Refund for properties due to inactivity

If all my properties get sold due to inactivity, will i be refunded for those properties? Also, what is the inactivity period for it to happen.

I believe its like 2-3 months.

You can try to get a refund through the refund requests, but i think it will be based on the house value and not how much you paid for it.

afaik you get the money the buyer paid for.

Not 100% sure, but I thought the houses will go for sale for a high amount of money and go lower in price over time.
You can avoid this by getting VIP though.

If your property is sold to someone else due to inactivity, you can make a refund request for the base price of that property, not the current market value.

If someone is banned from the server for a certain period of time, will that be also counted in their inactivity period? or is it exclusive for unbanned players only?

I believe it applies to banned players as well. I'm not sure if the sales are automatic or if it's only done when devs go through and do it.

I wonder; if you buy say 12 months of VIP then are banned for 3+ months, would you still not have your properties taken?

As far as i know, as long as you are VIP, your properties cant be taken away from you
