Merging magazines, recycling ammo

Request that merging pistol magazines be re-instated; I think being able to recycle ammunition is a reasonable enough.  I feel it greatly limits a pistols value once ammo has been depleted below a certain threshold, as no one wants to be stuck in gun fights with low ammo count, nor does it seem super realistic to have to swap between multiple pistols in the middle of a gunfight.

Yeah i agree, I have a load of heavy pistols with 20 ammo sitting in my house...

+1 I don't see why it was removed to begin with. If two of the same types of pistols had 10 ammo, you could literally transfer the bullets into one clip

why isn't this a thing already :s having to buy a whole new handgun for ammo is odd to say the least
