(300 words maximum) Rooks were up in Sandy Spray painting over Lost MC spray tags as it was communicated over freq that Lost MC had dropped on Rook dealers and territories. While we were tagging it was called out that Earl Mud was seen heavy radioing while driving up and down Sandy. Minutes later all of OTF show up and begin ramming myself and Myles Busac cars. I was completely blocked in by machos and unfortunately had to bump ID 9 to attempt to escape or get torched there as that was my only exit. No demands were given before shots immediately began ringing at me and miles. There was absolutely zero prior interaction with OTF ( i had logged in maybe 30 mins prior to this ). ID 22 finished me and then CL once other rooks shot him down. Later multiple rooks were arrested by PD and SD where Ramiz Bashkimi stated in DOC to Ali Valentine that Earl Mud had contacted OTF. In the video provided it shows you're "Talking" on your phone. Even though its off sometimes keyboard keys stick. If you would've simply pressed whatever key you have your VOIP for phone set to this would fix this issue.

I don't see what you're upset about here? If you're a TRUE crim a suspended license isn't going to stop you from still driving around (at least it doesn't for me). Plus 6 & or 12 hr license suspensions blow 24 hr suspensions way out of the water. Simply put if you can't face the time don't do the crime. I promise you server pop issues have nothing to do with license suspensions LOL there's a way bigger picture behind that.

-1 What you're suggesting rips away from all the hard work that other gangs have done to have the ability to import not only heavy weaponry but AP. If a small gang is searching for these such items they should interact with higher gangs within the server and do a service for a service. Such as you bringing them car parts, drugs, or packed cash and in turn you get a drop in exchange. Every gang in this server had to start from somewhere and have gotten where they are based on their hard work and grind. A gang can not "Make their mark" if they aren't willing to come to terms (neutrality) with other gangs within the server. "Allowing armor to be sold in gun stores, with the requirement of a valid weapons license." My first question is why would an illegal item be for sale in a legal store? Also what criminal has a valid weapons license? It would make no sense allowing any "Legal" to go buy AP at a gun store. Calling armor a crucial step to getting a fair shot is a stretch. I've been a part of plenty of gun fights where AP doesn't even play a factor in who comes out the winner. Is it a game changer in certain ways? Yes. Should it be readily accessible to new gangs and or Legals as you suggested? No.
