Roleplay Comment tab (/goodrp and /badrp)

I think the function of the /goodrp and the /badrp is completely wasted in a corner of a player's account that is only accessible (and never used) by staff members. Rather than being a wasted function on the server, I think it can be a useful way of receiving anonymous feedback from players that the recipient can see in an area on their Panel.

I think the benefits are that players can see what people who interact with them think of their roleplay in a controlled and private way. Rather than digging through Discord to find someone to say they had a good character, that they enjoyed with (or the opposite), they can comment in-game that can be viewed whenever on the Panel.

The only counter would be trolling or excessively rude comments, as it is OOC and connected to the sender's account. These messages will be easily traceable, and punishments for OOC toxicity can be given. If people don't know how to give a negative review without being toxic to the person, then they don't have to comment at all - continue as they do now.

I really enjoy my Roleplay, but it would be nice to personally know what people think about my characters and how I roleplay them. And I think it would be constructive to allow others to maybe help steer how you embody a character.

I’d love for the RP rating commands to have some use! If someone enjoys my RP (or vice versa), I’d have a better grasp of what people like or dislike from my character.

I feel like for this to get implemented correctly, it would have to be done anonymously and in a way that wouldn’t promote targeting or brigading another player. Perhaps there could be some sort of delay after running /goodrp or /badrp before it gets displayed to the player so you truly wouldn’t know who rated it.

I like the idea of this command being used however im only worried that people can assemble and send in a bunch of /badrp as a way of getting them in trouble or looked down upon. Basically just afraid of the command being abused

Honestly, I think given the server we have, there is very little value in the feedback if I'm honest with you.

Another player's opinion of your RP is somewhat irrelevant and there are a number of ways this could be used against a player, for a number of reasons.

I'd rather get rid, to be honest.

If someone's RP is bad enough that it broke rules, report them.
If someone's RP is good, just drop them a DM, it's more personal.

No because it would be way too easy to review bomb someone and then if they get reported all they have to show for their own character is a bunch of reviews that could've been from people that lost a gun fight to them, had an argument with them etc.

okay i worded my question poorly, i am sorry.
Is there any use of /goodrp and /badrp that gives you any advantage in this server/community?
For example if I wanted to become a staff member and all I had was /badrp and another applicant had only /goodrp feedback... I would assume they would get bonus points!!
But if not then why even it exists then... 😞

There is no current use of the feedback from these commands.

If these were to be used, I would honestly recommend removing /badrp and only keep /goodrp and allow players to see that. If someone has something positive to say about someone else's RP, then I am all for it and allowing the player to see what was said. If someone has /badRP, then its likely an issue of a rulebreak or at least near rulebreak and should just be reported. If you don't like someone's RP style, just avoid them and you aren't required to participate in it. Either that or keep /badrp hidden where only staff members can see it to see if there are consistent legitimate complaints about a specific player.

Throughout the years I've always been curious which players gave me a /goodrp and /badrp and their reasons, so it'd be nice to be able to see my feedback from the past.
