without fender mods to my knowledge.

I have tried to reset my fender. Unfortunately this did not help. I also had another LSC employee look at, and he was not able to fix it.
