  1. Which is a dumb idea/think it got implemented, everyone has their reasons. I know that before you could get away with it, but this one again proves a point thats its making gameplay harder for criminals yet again.
  2. @UrbanGhosti agree with everything you said and i know that, i am not disregarding, but the whole situation where you log in after a stressfull few days to chill and then being sent to doc for multiple hours FEELS like being hunted down. The point of vehicles wasnt to stress how much they called, its the reason they immediately called a bf just so i dont have any chance to escape. Which is what i find as win mentality. I may have gotten off the track tok much, but to get back to the line. The whole point of this was that it shows that some PD members. ( Vast majority ) of it doesnt care about OoC reasons some players have, this goes on to even when someone was limited of paying a ticket due to it. I sqw multiple times where pd ( gang unit to be precise ) would ignore OOC warning to not scream over multiple reasons ( child nearby, someone having game on speakers, someone sleeping ) and even without the reason, if someone says it oocly it should be respected. After all we are all here ti play a game. And if you are making it unjoyable due to your actions, somethings should be brought up. I understand i am RP ing a crim. It was my fault for carrying a .50 in a bike ti PD, it was foolish of me to think that PD might have some empathy if someone wasnt in the city for a long time. But no, just because you are in a gang, lets make game worse for you in every aspect of it.
  3. Because im a criminal and at any point in time a situation can come up where i need those items. Because thhats how things work, i need to have a weapon in glovebox to have me to protect myself. Thinking there is no way that someone is gonna track me in 5 minuts of me heading to PD, it just doesnt make sense. You are alk saying how i just got unlucky, but this isnt the first tike this is happening. I agree, i am not saying every cop is like that, but i am saying that 90% of cops wont understand the OOC limitation you had and will juse see to arrest you. Tell me more, since they called 3 scouts, 1 crown vic and 1 BF since i was on BF and they knew i wanted to evade. So yeah, small failure to pay a fine, but they need 10 cops on the scene. Tickets were 1x500, 1x 1000 between
  4. Its fifteen minutes in jail if you don't have gun / anything else that criminal have every day on him. They are abusing the situation to make it harded for a criminal in every aspect of playing. Ofcourse when you stop a criminal he is gonna have something on him. This would make sense and would help a lot of people. I dont see why if someone is RPing that he was on vacation, had to rush out of the city for few days, cops still ignoring everything on that and just focusing on arresting the person, getting 10 more cars and bikes on the scene just to fuck someone up. Its not good RP, its win mentality.
  5. Given that a lot of people have lives outside of ECRP, having PD tracking you moment you log in after few days of not being in the game just to arrest you for a failure to pay a fine seems only like making someone else suffer more. I was on the way to PD from eclipse to pay the fines. I was aware they were "outstanding", I had to log out shortly after receiving it and I wasnt logging in due to work related stuff. Having them to track you down immediatly isnt fun for anyone and adds on to list of "PD has win mentality". I dont see a problem if someone had an good reason / rp or OOC to let him go pay the ticke tand everyone goes on about their day. This isnt fun, this isnt good RP, this is just getting your ass targeted when you just want to log in for few hours to have fun with your friends.
  6. I disagree with this but i agree with the first sentence.
  7. Back when SA:MP was active we all could remember some server that we were playing on, most of them all had gangs that would have their own set of cars which you would have access to if you were in the crew. I never knew why that wasnt implemented in here. We all know there are tiers for illegal factions, what if there is another tier added to give a faction personalized vehicles. It could bring much RP potential and Chops would be much more active. -Most people will be concerned about abuse of it here are some answers to some concerns i thought abuout: -"What if people abuse it and chop their own faction vehicle?" - Losing double/triple influence if you chop it, or its just not scriptly allowed, as its now. -"What if other faction wants to chop at the original factions chop." - If a factions vehicle is getting chopped by another faction / not them, they lose double/triple influence since the Mechanic loses respect towards them. -"People would just stop buying their own vehicles." -These vehicles would be much more slower / worse ( Maybe not allowed to tunes, just stay stock ). There are multiple vehicles that even now represent a gang, we all know how much ISSI's does LSD have, they are knowns about it, Goblins had their Brawlers if im not mistaken, Russians had their G Wagon. And there is a lot of faction members that own vehicles that it doesnt make sense for that faction to have, why not help it and give them some suitable vehicles just for lore pourpose. On the plus side chops would become much more active and people would keep it safe even more.
  8. At the moment there is nothing similiar to paintball arena, nor a working gun store where you can train your aim or callouts with your friends. ARENA As for now MAZE arena is standing empty for nothing, it's a big empty space that could be a awesome place for paintball. As its also used sometimes for some events, a lot of times it's just empty. Putting some furniture inside, stacking it with building mechanic and some towers for a hideout for one team and the other. Apart from that it could also start something new, people oppening buisnesses, could potentionaly open an Paintball arena in wilderness and charge people for it. NEEDED - A mod for paintball weapons. - Few vehicles inside that could serve as a cover / driving ( Example: Mini cart ) - A buisness owner that could pay people for rounds. - A changing room suited with multiple coloured paintball suits. ( Includin kevlars for paintballs ) - Buisness owner would need to pay out the inside of a arena with furniture. - Effect of a blurry screen once you are hit, could be using the same ones from getting high on drugs. ( Blurry vision would help with cheaters not staying in game. ) - A blip on a map. -Maybe a even leaderboard with highest "kills". -Whoever gets shot would have to return to the starting point. Paintball arena could bring a lot of RP potential, settling some beef with an arena without having to resort to some form of violance , having some kind of parties, using it for practice. Feel free to share your opinion and changes, everything is valued !
  9. +1 at this state DOC just feels like a punishment and nothing else. DOC should be an oportunity for RP as well, at this time, every scenario is same, DM-ing and DM-ing, nothing else. Massive upvote for this, its really needed.
  10. This sentence is so wrong... The point isnt to be cops vs criminals, nor it ever was the point, but this doesnt make it right. Every aspect of this should be balanced, yeah there are a lot more crims then LEO's but thats balanced by other things, if LEO's were overpowered nobody would want to play crim ever again, and whats point in that ? But we are sraying too much from the topic here. The point is making RP scenarios are realistic and fun to the both sides, just your wording is wrong.
  11. +1 PD writting a ticket for example
  12. -1 You are comparing this to DOC time, if anything, DOC time should be lowered, suspension is good, it brings some good RP potential, after all you have your friends that can drive you arround , you are a criminal, drive without a license, get your car impounded, its 24 hours, it goes really fast. While yes 48 hours was too much, 24 hours is perfect and justified, I have to agree with most of people here.
