Â If you spend much time at the chopshop, you'd see people obtain cars continuously, it's pretty easy to find a car someone carelessly left somewhere.] Â In addition to this, the city isn't meant to be advocating car theft by leaving opportunistic cars for the sole purpose of stealing.
