The Los Santos Police Department has just issued a new Official Press Release in regards to some Firearms and Licensing Division changes. If you have been previously convicted of a crime, you may be eligible to reapply for a firearms license and gain access to legal firearms once again! If you have been previously been convicted of any of the felonies from the list below, you are permanently disqualified from reapplying for a personal firearms license regardless of time passed." Misleading!

Misleading! The only felonies that would disqualify you are serious felonies such as murder. In my personal case I have 1 charge for felony evading so I was able to regain my licenses.
