Transfer Pets

I was thinking that it would be nice to be able to transfer your pet to other players like gifts etc as the same way as vehicles 

so with just a command /transferpet 1 PlayerID or something like that, as then people would be able to buy their loved ones a little dog with a nice red bow or a friend would get a nice birthday present! It could lead to some good rp and it could also help some people that might not afford one as the prices are pretty high for many new players
