NPCs in the server.

I saw on other RP servers, on Youtube that they have NPCs that are walkin on the street or drivin in the traffic. The environment feels more realistic with people walking around minding their businesses. Sometimes the server is nearly emtpy even there are 100+ players are online. The city is like abandoned, like a ghost city. So my question is, can the developers do thar? Add NPCs in the server.

Those servers use a different client that supports a small number of players, we use RAGE, which theoretically could support huge numbers, but there's no NPC system.

You're likely referring to FiveM which has server limitations of 32 players only if I remember correctly.  Large communities on there need to use multiple servers which is obviously not optimal.  That's one of the reasons I decided to come here originally when I was looking at the RP options on GTAV.

I imagine how laggy would be and messy with NPC's. Not for that amount of players.
