Why so many luxury apartments?

If the demand was “met” why were so many apartments left unpurchased?

Do you think the devs should have found out the exact number of people that wanted property and added that exact amount? The only reason to be mad about the number they added is if you bought one early thinking you could make profit but got burned instead. Nothing but your own greed to blame 😉

I'm not losing sleep over a 400k loss. I could care less as I have bought it to own and not to sell. The issue is deliberately flooding the market so that new players can buy luxury apartments while the majority of players ,who have been on the server for months/years, are taking the shit end of the stick. The players that saved up over a period of months to buy a nice place are losing out tremendously. This goes for the apartments and houses.

Yeah, I'm not too sure what's going on in this thread. Thought we would be kinda happy about cheaper housing with two car garage parking. It's a shared living space with many other players, that could lead to various other types of projects in the future.

Just take the awesome development and the fact that it works as well as some cheaper housing. No need for a whole economic breakdown on the housing market.

The only thing I'm being negative about is the negative attitude you have about the new properties. Markets change, some people win some people lose no point trying to change the very nature of an economy. You say you aren't losing sleep over a 400k loss but you're here complaining - take your own advice and don't be so negative 😄

I'm not here complaining. If you read the entirety of the post, you'd understand that:

I loved this implementation, but does anyone feel that there are way too many being added to the city?

I'm just trying to understand the purpose of this and how it will have a positive impact on the current housing market.

Sounds like a complaint to me 🤷‍♂️

I think there are too little, and that they should add more overtime as these apartments become more populated.

I suggest that ECRP should map in an apartment complex building somewhere in the north and make one or two apartment buildings there for people in the north to have.

The housing is crazy, and the more the merrier why not.

Selling/Buying houses shouldn't be easy, but if there are room to make more housing, why not.
