  1. There are several things that could be done both crim and legal wise. For Crims: Bring back the Neutral/War function with the official gangs. In order to declare war on a rival gang, proof of rp that shows proper escalation must be submitted to their Handlers, to which will be approved or denied. If approved, the gang may then change their status to WAR with the rival gang. During a gang war, each gang must be in their colors and stick to their lore. No more hiding in other colors or off-lore attire to try and sneak attack the opposition or create confusion. Gangs will be able to see via the turfs which ones are theirs and which ones are the opposition, and each warring faction may only attack the rival factions turfs. Dropping on neutral gang turfs during this time will not lower turf ownership. Also, backup rules will be heavily enforced, meaning if you are not in the warring factions, and you assist in any battle between the two, you and the faction will be punished accordingly. Bring back private labs ONLY FOR SOLO cooking. Only the person who owns house/property may use the tables. Preventing groups or official gangs from using a house and just cooking all day inside. This will prevent the random players roaming into labs to try and pvp others for drugs. Bring back Death RP. If a criminal wishes to die, the rp must be indepth, accurate, and approved. However, this would effectively CK your character. For Civilians: Have proper support for owning businesses. That means having the ability to import/create items that would be otherwise only available in markets. This could include enhanced food, tools, and other consumables. Have a Property-Wide Audio system available for clubs and other businesses to increase immersion from the property. This could be like /paudio [link]. And allow it to be streamed via online radio stations hosted by users. Remove OOC Corruption rules. They are metagaming at its core and uses ooc knowledge to apply ic consequences. Also, applying for it and making the leadership OOCly aware of it is just asking for metagaming to happen. Allow Corruption, however, make it super punishing. Meaning, if your character is found being Corrupt, you will be terminated after a successful IA report and subsequently charged with Corruption. Thus barring you from joining ANY legal faction for X amount of time(or permanently). This allows all characters to have a more natural character development and doesnt bar players to having a "legal" and "crim" character.

The Meet HC met up to have a little talk about plans for upcoming events and plans. After they met up to clear up plans, they decided to have a little race, which of course, had them end up at Bennys. While getting their cars repaired, Vahan was approached by an individual wanting to set up a meeting. After gathering information, it was found out that he was speaking to the 2nd in command of Bratva. They wanted to meet and talk about the future. Vahan met up with Gaby shortly after to relay the information, and she also had information of her own... Another group wanting to meet them.

The Project Pt. 2 Vahan and Gaby met up and went over several items on their agenda. Going over plans for recruitment, weekly event planning, and ideas for the future. During their meeting, Vahan plugged in the USB with the project he was working on, to inform Gaby of the idea behind it and how it would work. Getting her input was crucial for its success and progress. Together, they brainstormed an idea on how to get this project into the next phase. Vahan sent out texts to people who could also possibly fund this idea, as it could cost a pretty penny, and see if he could get them onboard, without revealing too much info. From there, they met up with crew members to share their plans for events and then did a nice little Fox & Hound event which led to the promotion of Joseph. After the night of racing, the crew ran into an OLD friend of theirs from the past, and a deal was struck between them. Exciting things rest on the horizon.

The Project Over the past week, Vahan has been slaving over a project that has been a vision in his mind. Putting pen to paper, drafting his vision, and turning it into a reality, Vahan reached the point where he could start working on design prototypes. Using a laptop and modeling software, he was able to take the project to the next phase. How long would it take? Would it even work? Who knows. Only time will tell.

    The Wanted

Downtime With a busy week behind them, Vahan and others met up with their friends from ENVY. There were a few little races on some tracks for fun and then some eye-opening quizzes were had. All in all, laughs were had, and things were found out about others that were shocking! A Meeting Over the past week, a group has been busy within the city. Word got to members of The Wanted that there was a group of people robbing people, and causing confusion with those who they have relations with. The group was using The Wanted's exact orange as Gaby overheard one of them pointing at her car and telling the mechanic to make it "that exact color". Gaby got a number of one of the people and passed it along to Vahan, to which a meeting was set up. A few days passed after the initial contact of the group was made. Several other groups within the city kept mistaking members of The Wanted for this group of people. Coming up to their cars with hostile moods and strong words. Things of course were smoothed over once identities were revealed, but nonetheless, this is now becoming a problem that needs to be resolved. Vahan met with 4 of the supposed 10 of the group "The Sliders", two he knew already and the others were introduced. The meeting was calm, collected, and productive. After explaining things and having several examples of the colors causing confusion, the 4 members of The Sliders agreed that changing colors would be in everyone's best interest. After going to the clothing store with the group and continuing to hang out for a bit, The Sliders and Vahan parted ways for the night. About an hour later, one of the Sliders hit up Vahan and met him at a gas station in Sandy. He would be showing off the new colors that they had selected, which was Dark Blue. It worked very well with their getup and he seemed quite confident that they would bring a new meaning to the color.
  7. There used to be DeathRP on the server a long time ago. Basically, if you had more than 2 head wounds, you could do death rp, however, your rp had to be very well done to get it approved. This has since been removed as players abused the death rp by stalling their RP by making the statement "i was being very detailed and I died." Thus getting them off the hook. After abuse of deathrp got too much, it was removed. Now you get /stabilized once you reveal your wounds to MD. LEOs can also do this when there is too little md units, which is eh and IMO, they wouldn't have the proper training ic to fully prevent a gsw trauma patient from dieing. I whole heartedly feel stabilizing should be reserved for MD alone as they are trained for that. If MD isn't on duty, oh well, take precautions to minimize damage done to a person. IRL police don't even try to stabilize a person until they are disarmed and no longer a threat. Many times, the mortally wounded criminal passes away from injuries. It happens. So I would disagree on changing MDs treatment method, and focus more on removing it from LEOs and just leave them with BLS. That would force realism into play and allow MD to be the sole reason why trauma patients can survive. I also feel that if your 15 is shot 15 times and medical treatment is done...I'm sorry, 15 gsws are not gonna just magically stop being a threat to life because I /stabilized . I loathe sitting on scenes for 20 mins with 15s absolute riddled by large caliber bullets just because a police report needs to be done. Let us treat, and transport ASAP, then finish the police report.

Retracing Steps Vahan and Gaby drove around the city re-living the past times of The Wanted, visiting old gather locations, race spots, initiation places, and more. On one of their last stops, they stumbled upon the place where only those who achieved climbing the ranks of Wanted would perform a ritual. They went inside to look around and find additional parts and scrap for some project they were working on and reliving the memories that they had here, brought them back to the early days. Memories were had in that spot for sure, maybe it will become a more permanent fixture for The Wanted once again.

    The Wanted

A New Home With Inori forced to step away from The Wanted due to continuous Police and Government interest in her business affairs, Vahan had to find a new place that was suitable to relocate to. With Gabriela and Joseph assisting in the search, they landed on an old warehouse with promising amenities that would be perfect for what they had in mind. So, without hesitation, they started moving into the abandoned place, leaving their mark on the far eastern side of Industrial. Tagging up the walls, leaving their vehicles in the garage, and generally hanging out there. However, it seemed like they weren't the only ones with that location in mind... The Meetup Shortly after The Wanted set up shop at the new location, notes were left on the warehouse Doors and their vehicles. Stating that they needed to move out, or they would be forced out. Gabriela was the first to find the notes and promptly started reaching out to those involved to set up a meeting to discuss the situation. After letting Vahan know about what she found, they both were able to set up a day and time to meet up with the others. Upon arriving at the meetup spot, which was coincidentally The Wanted's original HQ, command members of ENVY and Midnight stood by their cars, waiting for the discussion to begin. The discussion wasn't long, but a deal was struck between all parties that was agreeable. One thing was unanimous between the 3 groups, and that was that they all wanted the street racing crews to be on good terms with one another. They are cut from the same cloth in a way, and shouldn't be at each others' throats. So, The Wanted was to move out of the warehouse, but in exchange, they were granted free reign over Mirror Park, and ENVY and Midnight would provide assistance in any way they could. As Mirror Park was the birthplace of The Wanted, it had a special meaning to the group. Having to search for another place to call home is always a tedious process, however, Vahan and Gabriela had something in mind...

The Return Pt.2 During the time of the return, many gangs were met, and conversations had. It was good to see that a good amount of people remembered who we were, and where we came from. Though the Law Enforcement seemed to think we were LSD, we were in fact their predecessors. Through meetings with The Lost, OTF, Rooks, and a lot of the smaller gangs around Los Santos, things were looking good. The group was flourishing, money was being made, properties were acquired, and people were getting things done... But nothing stays good forever... The Rebuilding One day, after a signing over a property title from a purchase, Vahan was met with the oh-so-lovely text of "We need to Talk." from his right-hand man. With a sigh, he called and told him to meet up at the birthplace of The Wanted. It was agreed, and the phone was hung up. Several minutes later, a large group of orange cars pulled up to the location and their drivers got out. Vahan met them with a nod and an assumption that was soon proven to be correct. "We were offered a deal we couldn't refuse." Said Jamaar. Vahan nodded and told them that he already had heard from other people that talks were being done behind his back, in secret, and that he had already had an idea what the meeting would be about. Jamaar confirmed the deal to replenish OTF's ranks with the OGs of The Wanted. While the tactic was considered poaching by other gangs, Vahan held no ill will towards those who chose to leave. They were, and always would be, Wanted. After collecting their masks, and giving those who offered a brotherly dap, they parted ways. The OGs went on their own path to OTF, while the new bloods stayed within to rebuild. The Survival After several weeks of replenishing ranks and re-establishing the roster, things were once again, stable. Their new club was being built, slowly but surely, and people were showing promise with their driving. However, internal issues started to arise when Vahan took a little vacation in Vice City for a week and a half. Vahan kept getting wind of people just not holding up to their words and their actions no longer matching. Other members saw this, made sure to let leadership know of the issues, but only so much could be done to keep the peace. Tensions kept rising and rising, which Vahan still has no idea why as the people at the forefront never gave a clear answer, minus a select few. By the time Vahan was able to catch a flight back into the city from Vice City, it was already too late. People had thrown in the towel and quit due to not being able to handle the heat. Vahan was beyond disappointed in those who failed him, but he still had a select few who stayed, and who remained in close contact after, whom he respects. Now, all that was left to do was survive. Vahan and his new right-hand, Inori, kept The Wanted afloat during these quiet times, keeping the shop open, the colors flying, and the engines roaring. While they rebuilt and finish projects that were long overdue, they found peace in just living in the moment. Not worrying about the next day or week, but just enjoying what they had. Soon...that attitude brought more faces into the group, respectful and hardworking people. Vahan could not be more proud of Inori for sticking it out and being the voice of reason to Vahan's stubbornness. The Wanted, lives on.

    The Wanted

The Return The year is 2024, Los Santos continues to flourish with all walks of life and developmental projects. The city almost unrecognizable from what it was all those years ago. You mean to tell me there's a burgershot and motherfuckers banging MKIIs in the streets? Unreal. A text message notification echos through Jamaar’s apartment and with finesse he ashes his joint, walking over to the nightstand. He picks up his phone and swipes, a look appears on his face that could only be described as confusion and subtle shock. A mix of emotions floods Jamaar’s brain, both fond and horrific memories flashing one by one. Unprecedented wealth, respect, brotherhood, power, warfare, betrayal, loss, sleepless nights. He scans his apartment, getting a full glimpse of his current situation, and gets a sudden realization of how hard he has fallen in comparison to his former self. It was decided and a meeting location was determined. The crew was making a comeback. Throughout The Wanted’s years of inactivity, car-oriented gangs have come and gone, direct copies included. The torch was passed off with open arms and old members were happy to see their concept being carried on, but its return is long overdue. Vahan Mirakian and Jamaar Bovarium quickly began assembling a foundation for growth, establishing two primary locations for their business to be conducted. High command began the recruitment process, bringing in new members from all types of different backgrounds with an undying interest in vehicles. After creating a baseline of reliable members, Jamaar began reaching out to the OG wanted members from the past. Interest was high in The Wanted’s return and the organization quickly grew from a compact crew to a sizeable group with both new and returning faces from all those years ago. With the organization rapidly gaining back its notoriety and its presence being embedded in both the drug trade and illegitimately obtained vehicle part market, paths were crossed with other organizations with their own unique impact on the city of Los Santos. Establishing relations with forces such as these has always been a top priority for The Wanted and through their previously made connections with many members of these groups things kicked off quickly with meetings and mutually beneficial business opportunities coming into fruition. The past few weeks since The Wanted’s return has been filled with growth, lessons learned, financial gain, and reunion. As the sun sets in Los Santos, one thing is for certain. Orange is back in all its glory. Original post by Jamaar Bovarium

    The Wanted

The history of The Wanted begins within a certain mob, where four people, Bobby Richmond, Johnny Falcon, Brandy O'Brien, and Natalie Nightwood, felt overworked and underappreciated. Even though the mob consisted of at least forty other members, the four often found themselves working alone or in very small groups during hours where the rest of the mob were sent on missions out of town. They constantly felt out of place, and often had issues and disagreements with the mob’s leadership, so often that they began yearning for a life free of the mob and criminal activity altogether. One night the four got together in secret and spoke about their concerns regarding the mob and their current situation. They talked out the pros and cons, and knew they wanted to be more than just lackeys in a mob. They wanted to pursue their own dream and make Los Santos enjoyable again. They were tired of the criminal life, the police chases, and wanted to be more than just a gang, they wanted to be a family. Welcoming to those who felt lost, out of place, or outcast in all other environments. Richmond came up with the concept that would give them a new identity, and through different methods, skills, and specialties of each of the founding members, they all brought something unique to the table. This was something that would make them different than the rest… That is when those four became The Wanted. The Wanted started off strong as a street racing crew that organized car meets and races, which often consisted of gambling and pinks to those who were confident in their skills and abilities. Slowly their small family grew, meeting people with all sorts of different backgrounds and morals. While all those who joined had an appreciation for cars, some weren't necessarily great or interested in racing. To those who wanted to learn, Richmond, The Wanted’s best driver, would teach them and put them to the test. While the others preferred to make money from criminal activity, such as drug production, robbing stores, and stealing cars. The founders of The Wanted hosted their car meets legally with help from organizers who had licenses to host public events, using these car meets as a front to protect and hide the “behind the scene” work that some of their members did. But as expected, those who try and leave a mob can't do so without backlash, and the founders of The Wanted soon faced a nightmare from the past that they wished would have stayed buried. Their small family was often hunted, robbed, shot at, and wounded. It got to the point where the founders discussed giving up their signature orange color in order go into hiding and to spare their family of anymore hostile encounters. Falcon reached out to Vice, who offered to protect The Wanted and their family if they merged with their organization. At their wits end, the founders agreed that this would likely be the best option. Unfortunately, not long after The Wanted stripped away their orange clothes in favor for black, a war was declared against Vice by “The Council.” During the war, one of the founders, Richmond, was gunned down, and was laid to rest with those closest to him left behind to mourn. The war raged on for a while, until Vice eventually came to an agreement with “The Council” to end it, and not long after the agreement, Vice disbanded. The Wanted, fueled with sorrow and rage over the death of Richmond, decided they were done hiding. To keep Richmond's memory alive, they geared back up in their color, orange, ready to fight back despite their numbers. With Richmond gone, Falcon, O'Brien, and Nightwood did their best to keep his memory alive. Coming to a bittersweet understanding with the mob, they no longer had much to fear as they continued to grow in numbers. As the government cracked down on the abundance of advertisements in Los Santos, it became more difficult for The Wanted to host car meets and races. While they still try to host these events from time to time, they began to focus more on doing these activities within their family rather than the rest of Los Santos. Things finally began looking peaceful for The Wanted. That is until they began hearing odd things over their radio frequency. A voice of a female, threatening that “they” were watching them, speaking of events and situations that the crew did when they believed they were alone. No matter how many times they changed their radio frequency, sooner or later the voice would return with more threats. Eventually, members of The Wanted began disappearing, the voice taunting them over their frequency, speaking in riddles and clues to lead The Wanted to the missing party, but only after “they” were done with them. They would find their members wounded, tortured, or mentally scarred. The stress of losing Richmond and the kidnappings proved too much for Nightwood, who left town very suddenly, and has not been seen since. The kidnappings continued, with Falcon being the last one who was taken. After what seemed like hours of searching for him, he was eventually found. Although he suffered some painful injuries, he gathered all the members of The Wanted to tell them he would be stepping down as a founder to pursue what he learned during his capture... Bobby Richmond was alive. If what he learned was true, Falcon knew he needed to find Richmond, because whoever “they” were, wanted to find him first, and he knew he couldn't let that happen. Not only to protect him, but to get answers. With Nightwood gone, Richmond M.I.A, and Falcon stepping down from his role as founder, the positions were passed down to the second generation of The Wanted. Carter Blackwood, Stexi Blackwood, and Jamaar Bovarium stepped forward to help lead The Wanted, with the guidance of Brandy O'Brien. A text message sent out to those who were there from the start: "A long time has passed... The scars from the pointless wars by gangs of old, fade like skid marks on asphalt. It's time to start up those engines my friends. It's time to remind people why our racing legacy has lived on. It's time to get back to work." We want our name to be known for the best drivers, and the sexiest cars on the streets of Los Santos. Our dream is when people see orange, that they know immediately who we are. We plan on owning at least one gas station (again) in the city to give our members a place to refuel their rides. Find a Garage or Warehouse where we can gather, work on our rides, and call home. We'll be keeping the appearance of a “car club” while behind the scenes, the outlaws of The Wanted, continue to do what they do best. This will include smuggling drugs, weapons, and vehicle part trade operations across Los Santos. We aim to maintain our strong relations with other renowned gangs in the city whilst not getting involved in their political affairs. A Buster is a new member of the wanted who is in a recruitment stage. All busters are in the recruitment stage for at least one real life week. Once we feel that you are eligible to move up in ranking and have proved yourself to be trustworthy and helpful in our crew you will endure a test of keep up. The keep up test consists of following a Captain, Street King, or Street Queen for at least three minutes in your vehicle. If you can keep up before crashing or stalling your car you will receive your official status. A Street Racer is a full member of The Wanted. By receiving this status, it represents that you show prominent dedication and loyalty to the crew. Speedster is given to those who show further promise in The Wanted and have made significant contributions to the crew. Outlaws are the people who show they favor more “questionable” acts. These people thrive in criminal activity. If no one higher than them is around they take charge when pursuing criminal acts. Veteran members have been around for some time with The Wanted and have shown what it takes to flourish in the crew. With this status they are granted the ability to recruit new members. Captains are the second in command. Only appointed to those who have been around for great lengths of time while showing ambition to lead and strive to accomplish more. Street Kings and Queens are the Leaders of The Wanted, first in command. XP Requirement: 50000 (Exceptions can be made) -Possess at least one vehicle that isn’t classified as low-end -Strong understanding of Eclipse Server Rules -Ability to participate and contribute to our high standard of RP -In good standing with your Admin log -Continuous rule breaks and carelessness will lead to removal from the faction -Zero-tolerance for OOC toxicity -Roleplay > Ruleplay -We are here to Roleplay, not Play to Win. 14. I would love to see the interior but the doors are locked.
  15. And the line is Slurs. It also isn't hard to NOT say those things either. So the pendulum swings both ways. It's much easier to have a clear outline of what is to not be said, rather than keeping it vague. It's also easier to just not use slurs that bring down a group of people. Also I have seen several reports to where it had NOT been punished and just moved on from. So it's clear there is even uncertainty from a ooc punishment standpoint as well with the current wording.
  16. Then the same could be said against the racial slurs thing. But it got out of hand and eventually was just no longer allowed. The same thing is happening again.
  17. +1 This same rule was applied with people making chars to say the n-word, and it should be applied across the board. Even if it is just RP, we are here to have fun and roleplay, not be brought down and discouraged from enjoying the game and community.
  18. I think it should depend on the type of criminal the player is or group they are a part of. If the group is just some "Clapper" gang that rolls up, runs their mouths to get a reaction, shoots their guns, gets into shoot outs with cops often, etc, then an IA should just be thrown out. While they still CAN submit an IA report, it should be up to the department to run the reporting party's name and check with their internal resources to find out if they are affiliated with a gang, etc. That way, they can still make their report, but because of their affiliations, it will be thrown out ICLY. Now if they were part of a more organized crime group, that was more about strategic play, and avoiding cops as much as possible, then sure, submit that IA report and see if you can get that cop punished for offending you. Since your name/group wont be as "Red Flagged" as the ones that shoot at cops more, it is more likely to be accepted. When it comes to kidnapping cops... That is a whole other ballgame and ruleset that needs to be corrected.
  19. Once again, never said deleted. Admin Jailed.
  20. To answer your points: 1. This is not punishing good RP. This is in-fact requiring someone to actually HEAVILY RP if they REALLY wanted to request a CK on someone. And it isn't a happy, slice of life type of RP. It's brutal, constant tensions, anger, frustration, and the build up of someone's character to finally snap and have no remaining options. It's a darker RP, more serious RP. And by all means, if the other person doesn't consent to it, then by server rules, its dropped. On top of that, the requesting player is also putting their character on the line for a CK. It isn't just they try to CK the accepted target, and get to try again tomorrow if they die. No. If they fail, their char gets CKd instead. Also, it keeps getting brought up that they wont know about it... Yes they wont be TOLD about the application, but unless the TARGET PLAYER is completely blind to their own actions and interactions with others...it would be common sense to be able to think that "Hey...maybe me constantly pressing this person every day for the past 4 months straight without letting up will cause them to snap..." If someone truly doesn't see that, then that is a very reckless character or a blind one. 2. It isn't to scare anyone away. It is to promote REALISTIC Roleplay. As it stands, some players do NOT care about what their character does to others, because guess what, their character will never be permanently affected by any repercussion unless it is a permanent ban from a player report. They lose nothing but maybe a heavy weapon, pistol, empty water bottle, some painkillers, and 30 mins of their time while they wait for the NLR CD... The term "Clapper Gang" shouldn't even be a thing here, and honestly, if my gang was labeled as a "Clapper Gang", I would be disappointed in myself for letting the quality of overall roleplay slip to that degree. Everyone who plays an extremely violent character should immediately understand the risk of that type of Roleplay. High Risk = High Reward right? Realistic Roleplay of gangs would have FAR more immersive RP related violence rather than "rolling labs" and "clapping". There is a LOT of "Rule-Play" between chars (illegals being the majority) when they try to WIN first and RP second. First one to get the FRP wins, someone runs? Player Report. Random thugs antagonizing legal chars to try and get them to make the first move so they get DM rights, is very poor RP. But did you notice the difference? If you aim to WIN an encounter by having it be due to RULE ENFORCEMENT first...you are NOT Roleplaying proper.
  21. This wouldn't be part of this application process. That is a FRP rulebreak for sure if they try to robocop things and should be handled that way. This would be like lets say a detective gets a break because you had a snitch and finds out all your gang's hideouts, drops, etc and completely hinders your gang by performing raid after raid. Well, guess what, the gang leader now would have the ability to submit this request to ultimately CK the Snitch. Why? Because the snitch has worked months on obtaining that crucial information and with them most likely interacting with your gang a lot. Then, because they had whatever reason they had to go behind a gang leaders back and snitch to the police? That is 100% a valid reason for a CK application in the end. But you could NOT just submit this one time event and get it accepted, it would have to be from when that snitch first joined your gang, the interactions they had with the lead and those locations to obtain the info, and then add in the last bit. HOWEVER. This ALSO means that IF the lead submits the accepted application, and THEY get killed, then they die. It was a risk they were willing to take, and they lost the bet. OR lets say the gang lead brings 4 of his best shooters with him (Letting them know that this is an active CK and their char will be also mortal during this time), and one of his shooters die, but they get the snitch...then the snitch and that shooter dies... It is once again, a high risk, high reward situation. THE PLAYER chooses whether or not to put their character at constant risk, no one else does. The CK cannot and will not happen without proper, documented storyline roleplay.
  22. It wouldn't delete. I said admin-jailed. Meaning the assets still exist and appeals can be made. However, as I also stated, if you are afraid of potentially losing your char's life, then don't put your char at that risk. Once again, the CK wouldn't some random thing, it would take a LOT to even have validity to accept. You would be well aware of you acting out towards a another character consistently, so it wouldn't be like you couldn't expect it at all. Also keep in mind that you could also by chance CK someone else's char in a gun fight if they had an accepted request on yours. So it isn't like they are risking nothing. IF they die, their char is CKd, not yours. To add: Nothing with how you play the game currently would change. You could still do your gang stuff and do what the gangs do best. The only ADDED factor is that eventually, months down the road after TONS of RP...your char could be in the crosshairs of one of your literal mortal enemies on the server, not a random gang member, cop, or civilian. This would add a factor of RP of "Holy hell, I need to not be so reckless, that person could have killed me." and your actions may eventually have an ultimate consequence. This would also add the ability to CK your own char as well, as I had said.
  23. I believe the type of kill you are referring to is a PK. To where it doesn't perma kill you, you just lose all knowledge of anyone affiliated with that group and they lose knowledge of you. Also, let's say if CK was to be a thing already implemented, I'm sure the player would already be somewhat aware of the risk of continuous aggressive actions towards another player, and would have plenty of time to mend things with said other player. The idea of the app is pretty much saying "My character has tried everything to find a common ground or peace between the other to no avail. So now this is the only path that my character has left to take." And the character kill isn't exclusive to only getting rights to CK another character, but it also includes to CK your own via their own means. Things that could also be tied into this could be with the JB of ECRP, such as players writing a "Will" for their characters in the event a CK of any kind could happen.
