The Los Santos Police Department has just issued a new Official Press Release in regards to some Firearms and Licensing Division changes. If you have been previously convicted of a crime, you may be eligible to reapply for a firearms license and gain access to legal firearms once again! Misleading!

Misleading! The only felonies that would disqualify you are serious felonies such as murder. In my personal case I have 1 charge for felony evading so I was able to regain my licenses.
