Why do banks give you estimates before they work out the exact deal? so you know what to expect. Let's say I need a middleman for a car, I can go to knowing he already said its 2%. Now, I contact you, I tell you what I need and you ask for 10%, and then you hide that from everyone else by only making the outrageous percentage known in private. It's super shifty, and a waste of time for people that don't wanna get jacked. You're supposed to be making the transaction smoother, not more complicated and time consuming. 1

Ive edited to add a fee hope that helps even tho im working with the government to get my licence for it aswell. @alexalex303 for the future can you just send me dm instead of trying to ruin the business.
