There isn't any signal that indicates if you are talking or not, but you most likely are if you have the settings right. Anyways, the [no voice] dissapear after around 3 seconds when it is working. It takes those 3 seconds to load when you have connected to the server. I believe you have just been unlucky and ran into those people that dosn't choose to use VoIP to communicate and therefor haven't got any confirmation if your VoIP is working or not. There is no need for any third-party programs in order to use VoIP, all it takes is for you to allow webcam/microphone streaming on the main menu. Then you are set to go and once you connect to the server the key to talk is N. ( Make sure that you have the correct microphone input activated )

It's a known issue, it's being looked at I believe. Not everyone experience it, and you might end up being able to enter the panel one day and another day you won't.

We're not doing any compensation that are caused by crashes. The fee's of driving exams will be moved to the end of the exam rather than up front payment.
