since the servers crim side is pushing towords a high reward money making system with high risk of other criminals being able to intervene and steal whats making you money (which I like very much) . Then I think the prices of what you use to defend yourself while making money should decrease.

I think the whole gist of this discussion is : Cops (more specifically GFU) have the power to make crim RPers time on the server objectively not fun, some cops use this power in a way where its obvious they dont give a flying fuck about the crims OOC struggle, some dont. I think you could go 2 ways here, either you need to change the play to win mentality that some LEO roleplayers have, or if they refuse to change their mentality, restrict their power to add just some balance and give crims that keep them entertained and the server active a breathing chance. Both tbh can work.

I think the big issue here is why the fuck does a GFU member have access to 150 AP. I hate that 150 AP exists but at least restrict it to SWAT and SED, why does GFU have access to it lmao.

Let me tell you there is a shared reason on why 3 out of 4 of those gangs disbanded, its because of FM. We can sit here and propose faction player limits or whatever. But I honestly think if you want crim to thrive, you need to fundamentally change the way FM treats and interacts with illegal factions. FMs vision of what crim RP should be in eclipse is not a shared vision with the wide majority of long term criminal roleplayers. Simple as that. I can go alot deeper into this, but it will probably be off topic for this specific suggestion.

lowkey should rename this to "Stores should pay more". ATMs have an equal risk for reward, however the risk in robbing stores is way too high in comparison to the reward.

Imma be honest, I really dislike the fact that "going imposter" is a thing. For the past 4 months ive been involved in shootouts where I always have to be weary of someone on the other side wearing same colors and also being careful to not shoot the person in my gang thats going imposter. I also agree that it is most probably a fear RP breach because if your rolling with 15+ people, even if you clearly described your outfit on your gangs frequency there is still a real possibility of someone shooting you in the heat of the moment because at the end of the day, your wearing the enemies colors and at certain distances, exact descriptions are ignored and you just see a color. You can defo create some interesting RP by going undercover in another gangs colors but I think in the context of a shootout, its annoying and stupid. As for deviating from faction lore, well it depends. If your in a street gang, you should always rep colors, as gang colors is what represents street gangs. As for mafia and high class gangs, colors dont really define them and it can be more flexible. This whole going imposter thing really started being annoying during the Shenzhen and Irish conflict, before this it wasn't much of an issue. But at the same time, if you want change, stop doing it yourself, simple.

What @alexalex303 is saying is true. Small gangs get stomped on cause on top of the fact that they dont have the man power, they also dont have the fire power cause of the absurd prices of heavies. Reduce the prices of heavies and maybe criminals wont be grinding 24/7 for money and actually create some interesting RP.

Honestly, PD/SD arent that bad. The only balancing suggestion I have is maybe reduce the amount of shinobis that can be deployed at a time to one and have the rank that qualifies for it to be higher than it currently is. Other than that I think its alright. Cops shouldnt pay for what they have, thats not reasonable. But removing the ability to do /fl from a cruiser needs to happen . Implement a system where cops can only spawn these items at the station. If they need more ammo, they go back, if they need to switch out body armour they go back and spawn a new one at the station. Simple. I think whats making crim painful is just the ooc punishment that is DOC. Thats it really.
