Besides the fact your loan obligation is quite overdue now, Maze Bank West does not fund or wish to be associated with criminal behavior. However I believe in discussion via text messages you questioned the time to pay off the loan and start date. At that point a date was added for that day. Recording of these messages however are unavailable and we should have brought you in for a new signature. During the signing processes, while it is our responsibility to make sure the information is filled and accurate, it is additionally your responsibility as the signer. While we will agree to set the date to 'today', this does not permit possible fraudulent behavior when you are aware of the intended information whether it is documented or not. We are able to provide information on document creation as well as camera footage of the signing if needed. We can meet in a few days to resign with the adjusted date, however the following may make it negligible. Either way, the date will be adjusted and recorded here as done so. ---------- The information that was documented in this public online board and witnessed by several others pertains to illegal activity and was soon after the loan was granted on October 26th. Mr. Diamond, we are not ignorant. Maze Bank West is a legal entity and cannot affiliate with criminal behavior such as this. Therefore we are requesting you resolve your debt as soon as possible and report to your nearest precinct to turn over any illegally obtained items and submit a statement to the legal authorities.
