  1. I think that you should be able to stop your bleeding during a shootout, but you should be locked with a timer and animation and it would only stop your bleeding, no health regeneration.
  2. Except civilians or PD don't do actions that would be breaching into that "You are in public so people would see you" territory. Most of the stuff that an officer does and if officers would be limited on that, so would be anyone else. PD can't drive recklessly, you can't drive recklessly. PD can't shot in the city while in pursuit ( especially if you say that by standers would get hit ) , so can't you as that would be really unrealistic and would basically mean that you would be hunted down to be caught Highways are not completely secluded, but there is more space for a stray bullet to not hit anyone. IF possible we would more than love to use different methods of stopping vehicle, but nothing else is feasible (spike strips don't sync, if we try to block of a part of highway/road to block someone in, that person just goes off road etc ) And you have to understand that supervisors can only utilize force when they shot at the officers in the pursuit, or they caused extreme damage to the public by running someone over or crashing into them. At that point, stopping the vehicle before it can do any other damage is the main priority and even then we are locked to approving it for areas with less population. We try not to do high speed PIT maneuvers in the city for the exact reason of civilians being there. Some PIT attempts or box in attempts can be performed at low speed, but IRL, if the pursuit is going for a long time in the city, they gradually employ more drastic approach to try and stop the suspect. The longer the pursuit goes for, the higher chance of causing an injury ( IRL they could drop the pursuit and wait for the suspect at his house, but you can't do that here )
  3. @Copperhorse Thats how it is 99% of the time. Only supervisors+ are allowed to authorize use of deadly force such as firearms in pursuit and even then we try and do it in the secluded areas such as highways or back roads. If people are firing at the officers, they are allowed to engage back But when we are talking about realism, aren't you also driving the same in the city as the cops? Going incorrect lane of travel, driving on the sidewalk and stuff. You are bringing up cops driving unrealistically and quoting robbery rules where you are supposed to roleplay as this is an active and living city. Yet you and because of you, also cops drive 200+ in the city. There is no way you would be driving 200 km/h in a city of any size. Even in the 2nd video that you provided in the original post, you show yourself driving recklessly in the city, showing an example of how you don't do what you say. And not to mention that you say that PD / SD didn't stop to treat the injured people, when you can literally see a Kamacho dismounting next to the injured person You can't say that one group is doing something that you think is wrong and unrealistic, when you are also doing it as well, that is just selective realism at that point

  6. Hello, I am fairly sure that originally /funi was implemented for PD to be able to go out of uniform. If a faction member is in correct branch, they will be marked as on duty and receive paycheck. MD is lacking that branch so they do not receive it. This is more of a feature that MD doesn't support while PD/SD do

PD very rarely shoots first, if we are firing at someone its either because they ran over someone in the city while evading, they aimed a pistol at someone or they are firing towards us This is not a bug or accident, if you select unarmed before exiting a vehicle, it won't equip the weapon. If you keep it on the pistol, when you step out it will pull out your pistol. Simple as that

  9. I can give you my take on it, I personally don't give death RP even if the person who died can provide the most detailed and engaging medical RP. The only thing that matters to me is what lead to you being shot, if that RP was decent, then I would grant you death RP, if you just evaded and shot at cops, then its denied. ( This doesn't count when we roll up on scene where people are already injured, I will take their medical RP in consideration then as I wasn't the one involved in the situation that injured them )
  10. I mean, we have same amount in mags as crims, and when it comes to heavy weapons, we actually have less, as crims can get drum mags which just mows down cops
  11. We don't have 200+ ammo in our guns, I believe its either 120 or 150. While its still lots, it is way less as your numbers as well
  12. @FrankieP To be completely honest with you, there are a lot of criminals on here that don't operate very smartly. To the point where we have had to introduce robbery rules about where you can and cannot rob someone because people cannot seem to make those decisions for themselves. This is besides the point, if criminals don't act smartly, they get caught, no ones arguing against that. The problem is that we can plan our operations as smoothly as possible, with intricate planning, but more often than not, it will be ruined by cops that will disregard our rp (i.e shooting unarmed hostages, refusing rp'd fake ID's, catching a scammer through ID despite them changing name and having plastic surgery), they will act as if they're above the rules (constant VDM from cops), and will run head first into fights without second guessing (all because their is no setback to their faction if they lose their weapons). As for the new robbery rules, I agree with them completely. I will mainly focus on this "refusing rp'd fake ID's Fake ID's are considered alt RP as there is no script support from it, if you get an alt RP approval by head admin then go ahead and PD will follow that as long as you have proof of it, but you should know that fake ID's are either tied to someone in the system, which when the cop will run it in the MDC will see an issue with it ( image not matching for example ), or they are not tied to anyone, which will also get flagged in MDC And this" catching a scammer through ID despite them changing name and having plastic surgery". IRL if someone changed their name, they would still be able to be tracked to the system and even if not, there are other stuff that ties people to a name and allow them to be tracked

  17. As it was stated multiple times in the post, yes, if you go wearing Blue or Red in Crips or Bloods hood, of course they will jump you. And same here, if you go with gangs colored vehicle and clothing in their hood, then its acceptable that they approach you. But people here are talking that you can't even go to LSC in a gangs colored vehicle without being harassed by someone because you are sporting their colors. And just wearing jeans and gang colored top will get you attacked and robbed.

This is not technically a bug, furniture uses world orientation, while interiors/mlo's can be oriented otherwise, so in world orientation, going forward might mean going towards north, but in interior going forward might mean going towards west. So the movement of the objects when you move them feels off, but that's because the interior orientation is not aligned with world orientation

  20. Being able to loot them won't solve the problem, if anything it will make it worse as you won't stay on the scene to report the player, instead you will grabs the items and leave, while they would still be combat logging
  21. Not interacting with the player? This is an RP server, there should be RP interactions with the players even when the player is injured and unable to resist

  24. Right, but you cant say there is at max 60 people that are allied against cops on the server, when its clearly not true and other people actively meet up and try and ambush cops, might as well call yourself allied at that point
  25. You say that only alliance exist between Triads and Zetas, but there was a shootout yesterday at Forum Drive, where both Zetas, Triads, WCA and Ballas were against cops, they all arrived as a backup to Triads.
