Bank & Other Phone Apps

With @Thang (hi) on the development team, there seems to be more space for out-of-the-box suggestions.

The /stats and /salary commands are now basically ancient, dating back as far as I can remember, and it would add a lot to immersion IMO if a few of these were remade to be more in-character versus a command that prints out the info on your screen.

The /stats command:
Move the money information to an updated Bank app. The bank app would need to be remade, with probably separate tabs for viewing money, sending money, and other information. The issue with this is pocket money, which would need to remain in /stats I suppose, or be made an inventory item. It could also include a long-term log of income, payments, and such.

The /salary command:
This can also be made a phone app, which displays where you are employed, what your rank is, and your accumulated hours. Possibly even include per-faction salary. Employment start dates and other bits of information could be here as well, to further improve it. 


Additionally, there's also a Mechanic Faction update thread that had one suggestion pertaining to a Mechanic phone app (and other QoL stuff for those peeps), that could be grouped with a larger Phone update.

Huge +1 making things more immersed IC would be awesome vs just commands.

Let's be real for crims out there how many ACTUALLY memorize phone numbers and can rattle it when making a friend in DOC. I know numerous players are guilty of running /stats to remember it on a whim. 

Massively agree on a bank overhaul app as well as faction and salary being included to the phone. 

I would also love to see texts overhauled in a phone update. If you've ever tried taking screenshots via scrolling your phones texts for RP reasons to show someone your texts then you know how awful it is with it constantly auto scrolling screwing that up. 

Just a big +1 overall to get a rework.

+1 i always thought it was ass backwards that we tried to push through life invader, a social media platform, before we had a phone with the UI to make the most of it.

+1 man, also change the phone to an iPhone layout im almost puking every time i see it has an Android layout (probably that's why its laggy sometimes)

I'm not gunna lie, I think you may have over-estimated what Thang is able to do, as he doesn't have direct access. He's currently just contributing as a third party, same as the mod team does.

That said, your suggestions make sense but we need to get rid of this Fisher Price-looking phone UI, lmao.
I dunno if making it look like an iPhone fits stylistically but something that doesn't look like it makes different noises when you push it's buttons would be nice.
