[SELLING] 3G House vespucci canals/500 vol stash

hello

selling a 3g house at a good spot of vespucci canals + extra garage room behind the house  for bikes (self-made) with ability to lock the room door.

it has 500 vol. stash also

the price at door is 1.550000 $ but  if you are the real buyer you will get a good discount.

just like to add i am not in rush to sell this.

the house door is also unlocked and open for visitors to check the interior of the house.

as i know you buy houses all around the town cheap and sell them with higher prices

If you sold it little cheaper for around 1.5m you would sell it asap.

this house is special one :

1) it has 500 vol stash

2) you can park car or boat in its garage 

3) the house is on the main alley and you can easily park big car and trucks like phantom

4) you can fish on your house's backyard and store fishes in the house's stash to sell later

5) you have a great space to remodel and design around the house since you don't have any neighbor around 

6) it's close to HE and Weazel news and so on

to be honest with you this is one of the best 3g houses in the canal.

Are there no pictures of the interior available? Surely if there's such a big stash in one central location you should show where it's at so that we know it's not oddly placed at the door or in an inconvenient place where it might need moving. Plus, the outside of the house might look decent, but right now the entire interior and furniture is unknown.

no its not at door 
you can enter the house since the door is open  and check the interior

though i will upload a picture of interior soon

there is no furniture and the interior is default

A 3g like this is not worth 1 million. It has no pool, backyard, pool, driveway or additional features.

none of the houses at vespucci canals have pools.if you want houses with pools you have to search at mirror park or vinewood for 2.2mil + for 3g houses

but 1.5 is fair for a 3g there 

the house is at a good spot there,you can park boat there

all the neighbours are legal and friendly

Whatever, but I managed to find a 3g with pool, hot tub and driveway in Vinewood for 1.3 million. Personally wouldn't purchase a house like this for that high of a price.

i told you guys all the conditions for my house ,this is all you see and have nothing to add more and this is my least price 1.500,000 $ 

if you want to buy this house the price is at door or you can sms me ingame or tell me here .

you may find better houses with cheaper prices or better spots

but for me this is the least price that i think it worths and set.i am also not in any rush for selling it.

i wish you good luck to find your favorite houses at best prices.

this price is for 2018 xD nowadays it's like at least 2.5 to 3 m in vinewood.
