Rooks were up in Sandy Spray painting over Lost MC spray tags as it was communicated over freq that Lost MC had dropped on Rook dealers and territories. While we were tagging it was called out that Earl Mud was seen heavy radioing while driving up and down Sandy. Minutes later all of OTF show up and begin ramming myself and Myles Busac cars. I was completely blocked in by machos and unfortunately had to bump ID 9 to attempt to escape or get torched there as that was my only exit. No demands were given before shots immediately began ringing at me and miles. There was absolutely zero prior interaction with OTF ( i had logged in maybe 30 mins prior to this ). ID 22 finished me and then CL once other rooks shot him down. Later multiple rooks were arrested by PD and SD where Ramiz Bashkimi stated in DOC to Ali Valentine that Earl Mud had contacted OTF. Hey friends! Just to clear the air quick, Earl had nothing to do with anything, he was on Lost freq and just seen a bunch of guys with heavies in Sandy (which I had already seen). 
Obviously as a faction, Lost MC has never been fighters, so it was not beneficial information for us to act upon. We are arms dealers, and in the business of selling ammo and AP (both of which get burned in a fight no matter who wins). So when I found out there was a loot crate in Sandy I offered this information to a close friend of mine IC, ironically someone I was in rooks with before. that happens to be in an allied gang now. 

Logs can be checked, OTF was not on our freq, no Lost MC member interacted with Rooks in any way, no damage logs, no demands, not even a conversation, no interaction at all. 
I do not feel this would be 'backup breach' as stated in character on their radio, as there were no joint freqs being used. We were not fighting or trying to stop a situation, I wasn't even aware they were spray painting a turf, so they were not involved in any ongoing RP that was interrupted. Our two factions never worked together in any way aside from me telling my friend that Rooks were in sandy with a bunch of heavies. A civilian would have called the cops to report this, in my opinion, in accordance with our faction lore, we would have informed our allies of a potential money making opportunity that we weren't going to capitalize on. To further increase business relations and negotiations in the future. 

No one in our faction is here to PvP, this is clear from how much we have tried to turn this "beef" into RP scenarios, not constant shoot outs. We are all here to roleplay, and have used our lore as gun runners to create RP ops with another faction in order to assist in the PvP scenarios that are constantly trying to be baited in any interaction.

Hello there I have no clue who Earl is, I was asked if Earl gave me the drop and I can't lie I just said yes to incite violence between LostMC and Rooks. (This is an IC issue but if it's going to report then I'll clear that up).

hello there was no such thing as backup breach it was all OTF members, one of us saw rooks with heavies at sandy and we wanted them, nothing wrong with it? i have no pov because i wasn't asked to save pov and i feel this is such a petty report, thank you and have a good day.

This is the full POV of me just arriving in Sandy, at absolutely zero point do I have any sort of weapon on me outside of my vehicle. My vehicle is not even rooks colors nor my clothing. So because you witnessed other rooks with heavies, you decided to engage me with zero escalation or prior interaction? As the Deathmatching rule states everyone involved should know why the fight is happening. Also, this rule helps protect players from being attacked for no good reason. Before any fight starts, there should be enough talking and/or action that leads up to it, so everyone knows why it's happening.Unfortunately none of this happened and i get rammed multiple times for what? Sitting on the side of the road in my car? Not petty at all but appreciate your opinion, this will be my last response unless inquired upon.

The situation began when we were about to hit lifeinvader bank, minutes later KB checked on the radio and said that Rooks holding LSD "guys after bank if u guys want free lick, Rooks at LSD 6 of them atleast with heavies camping lost dealer".
so we decided to go there first and deal with Rooks before doing the bank because robbing the bank carried a much higher risk and we could end up arrested, our intention was to kill Rooks for multiple ic reasons, one of them is scamming Ray for 2.5m and also to take their heavies, drugs and money .
although we have ic realtions with LostMC and we are their closest allies, we had no intention of helping them, our goal was to take Rooks down.

we met at Afghan lab, grouped and began moving towards LSD, we saw many Rooks setting up the whole area, both in vehicles and on roofs, our first move we did is blocking the jug but he resisted and tried to escape, after my first try of blocking him he rammed Clay and nearly left him injured, at that point we had sufficient reason to use force, considering the location was next to LSD lab where ppl having heavies and aps on and Clay whos nearly been killed by them.
as a result we began ramming and pitting their vehicles, i personally focused the jug and tried to ram/pit him many times, to the best of my knowledge all of my actions were legit and did not break any rules since all the attempts i did was when hes driving slow, i was in a terminus while he was in a sport car.
i attempted the last pit but was unable to do it properly because he was driving very slowly so i ended up pushing him from behind.

regarding the combat log accusation, i would first like to point out that myles pov shows him vdming me, i was clearly standing next to him looting his friends body, rather than hopping out of his car and shoot me he chose to run me over while driving a supercar at high speed which led my game to freeze for few seconds and the transparent white screen appeared forcing me to choose "end process".
at that point i had two options, either remain unable to move a single step since my game froze or to choose the "end process" option, my intention was never to log off despite the rule break he did.
after the crash i waited on the crash report channel on ecrp for any admin or any rook to mention me but no one did, from my perspective, i believed that the situation was over and me being there wasnt necessary or relevant to the outcome since later i was told that otf had won the fight regardless, meaning that my return would not have changed the outcome and would only have resulted in otf taking me to md, since i was late i decided to go sleep.

i only have 5mins pov, however it should still show mos of what i explained, it doesnt show the crash itseld cos medal only records the game and when the game crashes or closes the recording auto ends and cannot be saved, thanks.
