Also just a heads up those 20k properties were all bought up about a week ago. The average price now for a unit there or strawberry ave or even carson ave is 100k minimum. I have even seen some at 150-200k for some reason. It does not make sense based on the size, but sadly that's what happened in the Grove area. Also is this still available?.
