Johnny Lockwood
The taxi's in this town in the middle of the night when only say 1/2 are on are not very good at taking your call incorporate some sort of ping taxis that way they get the notification again without having to run far away and call again. Make the timer for the ping for the alert a delayed amount of time or something so it cannot be abused.
kenichis
This is mostly an IC issue. Sometimes we are too busy to accept your call, if that is the case then please be patient. However, if you believe someone is deliberately avoiding answering client calls please report them with their names and date (if known) to here: Also, we answer calls based on who called first so your ping system would not work in the first place. We are able to see a list of active calls waiting to be received.
Jasmine
What Kenichis said. And if you are walking away to reset the call, you are continually moving yourself to the bottom of the list. Which may be why it seems to take so long. That technique just makes it look like you are spamming the system, and continually puts you last in the queue. Also what may be happening, is those 1 or 2 drivers are actually management and no drivers are taking calls. The fix we have asked for is to have a "driver" toggle as DCC employees so we can turn on/off ourselves as drivers. But that may take a while to get...like maybe never. But yah...we DO NOT need or want a way for customers to spam ping us. I have never seen the queue bug...if your call goes unanswered it is NOT because we dont see your request. kenichis
Forgot to add this but, maybe you seem like spamming the calls with walking away and then recalling which is why some drivers might hesitate on picking you up, misthinking you for a prankcaller. Johnny Lockwood
Ok no worries point taken I don't do that but have done it when needed as far as waiting 15 mins for someone to take a request and they don't so you move and call again thinking maybe they were busy and another 15 mins goes by and still nothing Idk maybe this was just a bad experience I had? Idk oh well you can delete this if you'd like Idk how

Idk oh well you can delete this if you'd like Idk how Yah it may be that you called, then the lone driver on duty went off duty. I have been the only one on before, and had calls waiting, but had to get offline. So those calls stay in the queue even though no one is on duty. The system could use some improvements for sure, which DCC (namely ChuckM) has asked for. So hopefully those come through.
Architer
Not only in my opinion but in every DCC workers opinion is that if a player is able to spam ping a DCC employee they would just get irritated and probably they would even quit their jobs just because of that. If you keep running away and coming back to be able to make another call then I suggest you not to as when you cancel your call the calls that has been made after your call while the queue and you will be put back last in the line! What I suggest you to do is either be patient after you make a taxi call or be patient until developers bring the fix that a lot of people has been waiting for!

The fix that were are asking from developers are to someway bring a command to only show drivers that are available reply to taxi calls and not show management! 1
