I was under the impression that you are in a rush to purchase, however, judging by your offer, that is obviously not the case. Good luck finding a property for your budget.

I will be allowed to build on the property if I pay a rent every month(week) and I will make sure to keep the place clean. On any month I am unable to pay rent, I will either pay you double the next month or leave the property if I am unable to pay you after two months of unpaying.
