I am sorry you are getting a wrong image, but we aint playing for basically a week and we never say we are Kulans when we are robbing someone. We seek for bigger fishes in the pond than a single no namer or a postal driver.

Honestly - with the attitude of staff about punishing and not teaching/painting boundaries of RP, this community doesnt deserve anything better than "5 seconds hands up"". Why? Because I hear only that "community is showing poor RP", but nothing has even been done to teach it. You have a community - you have to work with it. Props to one guy creating videos how to RP 101, but that just helps new people, it doesnt help people, who has >100k XP and still screws over NLR and FearRP and thats the whole point why it happens - nobody is setting a standart/showing an examples of high level of RP.

I am asking normal questions about factions lore, nothing offensive or negative, nor I do blame them. I am asking questions prior to the lore and purely roleplay topics. I am keeping civilised and mature by asking questions in normal, peaceful manner, adding examples and correcting facts. If you can't handle those questions - you shouldn't be blaming me and rather be going to research more on what you are roleplaying, if you don't have response to the questions above. It is so easy to call everything "harrasment" and "negativity", but I was just asking particular questions. The whole official faction movement is to improve RP by A LOT and I am asking if they at least know what they are roleplaying, I got responses, which were not clear and facts were mixed up together and I asked them again in other way. If you are picking IRL gang, you rather be good at RPing and representing them in forums/in-game wise.

Don't you think copying the lore is very heavy RP while I couldn't find anything in the actual presented RP of your faction? example: quoting Harmdone: "It is important for members to know where a faction was founded upon, to carry on and enforce the ideas of the original founders. Feel free to take some inspiration from an existing faction in the GTA universe for this section, but be creative and original for the next two sections." Does the boss or underboss or any higher up are roleplaying as a hispanic characters? I brought this question upon the lore story and I quoted the rules, which are not exactly breaching your faction, but I have more questions towards it. While probably majority of factions created their own unique gangs or used some of the GTA universe gangs/mafia backstories, looks like you went for an easy way. What made you go for a copy of an existant gang and not creating your own name? As I understand the roleplay and conception of uniqueness (I am certified actor with diploma and I look towards further and deeper roleplay quality), when you create a mafia in roleplay community, you want to go as unique as possible, so you don't need to be so strict and you can create your own unique style of roleplay. Looks like you chose to copy the whole existing gang role and you should represent it as close as possible. What makes you represent you as mexican drug syndicate? What actions you have done to represent it? It might look that I am bashing you for nothing, but as far as I saw the faction acting on the server, you look blue and thats it. Maybe I missed something, didnt saw any sign of you being mexicans in majority, but correct me if I am wrong. Let me correct you - in the history of Italian mafias, they never focused mainly on drug trafficking. Some of the low rank Italia mafias focused on drugs, but high level Italian mafias focused on extortion of high ranked politicians, political corruption and military arms traficking. Their story has nothing to do with Cubans and Mexicans based of the living in different continents. You mentioned John Gotti. He has nothing to do with Cubans/Mexicans and Gambino family haven't runned on drug selling/trafficking. You keep mentioning Sicarios, so you are saying you are the branch of hitmans? Do your gang core has hispanic/mexican/south American nationality members and how do you represent the gang in the fact that the roots of the lore comes from Mexico? 4. Since you mentioned that you are de jure heavy RP faction, have you seen and acknowledge the rule of the server number 1.3 and its sub points? How does that rule corelates with the fact that your faction states its heavy RP? Example : 1.3 Character creation and property 1.3.1 Character names must be realistic and resemble real world names, players may use national names. 1.3.2 Character names cannot be names of famous people (ex.: celebrities, politicians, historical personalities). 5. What has the youtube link does have something related to the thread? I think the best suggestion would be to offer some PR positions for someone in the staff which will be responsible for dev-blogs, communications about various changes and QOL stuff, since the server is lacking of that information. I would guarantee there would be volunteers who would make news about "whats going next in the server" things.

well with the amounts paid for chopshops it doesnt even worth to steal cars, since its low reward - high risk anyways.\ I just said - if cops would fix their problems showed before in multiple, or atleast do something about it rather than just ignoring it, I wouldnt mind this system appearing in their RP. Now I am against any buffs for PD, when they would suppose to be the ones, who would show a high RP standarts no matter what. I am not against the suggestion, I am against the things they are overusing to win every situation. @taedolf I know there is IA report system, but it takes years them to solve and even after that they dont change their attitude on roleplaying fairly and correctly. Nobody wants to go for report wars because it leads to nothing, but it also leads to nothing when PD doesn't do anything too. It isn't very smart in terms of common sense to "add the bandage" to the guy, who got shot and took 20 smg bullets into the chest and head, even tho you call it a loophole to not get jailed. edit: just closing the thread or saying we dont need to do anything is just a lazy way to bury the thread. there is a problem and somehow it needs to be solved, rather making it clear in the rulebook or making a separate anouncement of these things being accepted or not. Also a lack of RP quality in the PD was stated in the multiple threads. in fact, what did the PD do after those problems? have they made a single meeting to discuss those problems ICly or did they make any changes OOCly? I know a few admins are there playing as a cops, I want to hear their side of story.

Hello dear fellows. As all you know, the PD high ranks has a one shot gun who stalls the engine. Literally no other gun than a 50 BMG caliber (picture below) would stall the engine or would do damage to the car from one shot. Vote +1 if you think its bs when revolver with such small bullet can do instant stall on the vehicle

BIG +1, I would agree with the jail time being longer than now, but ONLY with the total change of PD actions of using every tool possible to win every situation.

Hello, sorry for tagging you. Tag your PD mates on PD forum, since it usually takes a month to get an answer to a report. That's why people are pointing the problems, because no one is working on reports on PD site. Stop doing that. We wouldn't point problems if they would respond normally. EDIT: it would be easier to make a higher up meeting in PD and reassure these things showed up in multiple threads wont appear as a habit in server, rather than constantly showing people to file a report, since most of things appears to be repeatedly done over and over.

server script is just insufficient to pay out the planning thing, because there is barely no activities around. thats why people ask PD nerfs. If criminals cant have enough activities which would pay decent amount (chopshop is not a thing anymore, since payouts were halved, drug labs being destroyed on hourly basis and there is not enough shops around/they restock slowly to satisfy the need of them), why the PD would have all the OP things? PD is not risking anything. Criminals are basically pushed out of activities or are forced to do high risk-very low award activities.

I think the main problem stated in this thread was due to poor PD RP. If they would put effort into roleplaying and start behave like regular people, I think criminals would be satisfied with the number of tools PD have. Nothing more than poor PD RP makes people mad and they start to offer nerf suggestions to compensate for the refusal to RP. well I wouldn't say that as a PD officer. PD should have more effective tools than criminals and the way you communicate is kinda "we don't give a damn and we are way powerfull than any faction". People want to discuss and to be heard, not to be denied every time they have a fact or an arguement.

simple Texas Hold'em. I have 6 years of professional poker dealer expierence and I know rules by the heart. This poker in Eclipse is Texas Hold'em pot-limit, except this one counts the 6th card as a kicker, while normally in Hold'em combination counts from only 5 cards, for example if its the highest straight 10-A is on the board, it counts your pocket card as a kicker, which shouldn't be a thing in normal poker. It should be split, but this poker haven't been fixed, because clearly devs didn't know the rules very well. There is another poker called Omaha where you get 4 cards and there is 5 cards on the table, but STILL the combination counts from 5 cards, except your two pocket cards only counts into the combination, but disregard to this information, since EclipseRP coded poker is a standart Texas Hold'em, but with one rule flaw, which haven't been fixed. Example: board cards are Ad Ks Qh Jh 10c , one guy has an A and a 7, another guy gets K and 2. Technically, by the rules of texas holdem, pot should be split, because they both have highest straight, which is on board, but eclipse script is coded weirdly to count a 6th card as a kicker and the guy with A7 wins, which is unfair, because there is no such poker, which counts 7 cards, except from extreme old card games such as lo-high and other unusual unpopular stuff.

closing the constructive thread without no reason on your own is a sign of unhealthy community and its a sign that staff doesn't not appreciate the facts/evidence/other opinions showed towards them. Regards to this thread, this is my final response and I am not comment on this one anymore.

well there was more than enough evidence, PD didnt acknowledge the facts and then you just shut half of the community by just putting the thread in the archive. this is the example of "I amPD, I am lazy and I don't want to change anything nor I do care about the rest server or the equality of abilities given to all factions or player groups"

since the discussion thread was closed (it was constructive with all the facts and evidence) and this thread comments shows the same attitude from the PD stance, it shows that PD has no intention of changing themselfes while showing community a big middle finger. Shame on you.

the script doesnt allow to change the number, change the phone (which criminals actively do IRL) and remember, that there is only 5 labs and destroying it on hourly basis is unrealistic. WOW, LETS PULL THE TRIGGER OF AUTOMATIC RIFFLE AND HEAR THE KABOOM SOUND, what a joy. you would reach better results by leaving them alive instead of destroying them, dont you think? more active labs - more arrests, more space for crimes and RP situations - happy server. Basic every admin bullshit, go file a report blah blah blah. The whole thread is about PD admins doing sketchy stuff, but when you file a report to PD, which takes sometimes twice longer than a casual OOC report, you still get an answer in like 3 weeks at best. No one takes an action and hides blindly upon the server rules, especially when situations comes for the sake of RP. I had situations which were close to rulebreaking, but the RP was so high level, but still got reported or nearly reported for very little minor problems, because staff can't understand that situation had so much RP into it that a minor rule break doesnt even matter in that point. People are pointing at the problems and the guys from PD are still defending themselfs, which is pretty pathetic. One day I got arrested for the guy running into me going like 160km/h, sirens were on, but the rage mp client didn't produced the sound of the sirens. Salty cop tracked me down, even tho he agreed that it might be an OOC problem, he still arrested me FOR MAX JAIL TIME, instead of voiding the RP. Later he OOCly said he doesnt need my identification because "I dont need to roleplay by taking your ID, I just made a search on you". The cherry on the pie was MarcoD spawning in the prison while I was trying to find a common ground with the officer in OOC chat, hurrying me up and refusing to hear my story AFTER he ignored my report in game and insta closed two reports in a row, while the problem was OOC. EDIT: the post was so long that this part wasnt posted on the previous post.
