JakeInnit_ Posted April 3, 2021 Report Share Posted April 3, 2021 Cars shouldn't need to be unlocked while you refuel, realistically you pop the fuel filler cap in the drivers console then exit the car to refuel, the car can both be unlocked or locked while you do this.
